Very friendly and peaceful environment with exceptional customer service. Crystal has been doing my nails and precise eyebrows for 2 years now. I recently let Bbe(Pronounced Bebe) do my dip ombre set and was very pleased. Even at times when I wasn't pleased and was being picky, they worked to resolve any issue I addressed with no attitude or back and forth. Worst "manicure" I have ever received. Went in with my husband and had a decent quick pedicure. However the nail technician never finished painting my nails before he went to help someone else. I also received a dip nail " manicure". However my nails were only filed...no cuticle trim, massage, nothing just the fastest sloppiest dip. When she was finished I asked the tech about the excess color around my nails on my cuticles, she told me they would come off when I washed my hands. Nope. It looks like a ten year old did my nails. This place is a joke! I'm very disappointed, don't even know where to start.I did my research before I arrived and it seemed like Crystal was the nail manicurist of the month based on the yelp reviews. So I asked for her when I arrived. Very sweet and kind lady which is why I'm giving this joint TWO stars. I got Ombre nails done in an almond shape. It took a minute for her to get it to look the way I wanted but she was patient and got it after about 30 minutes. When she finished, the shape was EXACTLY what I wanted and I was very impressed. However, a little over a week later, 8 out of 10 of the added on nails started to lift showing signs of it coming off....9 days later!!! Where they do that at?!I've been doing my nails since I was in 9th grade and I've never experienced a situation where the nails I paid for starts to lift in less than two weeks. What's more frustrating is when I called and spoke with her about the problem, she was oblivious and had no sense of urgency to fix it. So I get there and guess what she decides would be the "fix".....put nail glue around the edges LOL!This chick applied nail glue to the nails that were lifting and said that should fix it. If I'd known this was her option, I wouldn't have showed up. I would've take my butt to Walmart and bought nail glue and "fix" it myself. Normally, a manicurist would apologize and redo the nails from scratch. That is the right thing to do in this situation. However, she proceeds to blame the cheap powder and says I should come back after my trip and she'll use a "STRONGER" powder. Why the hell wasn't that powder used in the first place.????I tried to like this place and I'm tempted to go back and get it redone for a discount as promised, but as I sit here typing this review, I now have two nails securely glued on and it's only been 12 days smh...I'll pass. I felt so lucky to find Azura Nails and Spa. I never had a bad service here. I called for a appointment and was served after walked in. My nail staff gave an excellent manicures and pedicures. This is a GEM of a place! I was in need of a really good pedicure after work and stumbled upon this place! The owner is SO SWEET and accommodating. As soon as I entered I was offered a complimentary beverage and was seated shortly after. They have a lot to offer and many different manicure and pedicure selections! I got a lavender combination, it was amazing! Helen did my pedicure and she did a wonderful job, she was fun to talk to and my feet feel refreshed and new! My usual spot has closed today so I went to Azura Nails and Spa for a mani done. GREAT SERVICE! ! They greeted me very politely. They were always so nice and accommodating. I chose pale pink and my technician did very well. I love that they have the most fashionable and up to date colors. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! ! I've had really good experiences at Azura. I've had them maintain my almond-shaped nails for a couple of months and Crystal does a great job. They usually aren't too busy and the fills and pedicures are reasonably priced. I recommended them to a friend and she had a great experience as well. They also take appointments. We have gone to another place locally on previous trips and this is by far better... they were not crazy busy. We had went to a few other places and they were booked up. Azura Nails and Spa in Dallas is by far my favorite nail salon. I stopped in to check it out. I was very impressed with service. So talented and great at what they do. We were served promptly even though we had no appointment. The ladies helping us were efficient and professional. The quality of our service was nicely done. Azura Nails And Spa is FABULOUS!! I've tried a few other nail salons in the 112 Dallas and Azura Nails And Spa is the best! The atmosphere is relaxing, everything is clean and while I got lucky today. They did tell me to call ahead as they were unusually slow. Everyone was super friendly, they had many polishes colors and even had the newest colors set apart. The nail techs was awesome!!! She took her time, not rushed like most places do. Azura Nails Ans Spa is my second time there but definitely not my last, I love everything as long as the atmosphere is clean, reasonable price, and the nail technician enable help to me when i need and they always keep a smile on their face! It was nice and quiet around noon-ish on Tuesday. About three other customers walked in after I did, but the salon was still empty, which I appreciated because I don't like waiting a long time or having the room be noisy. It was probably the most serene I've been at a nail salon. My technician was really kind and making conversation about living in Dallas and her home country. She also offered me a drink before she started the mani. My shellac nails were the standard $30, similar to what I pay elsewhere. I seriously love this place.The prices are great, there is always a ton of parking & they have never let me down. I've been coming here consistently for a few months now, because I like to get a good feel for a nail salon before I write reviews. My go-to is my pedis and shellac manis. Shout out to Tommy because he is seriously the best! I always ask for him, which is probably why I always have such a fantastic experience.
