My daughter took me last night to the salon because she loves it. The atmosphere of the spa is beautiful. I had a pedicure and manicure, getting ready for a trip. The pedicure was fine, not great, just ok, The person doing my pedicure left in the middle to do someone else, and had a new person finish the polish. I needed to fix the callous on my toe myself when I got home. The manicure was worse. The lady doing my manicure was more interested in who was coming in the shop and what was happening at the front door than my hands. She got up to check the computer and talk to the new people walking in no less than 6 times while working on my hands. There was a receptionist at the front desk, to handle this I would assume. I tried the powder dip and went home with white all around my nails on my fingers. I spent over half an hour trying to figure out how to get it off. Even this morning I still have one finger that still had some residue. I've been putting cuticle oil on continuously to try to fix it. My daughters nails were perfect, no such residue on her hands. I started as a client 10 years ago of both Amy And Tracy, all the way in Woodland Hills, CA.. This is the fourth salon that I've followed them to and I will continue to follow them wherever they go! The difference this time, is that they are the Salon owners! Congratulations!!! Not only are they friendly and professional, but they are wonderful people. They always have wonderful personalities and are very sweet! Customer service is huge for me, and it's important to be greeted and acknowledged when I come in. The Salon is peaceful and relaxing. They keep up to date with their techniques, have a great eye for what colors to choose, and are always suggesting fun designs. Not to mention that the price is very affordable! I get my nails filled, pedi done and eye brows waxed, EVERY 2 weeks on the dot! I personally go to Tracy for my nails and waxing, and to Amy for my pedi. I love them to death. Not only did I get right in on a Saturday morning, everyone was super nice and very efficient. They knew I wanted light colors and that I love the powder dip. So they recommend the umbre color. It was done with the powders and acrylic liquid. My tech has 5 years experience! I don't live in Cypress but when I get back, I will definitely come back! Read Less

I was really loving this place until the new management. Before I received the complimentary back rub and they paid a bit more attention to me. I went last week and I was rushed in and out and no top coat put on my nails at all. I will give it another try because I really liked it there. Keeping my fingers crossed it was just a day they were a little off. Update: 3.18 Loving this place more and more! Loved both Nail techs...Tracy and Pam did an amazing job! Can't wait to come back and be pampered even more!I decided to try the nail dip powder and so glad I did. So much thinner than acrylic powder and looks so natural. Tracy took her time and made them look great! One of the best pedicures I've had with Pam! New management since 9/1.  Julie is the new owner and does  an amazing job.  I have acrylic nails with a French manicure and I get compliments all of the time.Julie is a perfectionist and demands a clean environment.   I never have to wait.  Her team is friendly and talented.  I'd follow her anywhere!  You will be so pleased!!! The ambiance here is very nice and the place is new and clean. However, even after I told them it was my daughter's 12th birthday, they treated her like she was a little 5 year old giving her Mickey Mouse ears on her toes without asking her and playing little kid music for her and her friends. I really enjoyed my experience! I went for the 1st time because of the good reviews. It was the middle of a weekday, so I got extra lucky... 90% of my time there, I was the only person. I was treated like a queen! They did a really fantastic job. Their prices weren't posted anywhere online, so I'll add them as pics for others considering this place. HIGHLY recommended!
