I attended the salon about three weeks ago for the first time. My experience was phenomenal.
Customer service: I don't think you will get better customer service any other nail salon. The set the customer service bar so high. They were friendly and accommodating. Examples: They allowed me t use their iPhone charger. I was impressed that the pedi chairs had a USB port. This allowed me to have access to my phone while my service was being completed.
Example: Another customer came in who appeared to have had a stroke and had lost her mobility and ability to speak. She was escorted by her husband as he pushed her in a wheelchair into the salon. Regal assisted the disabled woman in every way. Helped the husband to get her in pedi chair, adjusted her back pillow, did not rush her or the service they were giving her.
Example: Allowed me to come the same day to apply colour as I had a 1pm appointment to be to so was running out of time
Michael gave me my pedi and he did an amazing job...provided I had not had a pedi in a year 🙅🏾.
I'm not sure of the days but I think it is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday they offer a percentage off on services. (I think it's 20%). They offer a range of other services as well.

Stopped in here on a whim and had a great manicure and pedicure. This salon is spotless, great amount of polish colors, super sweet staff, and the techs actually took their time doing my nails, it was refreshing as a customer. Definitely recommend this salon and will definitely be back next time!

Stopped here because I was at the HEB next door and wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone. Nothing bad to say about the place but nothing exceptional either. I only got a pedicure and from what I can tell, the tech did a rather decent job. I gave them 3 stars for average service. The tech asked me twice if I wanted anything to drink, that's always nice. I would probably come back if I happen to be in the area again.

I have switched from my regular place after trying this place! The owner is very sweet, the technicians do an amazing job, the chairs are comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable. Unlike other places, they never rush and even stay late to finish. I took my husband there tonight and he said that it was the best pedicure of his life - his awful calluses are completely gone! You won't be disappointed!

I love this nail salon. I rushed in the last 15 minutes of operating hours and was treated like royalty for the most basic of services- a color change. Rosie took her time, was so sweet and just made my night with her customer service. The salon was immaculate. I'm so over grungy nail salons. You go to be pampered and to be groomed and some of the local salons are so dirty I wouldn't take my dog
To it. But not Rosie's Regal Nails. It was immaculate, bright and a very relaxing environment.

Excellent service and attention to detail. They have a great collection of wearable (not trendy) nail polish colors to choose from. I received a mani/pedi that day, full package. The whole service was professionally executed and the licensed cosmetologist was educated, gifted, intuitive and very sweet. She knew all the pressure points for legs, feet and hands as well as an eye for detail when trimming and painting nails. I have never experienced high-end treatment in a walk-in salon. The interiors are contemporary, light, bright; equipment and chairs are new; the ambience is totally peaceful. I was in the area to get my phone serviced, so I don't frequent this place, but if I lived close by this would be my go-to! Lucky for those who live in Cypress. This place is it.

I've never given a review before especially not for a nail shop but this shop deserves a review. When I first walked in they gave the warmest welcome and invited me to sit down.The first thing I noticed was how clean and new the nail shop was. The tools and equipment are very clean and well kept.They took my acrylics off and gave me an absolutely beautiful gel manicure. They took their time and did not rush the process at all. She examined my nails and made sure I was comfortable through each step. After finishing my manicure she went back over the tiniest details, to make sure I was happy. They stayed after closing with zero complaint to finish my manicure. They truly deserve more business and hope this encourages people to go. I'm very impressed with the quality of service. They were not pushy and gave me a great deal!

The new owner if this shop worked at Plush Nails studio in Rice Village and not only was she rude when she was working there, she STOLE the entire concept for this salon from PLUSH NAILS STUDIO without the owners permission. Have been a client of this location next to HEB, for 3 years. Always had wonderful service and results until now. Appears to be under new management. The nail tech agreed to do stiletto nails upon my request. When she asked what length I wanted them, I asked if she could still do a short version of stiletto nails. She said yes, only to proceed to shape them into a regular nail shape. After bringing it to her attention, she attempted to file down one nail into a stump, saying that they were now too short to achieve the desired stiletto nail look. I told her that's not what she had explained to me when I asked about the short length earlier. The manager was no help after calling him over, citing that it was our fault we didn't get what we wanted because we should have shown the tech a photo beforehand. Ultimately, after arguing the point, he agreed to not charge for the service and to let the tech finish what she had started. Poor customer service skills. He could have told her to start over seeing as how they were not busy. I was going to do a pedicure afterwards but left after she did a shoddy job on the existing nail service. I will never go there again.
