have been to this location about 3 times. I have had great previous experiences. The salon is clean, and I love the fun design of the chairs. They close at 7, which is great for me to go in and Get a dip manicure done right after work. I usually take my son and they dont seem to mind him in my lap, or sometimes they bring him a chair.
The reason I get 4 stars today is because the last time I got my nails done, I feel like the young lady rushed, she did not clean up my nails at all. There was blue all over my fingers... And she did not push or clean up my cuticles like I asked. When she was done, she didnt tell me to wash my hands or did not to the nice little hand massage. I know different people jave different ways if doing things so I wasnt sure if it was okay to wash my hands. So I was disappointed with my last visit. However I will be back to try again, and hope to have a better experience.

I absolutely love Polishe Nail bar! I used to get my acrylics here all the time and their pedicures are amazing and reasonably priced. Highly recommend, this is the best nail place I've been to regarding service and quality.

The lady I had today was not the best. I didn’t like her attitude plus they charge for everything. A set of dipped nails $45 plus $5 for shaping, $5 for size (keep in mind I wanted them shorter), and $5 for matte coat. First I wasn’t sure if I wanted matte or shiny so I asked the lady if she could do one nail matte to see if I like it. She said she would charge me $5 so I was like ok whatever then I decided I wanted matte and she said it would be $10 because she would have to buff out the shine and do matte then she comes out saying she was playing?? Umm which I this point I was already frustrated with her sarcasm. I ended up paying $60 for a set of nails that I do not love. I’m not happy with her service

Got a refill and a pedi. Pedi was good. Enjoyed the music/videos (I usually hate the “relaxing” music in nail salons. The lady who did my refill was REALLY fast(like 35 min.) which I loved, because I hate sitting forever. One of my nails just popped off and it’s only been a week and a half (may23-june 3). They usually last at least 3 weeks.

I love the way Quynh does my nails! She was super nice and professional. I had came in with something in mind but she had educated me on what was the right approach for my type of nail shape and I really appreciated that! I love the decor and ambiance and loved how friend the guy at the front was! Overall, best salon in Cypress. Don't go anywhere else that advertises long skinny coffin shape, most likely if it's not from here, it's gonna look disoriented and more square like then coffin like. NOTE* first time I came in to get a nail fixed, a male nail tech with tattoos by the name of Devinh fixed them but they were so wide and the polish job was terrible. She informed me that he doesn't work here anymore.

I just started visiting this nail shop recently and I've had my nails and toes done twice. This will definitely be my nail shop from now on. I had to go at least twice before I reviewed them to ensure consistency. Firstly, it's sooo cute and feminine inside. It's obviously a newer shop so everything is still pretty and clean. Most importantly the staff is awesome! The owner is Con. Con is super involved, very hands ensuring everyone is satisfied, and is very personable and customer service oriented. They are up to date on all the new trends and are amazing at delivering all the latest and classic looks. I have to say Tony is my favorite. He carries on genuine conversation, he's a perfectionist, and he's patient enough for the most indecisive and picky customers like myself lol. Overall, it's a great shop with a great ambience and great perks for loyal customers. You won't be disappointed.

I love my nails !! Amazing Atmosphere and Service! The owners of this nail salon are passionate about the beauty industry and it shows in every way! I would give them 10 stars if google would allow! After searching in the cypress area(for about 6months) for a nail place to call home. I am totally sold! Mink Lashes are top notch as well!

have been to this location about 3 times. I have had great previous experiences. The salon is clean, and I love the fun design of the chairs.
