I recently made the decision to find a new nail place and came across this salon thanks to Google. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places that want to rip you off. The lady who did my nails made sure that I liked what she was doing each step of the way. If I had even a small concern or request she made sure to fix it which I APPRECIATED GREATLY!! I wish I could give no stars. This is my second time going here. The first time was an ok experience. I liked my nails overall, I did have to touch them up with a file but that's normal for me. The second time the ladies were not welcoming nor friendly. Nancy was very rough with my nails. And my acrylic broke off of one of them the same day. The ladies spoke very loudly to each other the whole time and there were so many of them looking over your shoulder. Don't go here. Read Less

Started going here because of the Sunday hours,  won't go anywhere else because of the service. I love that I can get in and out of here without having to plan my entire day around my nail appointment. I had always been curious of this place since it is close to home, and I'm very happy that I took the chance to try it out! The workers are very nice and patient and did not make me feel I was being rushed. I've been assisted by Holly and Hanna, who have done a lovely job on my nails. I mostly get a shellac manicure, which comes out to $25, not including a tip. Every time I have gone, the equipment and shop have been clean. This is now my go-to nail place! Read Less

I just had a pedicure and Sns (dipped gel manicure). I called ahead of time and the employees had my pedicure chair ready by the time I got there. The pedicure was very nice and relaxing and was done so great! Lina did my sns nails and she did a very thorough and excellent job! Being the first time for me to ever get dipped nails, I was fascinated by it. No more heat damage from regular nails drying or shellac! Attached is a picture of my dipped nails. I m giving 3 stars because I wasn't impress with the service I have received.. It is pricey but the service is not on point at all and I thinks its rude when they speak about you in their language and make fun of you. I really enjoyed going here. It's not far from home and I really liked the lady that has done my nails a few times. I cannot remember her name but I know that she has one son who is in college and she's helping to take care of her mother in law. I was there a few weeks ago to have my nails done and I brought with me some nail stickers I ordered from Etsy. I've used them before and I asked to have them put on only 2 fingers. The lady doing my nails was not sure how to apply them so she asked someone who I am assuming is the manager or owner. She proceeded to tell me that they do not work and brought over the nails with their designs drawn on them and told me they could do that for $5. I told her no thank you to just leave the two nails blank and I would apply them myself at home. Then another lady said she could apply them for me but the manager made it clear that it would cost an additional $5 per nail to apply a sticker. The sticker has to be dipped in water, placed on the nail and then clear polish needs to be applied. I did it at home and they have been on for 2 weeks. I type everyday am often around children and cook and bake. That being said, I'm not sure why they told me they did not work unless they wanted an additional $10 for stickers. The lady who did my nails apologized profusely and I do not blame her at all but they have definitely lost a client. I am heading back to Lux Nails and will continue to tell everyone I can about my experience. Some places have no true sense of customer service. That additional $5 to $10 lost a client who comes in every 2 weeks for fingernails and pedicure. Read Less

First time ever going here and i must say i enjoyed it!! Hanna really took her time with my nails and made sure everything was up to par with my nails!! I also like the fact that she remembered my name from just a phone call i made the previous day! She offered me something to drink as well ! This place is nice clean and reasonable prices!!! It was my first time here. Love the place it is very clean and well kept. The owner Hannah is very friendly but what impressed me the most was that I messed up my nail polish on my toe and dint notice till I was about to leave Hannah noticed it and redid it even though they were about to close. Updating my review.   Not happy at all.   My toe is swollen and tender 3 days after getting a pedicure.  They tried to downplay it.  It's not them with an infected toe.Original review. Make sure you don't get the quiet girl.  My big toe is hurting because she cut too much while cleaning my cuticle.  Open cut as every ptime acetone or alcohol was applied, it would burn.  She went through the motions of applying mask and lotions and it didn't feel like she knew that there was supposed to be a massage along with it.  The girl in charge seemed more pleasant and approachable,  and knowledgable, but as this was my first time, I didn't know better.  Prices are reasonable. This is my second time here. A hidden gem it's fairly new and currently still has a huge 20% off sign in the front. Prices are fair and has a nice collection of colors and they're very clean which is most important to me. The owner is very friendly and always offers customers a complimentary drink.
