I went in for a semi-long coffin nail shape. (3-4cm past my finger tip) Three of the ladies in the salon laughed and spoke Vietnamese about me - pointing and laughing about my nails. When I asked if everything was ok - or if there was a problem... my nail tech responded with "they are really long". They also said that "it must be a new fashion", when in fact numerous celebrities have had this shape for the past 3-4 years! I came in to relax and enjoy some quiet mommy time. I felt judged and unwelcomed. I finished filing my own nails and left... I don't like to leave bad reviews - but they didn't seem to mind how uncomfortable they made me feel. I asked for a basic mani&pedi, plus gel for my pedicure. I usually pay extra $10 for the gel but here they charged me $18! Beyond the money what made me angry is that when I nicely asked her to please explain why she was charging me $54 dollars, she grabbed a calculator did the maths and told me "happy now?". Very pleasant atmosphere. Kind and accommodating ladies. Always able to be seen if I call the day before. Refill, pedi and wax just the way I want them done. I've always been very happy with the results. Price is normal for the service. Tubs are scrubbed after every customer. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Read Less
