My FAVORITE place in all of Houston, Mimi and Sai are my favorite in here, I've never been so well taken care of, they did chrome nails on me last week that looked absolutely flawless, and I now have real flowers in my nails, and they always go above and beyond to make sure it looks perfect, mani and pedi.. I was in town for a week and tagged  along with my cousin to get my nails done. The new owner, Kelly, did a fantastic job on my nails. She was very professional and attentive. The salon is clean and contemporary. They even offer free drinks (soda). Her staffs were very friendly. I would highly recommend this place if you're in town. Read Less

Sign in to get a manicure pedicure for my niece sat down and was waiting went to go check on her and somehow she had nail tips on that no one got approved when I questioned it the technician said that my niece approved it as I explained to her since I am the person paying the bill I did not approve it and it is not the service I requested so I had her remove it then when paying my bill she came to the register and was extremely rude so I paid my bill did not leave a tip and went about my business today I get my credit card statement and they added a tip to my credit card of course called my credit card and had that disputed will never use this place again buyers beware. Decided to take my daughter and myself for a mani/pedi while we were visiting my aunt in Cypress. The three of us had a great experience! There were plenty of chairs and staff. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The shop was very clean, customer service was great and they even had a few little chairs for children. I went here twice. The first time everyone was very friendly and they did a good job on my producer. The second time I went it was awful. I asked for the same type of pedicure as I did the previous time. This time they didn't give me the hot stones and the lady rushed through everything. It was not worth the price at all. Read Less

I have to say the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. They know me by name and they are always welcoming to me. I get waxing and nail treatments here. They always wax my eyebrows perfectly and they are quick! I've never hated my mani/pedi here. Anytime I got a design it was done perfectly and always looked nice with a jewel they put on it. This place is awful! I have been here multiple times and everytime I'm mad when I leave. I came in today for a mani/pedi and wanted a small design on my finger. They said they could do it and then 15 mins later they were still shuffling around, 3 technicians came and looked at my fingers and all suggested something different! Finally I said "Nevermind" and within mins they were done with my pedicure! No massage! They didn't even remove skin around my nails!!! Just plain awful! I really didn't think I was asking too much. I have tried many nail salons looking for the right one and this is definitely not it. I went for a mani/pedi and have never left more disappointed.  No scrubbing of my feet and a child could have polished my nails better.  For my manicure I wanted to have my gel polish removed and then have just clear polish put on.  When I left I still had spots of my gel polish on my nails.  My daughter went with me and her pedicure was the same and her gel polish looks terrible.Needless to say I will continue in my quest to find a nail salon in the Cypress area. I love this place! Great price ($25 mani/pedi) and good service. When you walk in, someone greets you and asks what you need. Then, you sign in and pick a color. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my turn. The place is organized and clean. Great price on the full spa pedi with sea salt massage, cooling masque with hot towels (imagine the feeling of putting your legs into the snow up to the knees while simultaneously plunging them into a hot tub...awesome sensation) hot paraffin wax treatment and hot stone calf rub, PLUS French polish with pink rhinestones, AND a shoulder/neck massage for $46. When I sat down I was offered complimentary water, coke or even champagne for Mother's Day weekend!  The massage chairs aren't messing around either...they REALLY get in there and relax you to the bone. Helen does a superb job(she's a perfectionist) and is always so friendly and sweet. Walk-ins are welcome and seen promptly. They do nails including shellac, and you can get facials and massages as well, although I have never gotten one here so I can't comment on that. The ambiance is quite nice...clean and well-decorated but not retreat-like. Hubby wanted to treat me to one of those $60 pedis at an expensive spa, but I won't go anywhere else. LOVE it here! its hard to find a new nail spa when you move somewhere new... i actually would go to a very expensive salon here and have an "OK" job done!! my mom told me to try unique nail spa not only for my nails but waxing too... I'M VERY PICKY about my eyebrows but thought fine i will try, TINA is better then my expensive brow waxer in Los Angeles! She does the line SO STRAIGHT...
