I won't be coming back. I tried them a few years ago. I didn't appreciate how they up charged services so i stopped coming. I was desperate and really know where else to go and it was b4 a holiday so...
I won't be coming back. I tried them a few years ago. I didn't appreciate how they up charged services so i stopped coming. I was desperate and really know where else to go and it was b4 a holiday so i gave them another try..i asked for the #1 pedicure. The tech stated that if i wanted any service that were already listed under the service(I might add)would charged for each thing!?!... So I declined , but turns out I was charged for some extra services anyway?!?...I paid but did not leave a tip...I will never return!☹

The nails are ok...a bit bulky after getting home and really looking at them. I asked for a pedicure and a refill and tovreoair a broken nail. I asked for the #1 the tech stated that it will cost extra to get what was already listed in the original price! In the booklet?!?...so I said never mind, just give me what is for $25. Towards the end of my pedicure she put lotion,which,by the way, was one of the listed items that was supposed to be extra and she didn't ask me before she did it. Long story short, total was $103.00?!?! and my nails were not painted good,and the stones on my toes were too small and the stones on my finger were too big. I won't be returning

The manager in front is very polite, the girls that done my daughter and my nails were very polite and friendly and done a fantastic Job the place is very clean beautiful and relaxing atmos...
The manager in front is very polite, the girls that done my daughter and my nails were very polite and friendly and done a fantastic Job the place is very clean beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I read some other reviews and some one was complaining of the fact that apparently the girl dont speak and understand English well can be less true my daughter is been going there for long time now and we never have communication problem we understand them just fine and they also understand is just fine

I pass 10 other places to go here. Everyone is always pleasant. The place is clean and the music is good. The guy at the desk manages the floor well. Ive never had to wait.

Visiting from out of town and this place came recommend. The people are friendly and the service was prompt. This is a big salon with more nail color options than I'm used to There is plenty of parking. I wanted both a full and a pedicure. There weren't that many people there so I was hoping to have both done at same time but they were done separately. The person who did the pedicure did a good job but honestly it felt very rushed. I like to feel relaxed and it was hard because I could feel her rushing through the service. The fill was okay, but again very rushed and my fingers were burned a a few times with the drill. Overall, decent place and it was clean. I only wished it didn't feel like a sprint to finish each service.

The salon is nice and techs are friendly which is why I'm giving it two stars. The service is terrible! This is not usual salon and my gut told me not to go here but I ignored it and am now regretting...
The salon is nice and techs are friendly which is why I'm giving it two stars. The service is terrible! This is not usual salon and my gut told me not to go here but I ignored it and am now regretting that decision. This is honestly the worst shellac manicure I've ever had in my life. The work is sloppy like I painted my own nails and before even walking out of the salon the edges have already begun lifting. My cuticles were cut severely and I even started to bleed. I never have this problem and usually here nothing but compliments about how nice my cuticles and nail beds are. When approaching the counter to pay the guy working asked how my service was. I told him I was honestly very unhappy and needed a bandaid to stop the bleeding. His response was oh I'm sorry your total will be $60.00!! Talk about great customer service right? Smh I'll never step foot into this place again.

When I first went to the salon, I thought it was great but the customer service is terrible. If you have all the time in the world, you will be fine but if you are busy and schedule appointments that you work your day around, this is not the place for you. The last two appointments I made were completely ignored and I showed up and they did not honor my appointment. The first time, it was in their book and they gave the person i requested to someone else and tried to give me another person. Today, when I went in, they told me my appointment was for another time. They have no idea what customer service means.

The place is managed by men; however, ALL of the employees are foreign women that have NO desire to learn the English language. So therefore, the last 3 times that I went there - the person working on me - did not understand my instructions, questions, or anything. Last week I went, and I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and there was still hair everywhere!!! And the girl could not speak more than five words of English. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I thought at first they were an improvement over another local place, but the language barrier is too much to work with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL UNLESS YOU TAKE AN INTERPRETER WITH YOU!

When I first went to the salon, I thought it was great but the customer service is terrible.
