They lie about their prices. They told me because I am doing shellack it will cost $10 to do my cuticles. Really? That's part of getting q manicure! I ledt payin $120 for shellack manicure amd ped..they try to get money out of u and lie about the prices. Then one of them kept complaining that my nails are too short. I normally see Betty, but she wasn't feeling well today. I let someone else do my nails. I didn't get her name, but she was completely rude. When I corrected her on how to do my nails correctly she didn't do it, right. Was speaking to me in a disrespectful tone, as if I didn't know how I like to get my nails done. Won't be going back. I went back today for a complete set fix and the owner, as well as the Nail tech immediately greeted me with the utmost respect and attention.My nails look amazing thanks to Mai (the nail tech) taking her time to make sure they were to my liking (I'm very,  very picky) and she was very polite through it all. She makes great suggestions and is very talented. The only person I let do my nails is Mai.Also the owner is extremely sweet and expels exceptional customer service. I really appreciate her attention and care to the customers from what I've seen. She's very personable and knows how important this is. Have been here a few times before. My experience was always pleasant. Clean place and good service from what I had experienced. Sunday 11/05 I went to get a refill on my nails but for some reason the lady I requested, Tracy, was not available. Tracy does a wonderful job, unfortunately I tried someone new and didn't realized how bad of a job she did. On Monday 11/06 Couldn't get over how unhappy about the horrible work they had done. I wish I had the name of this lady with the bad job. I call today, Monday. They took me in and Tracy was able to fix my nails. Even thought I love Tracy's work I will not be returning to this place; normally a place won't charge you again for their bad work but this place did. I paid $35.00 for the bad job and they had to charge me $20 to fix them, the excuse I was give is that they closed week on Sunday and their workers are contractors and they can't backcharge them. Honestly just want to let people know if you go make sure you let them know if you are not happy with the work right away, otherwise you will be taken advantage of. The atmosphere in this spa is absolutely relaxing and very clean. The technicians are really nice and take their time. They even use an actual timer for the stone foot massage to reassure you are getting what you pay for. This is a newer, nice facility.  They offer more natural choices, such as real fruit used in a pedicure option.  But unfortunately when I went in on a busy day my dipping powder manicure and service was rushed.  The tech did not buff it so it was uneven. Read Less

Worst dip manicure I've ever had. I have thin, brittle nails and use coating to protect them. Communication was horrible with my technician (who had come highly recommended). It took over two hours. She cut my nails way too short. The coating is so thin, it is chipping off and my nails are breaking. To add insult to injury, it was the most expensive manicure I've ever had. Read Less

When I went in I specified that I wanted the basic pedicure ($25) since it was my first time trying then I want to make sure I'm not wasting my money. They show me a drink menu and asked me to pick between a margarita, wine, infused water or soda. When asked how much then said free of charge. When they confirm which package I wanted I... tell the basic. The cashier comes back to ask me for my drink and I told her someone was already getting them. She asked me to confirm again what package I was going with and when I confirmed the basic she tells me oh I'm sorry the margarita is only free with a more expensive package. I roll my eyes because I specifically told them to begin with the package I chose. The pedicure itself was mediocre. An older Asian lady managed to make by big toe bleed and didn't even clean it up. I had to ask them to clean and disinfect it for me. They didn't even offer a discount, just a measly apology. I am not big on manicure or pedicure. I get them done occasionally when I feel my hands and toes look very bad.One Friday evening I went there at 6pm and got the Morocco Signature Spa pedicure and Signature Manicure. They close at 7pm but my pedicure service lasted till 7:30pm, ladies were nice and did not complain. The experience was very good. My daughter and I went to Olive Nail Spa today on Spring Cypress just past H-E-B at Grant.  This place is so nice and peaceful, the staff were super friendly and attentive.  We both got our eyebrows done, I got pedicure and she got acrylics.  All 3 services were great.  Free drinks including yummy freshly made fruit infused water, but I could have had wine or soda, a warm neck pillow if you choose, an awesome leg and foot massage.  This place has a true spa feel, not an in and out nail factory! I love this place! These women are ALWAYS so nice! They always have smiles on their faces. They greet you at the front with a smile on their face. They are always ready to work. They legit pamper you and make you feel special when you are there. Its new, its very clean...its great. This is my new home for my nails! I highly recommend this place! Wow!! This place is amazing!! I have been looking for a new nail place for awhile now. I have been to Venetian in Vintage Park (super busy all the time), Pamper Me Nails (inconsistent work and service), Cherries (unkept), Hollywood Nails, Pink Nails (unprofessional management)... I was looking for a place that is clean, professional, relaxing and well-kept. I am happy to say my search is now over! Olive is it! The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Love the front desk lady and the two sweet ladies who took care of me, Nancy and Sammy. The entire salon is clean - even the restroom. Beverages offered include infused water, iced coffee (delish!), wine, margaritas, and soda. Large color selection -paint & shellac. They put a warm neck pillow on at the beginning. The lavender scrub legitimately has lavender pieces in it, and the oil at the end had a nice, soft powder scent to it. I was looking for an experience and nice place to relax without a bunch of chatter. I don't have to look any further. Also, they've only been open for 2 months and you wouldn't know it. Great staff. Okay ladies. I can speak about this place after going there today. O. M. G. am I in love. They currently have a 30% off sale, so I splurged and got the "big" pedicure and "big" manicure (and added shellac). There was a 30 minute leg massage, a 30 minute hand/arm massage, and then a 10 minute shoulder and neck massage while my toes dried. They used actual Olive Oil on me and all kinds of hot towels, stones, lotions, masks, and lots of stuff. Other than one of my cuticles on my toe getting nicked (and bleeding) it was quite possibly one of the best nail spa places I have been to, and I'm a big ol salon snob.....They have a "frequent flyer" type card that after so many $25 (or more) visits, you get a discount or money off (I forgot). They have tons of polish colors available in shellac & regular. They do waxing & facials as well. They offer you beverages....Try the infused water. It was great. It had apples, oranges, grapes, lemons, limes, cranberries, etc. in it and was very flavorful. The ambiance of the salon was so calm and serene. The colors are so soothing and natural and neutral. They played relaxing music the whole time, too. They have TV's to watch, but I was so relaxed, I had my eyes closed the whole time. The woman who greeted me (I'm assuming the owner) was so kind, in fact everyone was really sweet. I got gel polish manicure and a pedicure and both were great! My tech was thorough with the massage and was prompt to offer a beverage. All around great experience, however my only complaint is that the brands that they offer for gel polish are really low quality. My manicure lasted 4 days before it started to peel up. The polish was very thin and by day 6 it looked awful it had to be removed. I didn't recognize the brand name 'DNC' or something similar? Generally with an OPI gel polish manicure it lasts me 2 weeks, so for this polish to last less than half that was disappointing. Read Less

All the other technicians (who didn't have customers) gathered around to watch her paint my nails.
