My daughter, husband and I went to get manicures and pedicures. We sat at the pedicure chair at 9am for about 10 minutes. Finally a mail tech came to attend to myself and daughter. She leaves my daughter 2 times for at least 15 minutes at a time to do someone's eyebrows. It's now 40 minutes later, my husband is still waiting. Kim went to him to start as shes done his before. We heard someone called out to them and ask if she and her daughter can get their nails done. Kim was then told to leave my husband and go to that customer. The nail tech in charge said the customer had an appointment. That was a huge lie! My husband walked out of the salon at 9:50am. While I'm still sitting there. The same customer then said, "I'm sorry I didn't call I said let me come and see if they're busy". They techs knew I heard. I have a picture of my daughters horrible pedicure. It is a really clean shop and they are very well respecting people. They do really good pedicure but their nail polish is junky. When I got my finger nails done they already started peeling off the day after. And my mom got her French nails done and they wear so beautiful and cute. I am going to get them done next time I go...
