Review for Morgan: I have gotten my eyebrows threaded by Morgan at least 4 times at this location. She always books up fast so I always try to make my appointment early. I have gone to many other threading salons in the Dallas area and Morgan is by far the best. I find the threading experience is less painful with her and I need my eyebrows threaded less frequently. After threading your eyebrows they put aloe on the area and also offer to fill in your brows and conceal the redness (which makes the errand runs after the appointment a lot less awkward). I have very thick eyebrows and have found that they are a lot easier to tame after threading here. I also bought eyebrow gel at this location and use it everyday! Read Less

I had such an irritating experience with this establishment. It is impossible to get your eyebrows done if you have not scheduled an appointment. I finally did schedule an appointment online and once I showed up for my appointment, the workers informed me that I cannot get any services done unless I have a parent to sign. This was very irritating to me because I know that my sister has gone there without an adult and so it is obnoxious that they only sometimes enforce policy. I have been going to the Benefit Boutique in Los Angeles for years and was happy to see that there was a boutique here in my new home town of Dallas. Benefit is one of the few places that tints eyebrows and eyelashes and they do an incredible job and the price is reasonable for the trio.  I made an appointment with Morgan and am thrilled with my brows and lashes.  I have been going to European Wax and they just did the basics and I have been very disappointed.  Morgan was extremely detailed and is a true professional brow specialist making sure my brows were perfect and they have never looked better.  I already have my trio booked for next month. I go to Morgan to get my brows tinted and waxed like clockwork every 4 weeks. I've been getting my brows done for over 15 years now and in all that time have never found anyone who can consistently do them really well until Morgan. Thought I'd google who was close by to my work one day (I was having a rough day and wanted to treat myself) to do a brow wax. I was SO excited when the benefits browbar showed up. I had no clue benefit did waxing! The last time I saw a benefits cosmetic boutique I was in ireland so there was no doubt in my mind I had to check this place out. When I got there everyone acknowledged me and was super nice. I got my eyebrows done by Crystal who seemed to really listen to what I was wanting (more natural) but also helped to make some suggestions. Crystal was also seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met. Afterwards, they also touch up your makeup! This is one of the reasons I stopped doing my brows. When is it a good time to get your brows done and walk out of a mall or boutique looking like you were just punched in the face twice?? My face normally gets very red and swells a bit. However, Crystal sent me to a colleague who then touched up my makeup (I couldn't believe they did this, and at no extra cost!) and she didn't just conceal the redness where the wax was, she also touched up my bronzer, redness around my nose & eyes, and even filled in my eyebrows for me AND walked me through how to do it myself for next time! I understand that this is just what they do there for everyone.. but I still felt so VIP.Doesn't hurt that the music was great and everyone was so fun to talk with. I have had many successful, regular spray tans at other places. My regular place was booked for two solid days straight so I took a chance and came here.I had a terrible spray tan here. The color was terrible (too dark), which is highly questionable because I chose #2 and the technician came in with a bottle that said #2 and then blurted out "I'm really nervous because we're out of #2". then she looked in the closet and said she found some so she left to go mix it and the whole time I'm wondering what was in the bottle of #2 she was about to spray me with?! I had to wait forever for her to come back, all the while standing naked in a dark and dingy room (not very Benefit-y).Tthe product smelled terrible. They kept assuring me that the spray tan would dry and not be sticky while I left it on for the next 8 hours, but I caved at 2 hours and rinsed off because I couldn't stand it any longer. And I was STILL WAY TOO DARK - so I can't imagine what I would have looked like had I listened to them and kept it on for 8 hours. And the technician even suggested I sleep in it. Ew and no.Another thing is I specifically asked if it would come off on my clothes because the bronzer was extremely obvious - she said no. When I got home my bra was soaked in bronzer. This place is amazing! Moe and the whole team are so friendly and great at what they do. As soon as you enter you are greeted and even if you didn't make an appointment they try their best to accommodate you with your brows or makeup. By the way they are brow specialist and can thread, tint or wax your eyebrows. Everytime I've gone to buy makeup or had a question they would walk me through whatever they were doing to my face and show me how to step by step recreate my look. I love Benefit Cosmetics products as they give me a flawless but natural look. The products are also pretty affordable in my opinion, and they usually give some sort of free sample with your purchase. And you can always grab Sprinkles cupcakes or ice cream next door! Read Less

I absolutely love this Benefit! Elysia is so sweet and helpful in explaining each product, the difference between similar products and recommending which is more appropriate for my skin and preferences. I have very sensitive skin, and haven't had a problem with any of Benefit's products. That's just the fun stuff! Now for their waxing services- if you make your appointment online you can request who you want- I recommend Delilah! I used to go the bargain route and get my brows done at my nail salon, but now I trust no one but her to take care of them! It's definitely worth the extra dollars. While the Plaza is generally slow during weekdays, they can get pretty busy in the evenings, so make an appointment if you're wanting to stop by after work :) Read Less

I got an eyebrow tint and wax for $31 (not including tip) which seems to be on par with other places. Although my brows are now darker, I would say they are still pretty shapeless and do not look much better than before. It was my first time spending money on beautifying my brows and I really wanted to like it but the tinting and waxing did not do much for my appearance and I would probably not be back. This is by far the BEST Benefit store I have ever been to. Everyone in there is absolutely wonderful, helpful and so friendly. They'll let you try an array of products, make you feel welcome and won't pressure you into buying something. I got my eyebrows done here with Charlie and she is a gem. She took the time out to show me the process of how she was shaping my brows and what areas she was leaving alone so I could achieve my best brows. Moe, the store manager, is great too. He takes the time out to make sure each customer is taken care of and wants to share the "benefits" of Benefit with all. I wish I lived in Dallas, because if so this would be my go-to store!
