I unfortunately wasted my time and money here twice but at least I’ll never come back again. The first time I went I got white shellac for my nails and they turned brown within 2 days. When I told them what had happened they insisted that it must’ve been something I ate or touched. The second time was even worse and my hands and feet looked better before I came in than when I left. The place looks really clean and sophisticated inside but the service is horrible. All the workers look unhappy and rude and every technician I got didn’t listen to what I said. The prices aren’t worth what you receive and almost any other place could do much better for the same cost or less. It’s a shame. Read Less

I am giving them a two star rating instead of one star, because I've been to this salon before on several occasions and had excellent service. The Host who is usually a male , would take care of me, in a polite and courteous manner. He would make sure all my needs were met. And he made you feel special. But today, there was a woman in charge and she treated me like an annoying piece of gum stuck on the bottom of her shoe. If you want to pay good money to be treated like ...a second-class citizen, then this is the place for you. I was lied to about serving alcoholic beverages. They tried to overcharge me $10 for my facial wax. Then I was told you can only pay with cash or an ATM card. There was no sign posted on the wall saying this is their policy. And I've used a credit card to pay for services before. So glad, I only took one friend with me instead of three. Pretty place, but horrible service! Went in for a pedicure with my husband. Once seated... his pedicure began, and I sat forever in ice cold water with no one in sight. By the time his was nearly finished, I still didn't have a technician. When I did finally get one, she rushed through as quickly as possible leaving my nails only partially painted. The nail salon is nice but the service is terrible. The lady that was working at the front wasn't friendly at all and the lady who did my nails literally had a frown on her face the entire time. I only give two stars because they doubled the price for My nails when i called in and got it confirmed with the price i only did natural full set and NO WHERE do they charge 65 dollars for that! I've been going to Harmony Nail & Threading salon for years. From manicures to pedicures (yes guys should get them too ), they are the best in Pasadena. It's very clean, great staff and they almost always have someone available if you just walk-in. They're service is great as they offer you something to drink while you are being pampered.
