Am super happy with my nails~! Anne was so patient with me and very meticulous. I actually  usually do my own nails and am very picky about who does them...and usually am unhappy when someone else does them... but im visiting Dallas and so had to get my nails done. She lays the gel on very thin and clean and makes sure the sides dont stick and covers all the edges which is important for a gel manicure to last. I had 3 different colors on each hand + some stones and it was omly $40. Normally something like this would be well over $55~60 in Korea. Totally loved my experience here so much I brought my mom in the evening. Shes getting acrylic tips + gel. Also! They give a hot wax treatment which was so lovely~! Great nail salon right by the house! I walked in expecting the place to be packed at 11:30 on a Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised that two chairs were ready for both me and my friend right when we walked in. Both of us had the spa pedicure and a regular manicure and were talked into getting our eyebrows waxed. Service was so attentive! I will definitely be back! Read Less

I was very excited to come here because I live so close, but I was very disappointed in my experience. When I first got there no one was at the desk to help, once someone came, they told me to pick a color and take a seat. Someone came in after me and they were treated far better. They offered them a drink and he was seated well before me (he didn't have a reservation either). They got me seated after a small wait but then I ended up waiting another 30 minutes - MY FEET WERE WRINKLED. I'm all for a good soak before but this was just too long. Someone finally started working on my toes, but then she left after completing just one foot without saying anything. I sat there waiting another 5-10 until a new person came and had to re-set up. Overall this pedicure took 2 hours... hoping they just had an off day, but with the cost and inconvenience I don't think I'll be back unfortunately. Read Less

This is a wonderful place for manicures and pedicures! My boyfriend and I have come and we're very satisfied. I also brought my mother here and she absolutely loves it and she's very picky about where she gets her nails done. My mom received the deluxe spa pedicure and it's so neat! I am always happy when I leave this Salon from getting a pedicure and manicure. They always are friendly and take great care in making sure that you are happy with your nails and that you have enjoyed your massage. Erik did my nails. I got the powder dip. He was literally finished in 10 minutes. He said, thanks ma'am, and walked away. He came back for his stuff and I said do you have any cuticle oil? He didn't do anything to my nails except the dip! He said, ya I was gonna do that after they dried.. (they were dry when he left) he barely tapped each finger with the stuff and said, there. I rubbed it in myself.. i said, do you have an orange stick or anything so I can clean out from under my fingernails? He said oh ya, there is something under there and then took the tool that the pedicurist was using to groom my toes!!😝😯 to go through the motions of cleaning my nails. (I had to do it, for real, at home.) I got no moisturizer on my hands, no massage and this is a $40 service! Well, he got no tip, and☝️this is why. Hard knocks, kid. You live, you learn. Read Less

Came here with the Mrs., she got me a pedicure A. because i probably needed one anyway B. I had my big toe nail hanging by a thread and she said they would fix it. Not only did they fix it, i now have a very manly pink color to my nails....haha just kidding. but  seriously the chairs are super comfortable you can get drinks while your getting your various salon and spa type services and they've got several big screen tvs going. This salon is very attentive to their customers.  They offer a wide variety of services; nails, eyelash extensions, facials0, waxing.I usually schedule with Kelly if she's available. I went to get a pedicure last Sunday and the gentleman responsible was so busy talking to my neighbor about strip clubs that he cut my cuticle so bad that it wouldn't stop bleeding. He then proceeded to rub the salt scrub in it and spray it with acetone, did not feel good on an open wound. He never apologized for his mistake, he tried to cover up the bleeding and did not acknowledge that he had cut me until he saw me wincing in pain and I eventually called him out for it. He then told me it would heal soon, without apologizing. A week a half later, I still have a scab and bruise on my cuticle, I'm beginning to wonder if it's getting infected...never going back. I am pretty particular about my nails and Cosmo Nails is the best! Lena and Kellie are very talented as well as very nice. And see Cindy if you desire natural looking lash extensions. I have had excellent results at Cosmo. I always use Mr. Lee for my pedicure and yesterday I had him do pedi and dipped gel nails. Both turned out excellent! He does a very thorough job with a relaxing massage of arms and legs, and even brought me wine and a phone charger. He is the best!! Read Less

This is a new and great place to get your nails done. I've come here a few times and my shellac lasts several weeks, it's extremely clean and friendly and there are a ton of chairs available. Everything is nice and new and they have tons of colors. They also do paraffin wax for every manicure but don't charge you extra for it. The only thing I would recommend is to try and see one of the women. I found one of the men who work there to be a little rough with my hands. Read Less
