It was a terrible experience, she kept on leaving every minute and took more than 15 minutes just to do my eyebrows, and to top it all off she didn’t do them as I told her, she took most of my eyebrow hair and left my eyebrows with a completely different shape! I love this place and have been a happy customer for almost a year now. Prices are fair, colors are abundant and the staff is friendly. I am so sorry to read that some people had a poor experience here. I will admit that I had one myself but did not let it ruin me being a returning customer. I spoke to the owner about my issue and she was happy to offer my next service free, plus free items for me to take home as well. The owner went above and beyond to correct the problem. Also that employee is no longer there either. NOT that I got her fired but the owner will not keep someone on who may cost her business. Just recently moved here and decided to try this place out. I am so glad I did! The staff was very kind, and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. I had a good experience here.  The chairs are older but it is nice that they have waterfall walls between sections you face.  The techs were friendly and humorous.  I got a gel/shellac mani and pedicure.  It turned out great and was long lasting.  They have some exact color matches for the gel mani and pedi colors.  The massage was average.  The price is average. I like the place. Good service, nice technicians, reasonably pricing. I used to come here often prior and when they first opened. Decided to try them out again. My pedicure is awesome, but the polish on my hands looks like I did it. looking at my nails reminded me why I stopped coming to this place. Think it's just a hit or miss depending on who you get. I loved my experience! Brought my young daughter and three of her friends to celebrate her birthday and the girls were placed in a private spa room under crystal chandlers. Each girl received an adult-like pedicure with leg scrub and massages included; they sang Happy Birthday (in two languages) to my daughter and gave her a little shower-lotion gift as we left. Myself, my mother and two other moms also received pedicures with the girls and we each remarked that the massage chairs were the best we have ever sat in! The staff was so kind and gracious and the prices were great. I am on a budget and was amazed at how affordable the prices were. My daughter had the best birthday ever!! When we left, one of her friends remarked, "I want to have my birthday here!!" Thank you Grants Nails and Spa for making my daughter's day so special. So my neighbor and I usually go to Spa Palace. I thought they opened at 11 on Sunday's but was wrong and we decided to give Grants another try as our 1st experience over a year ago was not that great. I called for two mani's and two pedi's. Not a problem I was told. We picked our colors and sat down. No menu was given to us and they just sat down and started our pedicures. We asked for a menu and finally got one. Talk about the fastest pedicure of our lives. It was not relaxing at all. Miserable actually. After we finish we ask about our manicures. I was told she would be back. 10 minutes later she isn't back. My friend asked about hers and her lady w a sour look on her face started hers. I love this place. I get my nails done and pedicure regularly here. I used to go to the nail place in Spring Cypress closer to Telge and when the owners changed the new owner was extremely rude. I get the $35 pedicure and it include a mask, scrub, wax, and hot stone massage. Today while having my nails done they did my pedicure at the same time. (They have done this every time and it saves me a good hour of time, if not more.). The pedicure actually lasted longer than a full set of acyrlic nails. It was awesome. They are always very polite and pleasant. My nails always last at least two weeks and I've never had one fall off before then. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my last pedicure I had the polish chipped within 2 days. On more than one toe. I was wearing flip flops too so I'm not sure why. They have a huge selection of shellac colors and powder colors. They also offer eyebrow tinting, but the one time I had that done it really didn't seem to last or be worth the cost. (Second reason for only fours stars.)  I have never had to wait either. Even on weekends. They are appropriately staffed. Walk in, one lady start then another one comes finally the third one done the job. To take the gel off it took 40 minutes between phonecalls and 3 different manicurist taking off my gel. Pretty Odd . Just had the world's fastest pedicure. I'm not kidding!  I cannot say this was a relaxing experience which is why I like pedicures. The results were ok. The boss kept telling the tech to fix the jets on the tub and they kept breaking. I told her not to worry but the boss insisted. This place is dark and dingy. The tech couldn't find her supplies easily. They used liners on the tub were purposefully torn so they fit which kind of defeated the purpose in my opinion. This was my second visit to this salon. My first experience was about the same. I wanted to give it another try though. Honestly, I only stopped here since it's next door to the grocery store. I absolutely love this place everyone is very nice and listen to what you want done and the prices are really good also. Got husband in for a pedicure by Hong and he absolutely loved it. He doesn't really get them done alot but he said he would start coming in regularly to have one done by Hong. Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. I came in for a mani & had to get four acrylic nails taken off...they started trying to rip them off and I asked them MULTIPLE times to soak them or file them down instead & proceeded to rip & scrape them off instead of listening to their customer...then turned around and charged me a $5 take off fee for 4 freaking nails & pain...won't be coming back Read Less

Stopped by here instead of my usual pedicure place because it is right next to the grocery store I prefer and I had heard from others in the neighborhood that they liked it.  There was also a big banner advertising 20% off as a grand opening special.It was okay, I especially enjoyed the new massage chairs, free wi-fi, and the peaceful atmosphere.  However, the pedicure was hurried and lackluster, especially after I kept refusing the upgrades they kept pushing (no means no).  My polish looks streaky and like it could use one more coat.  When I checked out I was charged the price on their printed price list and told that was the special price, which makes no sense to me....usually the printed price is the regular price and the special comes off the top of that....right?Anyway, I will be returning to my usual place and not here. You know those nail salons with bright fluorescent lighting and nail techs all chatting about you and laughing? Well, this isn't one of those places. Grants Nail & Spa is an oasis in a desert of bad nail salons in my area. The lighting here is dim and inviting, the techs and manager are sweet and accommodating. They offer drinks during your service (bottled water, sodas, etc).  Their pedicure room is sectioned off between glass waterfall partitions. Each pedicure chair is a top notch, new massage chair with a nice big TV right in front. The techs take their time and there isn't a heavy upsell. They provide a menu up front so you know how much every extra is.  My shellac manicure is going on its 4th week and still looks great and my "special pedicure" today was well worth the 30 bucks. Skip the other nail salons in the area and come here. You'll be glad you did. Read Less
