Checked online for pricing & told the technicians on my arrival what I wanted. They did not correct me and/or advise me that what I was wanting was a different price than what I said when I referenced the online pricing. My pedicure was good but the attendants kept talking to me. I don’t mind a little small talk, but when I go to get my nails done I’m in my own little zone. I don’t want to feel obligated to converse, I’m trying to relax. When I was done I was told the services rendered were $100, a $35 difference from the website. I pulled up the website and showed it to them and they said it was for something else. That may be so, but the website made it seem like what I requested was $65... also, if it wasn’t, then I should have been corrected by the attendants when I first mentioned what I wanted and the prices on the website when I arrived. I was caught off guard and somewhat embarrassed when I was told I owed $100. I would not have paid that price had I known initially the services were that expensive as I didn’t have quite that much to spend. Here I am TWO days later and my gel polish is already cracked and flaking. Very disappointed in this place as it had great reviews. Walked in here while I was on vacation. I arrived early so I was seated right away. $62 dollars for a acrylic fill in with gel halo cat eye, and brow wax. I'm in Dallas for business and needed a brow wax, SNS or shellac gel over acrylic. Since it was 630pm, either would work, they close at 8pm. The salon is modern, tall ceilings, they serve wine, and clean. The staff greeted me immediately, I stepped into the waxing room, and had my brows cleaned up. This was followed by a top notch pink shellac gel color done by Tracy, that works great for me in my line of work. Promotions/events. I bookmarked this for when I return to Dallas. I was there for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was very painful. She was not careful and was rushing- she cut me several times. I will never go back. The pain now is still there. I just moved to Uptown from Boston, MA and have been looking for my new Dallas go-to nail spa. The good news is that I've fount it! Beverly Hills is clean and beautiful inside, with plenty of pedicure chairs, a couple large TV's and wonderful customer service. I've been to many, many, nail salons but none quite as impressive as Beverly Hills. I had been one other time before tonight and got a gorgeous, perfect, dip manicure. It looked amazing and lasted a few weeks. Tonight, I opted for a pedicure - including hot stone massage - and a gel mani. Steven and Kim primarily took care of me. I had some really terrible knots and Steven massaged my back, shoulders, neck and scalp while Kim was doing the pedicure. I also had a lovely woman working on my manicure at the same time! To say I felt pampered would be an understatement. There is a wonderful color selection and Kim can mix colors if you want something you don't see. By far the best nail salon I've been to anywhere! My gel manicures last without chipping for 4 weeks until they're grown out and I get them redone. Everywhere else I've gone only last about 2 weeks before chipping and peeling. Definitely worth the money for this place but recommend calling ahead. They take walk ins but can be slammed. Read Less

While picking out a color, I really couldn't decide on one but she graciously let me try on 5 or 6 different colors with no hesitation. This has slowly become my favorite nail salon although getting someone really good can be a shot in the dark. The ambience is nice and relaxing and I'm a fan of the free wine...woohoo! My first experience here was amazing. I usually get french manicures and the lady who worked on me was terrific. The basecoat they put under the white tip had my nails looking sharp for weeks. I kept going back to the same lady and one day the unthinkable happened, she no longer worked there! Wait a minute! That's so unfair! Do you KNOW how hard it is to find someone good?!!! The next person that worked on me was not so good. You could tell their inexperience. I tried a couple other places but then decided to give them another shot. Again, I got someone who wasn't as experienced but much better. I'll keep coming here because I think their nail products are superior. I'll just keep rotating until I find someone I really like. Went to Beverly Hills Nails and Spa and got my eyebrows ruined. The lady who did them did not even mention she had left my right eyebrow with a huge gap, she just told me to look in the bathroom mirror and disappeared!! I went to the front of the salon and waited for 10 minutes when 2 different employees came to check on me, but could not speak English.
