They do acrylic/gel nails here!!! Yay. It seems like it's sort of hard to find because a few places I checked out don't do them. My nail tech did my nails and she was fantastic, very thorough and meticulous. I was super happy with the results. The guy was sitting next to us and he also was doing a full set on another client. I am SO happy I found this spot. I was/am so tired of going from salon to salon thinking I've found the girl who can do my acrylics well. I was trying to find a spot near me and I just couldn't. So I decided one day to drive here (about a 40 minute drive for me) because the reviews and pictures were so great. I am so so happy I did. Because the girls here are so wonderful, I don't care that I almost have to spend 3 or 4 hours driving here, getting my nails done, then going home. I wish they were closer to me!! Stacy is great - she's the first girl I went to for a fill. She told me my nails were very thin from all the other girls who had done them, so I needed a new set soon. Highly recommended !!! The place was clean and the receptionist very welcoming but my technician was awful! She was constantly distracted looking up pulling out a notebook to write something down and then having a conversation with another technician speaking in a different language which is just rude!! I was really nervous about this woman cutting my cuticles and nails, and a few of my nails there was a gap between with no polish on my nails. Let me start off by saying that I'm visiting family out in Cypress, and I am from California. We decided to get some mani pedis. We were looking for a place to accommodate 5 people last minute. We initially made an appointment at 5pm, but pushed it 5:30 because we were stuck in downtown Houston traffic. We arrived just on time at 5:30 and set us up in the vip room. The girl in the front was so helpful with picking colors. She swatched the colors on her hand to show my sister and me how the colors would look. The technicians were really friendly and joked around with us. I loved how they give complimentary drinks as well. At the end of the appointment, the girl in the front knew we were out of town and let my aunt (who lives in the area) to have all the stamps for all 5 of our mani pedis. My mother and I got pedicures here in late July. A month later we both took our polish off and found that our toes have fungus. Every single one of my mother's toes is covered with it and several of mine have it. Neither of us had fungus before getting our nails done nor have we ever had toe fungus before. She lives out of town so it's not like we both use the same shower or anything like that. We had to have gotten it here. The facility looks nice and clean so we were shocked but beware. I guess I'm understanding how a lot of nail salons work in this area. Offer free drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and offer different kinds of pedicures and manicures depending on what treatments you want. After awhile you do spend a little bit more than you would normally do at an average nail salon. This place offers what is mentioned above. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and told her I wanted a shellac manicure and shellac pedicure. On a wall, they had key rings of different kinds of nail polishes. I come here by myself and sometimes for a treat I bring my daughters.  I would say the service is just alright. I went in the other day for a mani/pedi. I think the biggest disappointment was the 1 minute hand massage. It's my favorite part and the woman seemed to rush through it despite there being nobody else in the place. Also frustrating was the fact that the 2 women doing my services spoke for about 5 minutes in their native language.  This irritates me to no end. And it wouldn't matter if they were speaking English. If you are giving someone a service, personal conversations should be kept to a minimum.  It's just unprofessional to me.  I hope they can get things going in the right direction. Read Less

I enjoy coming here to get my nails done! Everyone is very professional and attentive. Trish, Jessie, and Kayla are my favorite:) The owners play an active role and are also very kind and friendly. To help you enjoy your spa day, they offer cocktails to all of their customers and also provide coffee and snacks in case your stomach starts growling. I decided to try this location out considering I am a Bridgeland resident and that it is close to my home (worst idea ever!) I will continue to go to the NOA on memorial and dairy ashford. I walk in for a refill (powder and same color). The place was empty so my mother sat next to me while we talked - they offered drinks and I asked for water. Common courtesy is to offer my guest some water too considering its free but Nope not even a single word to make her comfortable.I pick the same color powder  and even show her and tell her I am picking and wanting the same color as what I have on (I even verified it was the same powder name). Technician finishes and leaves me with thick nails, the shape more square than square round, powder crust everywhere (she didn't even take the chunks out from under my nails.)Go to the counter and they charge me for a change color refill, when I had clearly picked the same one. They call the technician and she starts arguing so I say fine do as you please and just pay for the service. Instead of calling the manager while I am there, they wait until I leave to call me back and give me the $10 dollar refund. There is no way that I am turning around after being mistreated and told that I don't know what color I picked. The only reason they even wanted to make things right was because I said I was writing this review.Just terrible. Read Less

I brought my girlfriend here, and we were both beyond pleased. The staff are very cordial, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. The environment/decor is modern, clean and pleasing to the senses. I came in early Saturday morning with my daughter, my friend and her kids for manicure and pedicures.  I wasn't a fan as they wanted to take us in the back to the chairs first and just left our girls up front by the door.  They are only 4 and 5! We left the chairs to make sure our girls were ok.  It was nice that they had little pink butterfly chairs up front, but I don't like that I could not keep my eyes on them. My pedicure was great... until they were rushing to get me out of the chair even thought the place was still empty.  They forced me to put on my sandals while my toes were still wet and caused all sorts of dings and dents.  She tried to fix them, but they still look like crap at the end.Our daughter package came with two nail art, she didn't get any of them and it started to chip that same day.We were not pleased and will not be coming back. Personally I'm not a fan of dropping my 9 yr daughter off to get a pedicure by herself next to the front door.This place had the little kids chairs but no adult chairs in the same space and the little girls chairs were next to the front door.Yes they did offer me the option to set both of us in the big chairs but but there are too many other places where mother and daughter can both comfortably get manicures and pedicures togetherHopefully they'll remedy the situation or a new place will open that can accommodate Read Less

This place is close to home so I decided to give it a try. They did my toes and nails at the same time. While I was there, everyone was professional and very nice. They even offer alcoholic/nonalcoholic drinks complimentary. I had told the nail tech I didn't want shellac but she talked me into it and said it would last 14-21 days. After day 4 my shellac had started to peel off on a couple nails. At day 8, my shellac was peeling off every finger. It could have been the brand of shellac as I didn't recognize it, but usually mine start to peel around day 10. Disappointed in this especially because nails were $35. The receptionist were not hospitable, Rose doesnt know what she's doing she kept messing up my toes with the heat lamp, Tish tried to do what she wanted to do on my full set and there are scratches and residue from her buffing my nails. So I always pass by this location and have been wanting to try it. The current nail location I go to has lost its good customer service and technicians... when my husband and I went in they checked us in fast, explained the prices and took us to where we would get our pedicures. My nails looked great! It was a very relaxing experience and I sincerely enjoyed my time there. Prices are reasonable as well. Went in for a manicure. Stacy was my nail tech, and I was excited after reading all the good reviews about her. She definitely lived up to it! She did an amazing job. When I first walked in, I told the gentlemen at the counter that I don't get my nails done very often and that I had some questions. He paired me up with a very knowledgeable lady who was able to answer all my questions and help me figure out what kind of polish I wanted. I am extremely satisfied with my nails and the service! I read the reviews and wish I felt the same way.  I've tried this place twice and I keep going back because it's so close hoping I can find someone I like there.  The first time my polish was put on uneven.  The second time I had Tina who was so sweet but could not understand English and my nails were not at all what I wanted.  I could not make her understand.  It's been almost week and they are shellac and already coming off.  I'm going to give them one more try before I go elsewhere.  They do check on you and offer you drinks.  I just want to walk out with my nails looking good.
