My friend and I had an appointment at 1:30pm for a manicure and pedicure. We arrived right on time. There were plenty of chairs open and not to many people. They started on my friend at 2pm. That whole time we were just sitting in a chair. No communication as to how much longer it would be. They eventually started on my feet at 2:15pm. I probably won't be coming back here.

When I got here the front desk staff did not greet me or even look up at me. I signed in and asked for a pedi and picked my colors. I waited around and was confused by the lack of customer service. Didn’t know if I was to wait or if she even knew I was there. When I asked the front desk about getting a pedi she seemed very inconvenienced. This was enough for me to leave, not sure why I didn’t. 10 minutes later I was brought back. The lady was nice but didn’t speak English. Had a great time until I asked for only one coat of color and one coat of glitter. She thought I wanted to take all of the polish off. Then she adds a thick layer of polish. I asked her take if off and start over and she does. Then she nudges one of my toes and adds more paint to fix it. So I was left with very thick polish. I asked her to fix it since I don’t like thick polish. The other techs were laughing. I try not to be a difficult customer and have never had a bad experience like this at a nail salon. Definitely not recommending or revisiting.
The last time I visited the lady at the front desk with short hair and a mark on her chin was snarky with another customer. I guess I didn’t learn a lesson on not going back.

I have been going to Sydney Nail Spa since December 2015. It's a clean, relaxing, positive experience to have your mani or pedi there. The staff is very nice, they have a great selection of colors and if you are having a bad day, I highly recommend a signature pedi. You get a 20 minute leg and foot massage, a hot neck wrap and a couple of glasses of wine if you like.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. They had an open pedicure chair so I soaked my feet for about ten minutes until they could get to me. They offered bottle water while I was waiting and they have two TV's to watch. I got the paraffin pedicure after being talked into it and it cost $45. I little more than what I usually spend but oh well. Pedicure turned out fine no complaints. Cost a little more than I usually pay so that would be my only complaint.

Everyone here was so friendly from the moment I called to ask for pricing. The salon itself is clean and relaxing. Linda did an AMAZING job on my full set. I requested coffin shape and she delivered beautifully. I honestly can't stop looking at them. I'm so glad to have found this gem right across the street from me. They definitely gained a new customer!

Hidden gem of a nail place in this toen. A cheap and good quality nail place is so hard to find, but I think I've finally found it. It is very clean. The staff did an awesome job with my nails - thorough with just the right amount of cutting and filing. I have mutilated pinky toenails, and when the lady worked on my pinkies extensively, I knew that this was my magic nail place.

This place is beautiful. The pedi chairs are sanitary. They have a awesome color selection for gel manicures. I came with a friend to get a mani/pedi and relax, and we extremely love it!

This nail shop is well taken care of, clean, and the staff are great If you are very picky about your nails - ask for Teresa she is great and takes her time when it comes to making your nails look beautiful! I always get a shellac manicure and she does a great job!

My friend and I had an appointment at 1:30pm for a manicure and pedicure. We arrived right on time. There were plenty of chairs open and not to many people. They started on my friend at 2pm. When I got here the front desk staff did not greet me or even look up at me. I signed in and asked for a pedi and picked my colors. I waited around and was confused by the lack of customer service. Didn’t know if I was to wait or if she even knew I was there. When I asked the front desk about getting a pedi she seemed very inconvenienced. This was enough for me to leave, not sure why I didn’t. 10 minutes later I was brought back. The lady was nice but didn’t speak English. The staff is very nice, they have a great selection of colors and if you are having a bad day, I highly recommend a signature pedi. You get a 20 minute leg and foot massage, a hot neck wrap and a couple of glasses of wine if you like.
