Kevin is a great host. He knows how to connect with his guests. I was promptly greeted when I entered and made to feel very welcomed. I was using a gift card for $50 and ended up using about $80 in services. I tipped everyone who served me today: John, Haven and Kathy. John is a perfectionist. He did my full set. Kathy took her time with my pedicure. I almost cried during my foot massage. It felt AMAZING!. Haven was accurate and efficient during my waxing. I wish I lived closer. I've been going to this salon for 6 years but the last year i stopped. Every time i got a full set within 10 days they were chipping off and breaking off completely on their own, i don't have a rough job so i know it's not due to working with my hands. Not only that but their prices went up and they rush through the whole process. Within a few days the nail polish on my pedicure chipped off. I switched to a different nail salon and my full set lasts me 3 weeks and you won't see them breaking off or chipping at all. This place completely lost it. Never going again. I gave them chance after chance since i had been a loyal customer for years but i just got tired of the half a** jobs and bad service. And when they remove acrylics (in the most PAINFUL way! By peeling them off with another fake nail!!) they put the nail they used back in with the other ones to be reused! Eww! Read Less

Do not put shellac on your raw nails!!! If tip of nail starts peeling that means the nail is being damaged specially if it peels during the first few days. Shellac should go over top a overlay (the powder). I was in this shop and was never told that putting shellac on bare nails was highly damaging. They should communicate this with customers. Specially if their nails are weak. The sheer weight of shellac will bend your natural nails. Okay so the three stars is not for that because I chose shellac. The three stars is because I went back to get just a overlay no polish or fake nails and it cost $33.00!!!! I was expecting 25.00 at best. The boy rushed, was a little too rough filing and one of my fingers hurt now. I'm pleased that it's natural looking but it shouldn't hurt. A lady came in upset because they filed her daughter nails because in 3 days the shellac peeled at the tip like mine did.. (Which mean she will really lose her nails because shellac will/has damaged them.) She spoke with the young man that was doing my nail thus the agitation and roughness with my nails. Parents avoid shellac for your children natural nails. Your nails may be strong but their nails may not be. I was sad to hear the little girl saved up for it. Moral of the story... Overlay then shellac to protect nails and avoid peeling and ask for price so you won't be over charged. Get a full set with high quality for $25.00 in Wal-Mart lol but it cost 33 bucks to get a French without the fake nail or white polish. Read Less

Unsanitary& bad practice!!!!I took my daughter there to have her nails removed. When booking I spicifcaly asked to have them filed off, and again when I took her in for appointment. Instead they POPPED them off with an artificial nail extension and then put that extension BACK IN THE BOX! This for one; is extremely bad practice. Popping nails off is harmful to the natural nail. Two: Unsanitary, as the nail extension that she jammed under the artificial nail was then put back into the box to be used again on another client. What if my daughter had a fungus?! Then the next customer to get that extension would get it too. Avoid this place at all costs! Read Less

Honestly I would never recommend this place to anyone. I walked in a while back and had no one greet me at all, I looked like a deer in headlights and instantly felt very uncomfortable. I asked for a mani, pedi. I had fake nails on before this visit and wanted those taken off as well and just have bare nails. They set me up for my pedi and the water was cold!!! I told the lady and she said okay she would fix it, turned the hot water on for 2 seconds then turned it off? Like WTH? There was no jacuzzi for it either and my feet were just soaking in cold water as she did my nails. What I didn't understand was, why I arrived first, asking for a mani pedi, the. Two older women arrived after me had two girls at the same time working on there hands and feet and offered wine and such? Anyway the girl did horrible on my nails she didn't even file them and the paint job was awful! At this point I was furious, I didn't feel like my money was worth anything to them so I told the girl I did not want my feet done and I wanted to leave. They all looked at me like why? And we're all of a sudden worried about my needs? Smh! I went and sat down for my horrible nails to dry and the dryer didn't even work? Overall a horrible experience. Got my nails done (full set and pedicure) for a special event this weekend and the ladies who attended me were very friendly and patient. They interacted with me most of the time and made me feel comfortable. While the prices are reasonable, every time I go the job feels rushed and half fasted. But what really took the cake was the last time I went, my manicurist rushed through my cuticles and actually make one of them BLEED. Also she didn't ask what shape I wanted my nailed to be so she made them all different shapes and sizes and that just bothers me. Never have I had such a terrible outcome at a nail salon. I never right bad reviews on places. But this place I feel is a must. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I know that seems harsh, but let me explain. I went here even after checking the reviews. My best girlfriend swore by this place. The service I crapy they ask you if you want something then in the middle tell you they have to charge for it. For ex I was getting a full set she ask if I wanted my cuticles cut. I said sure after cutting 3 fingers worth she then proceeds to tell me t will be and additional charge. Then have the nerve to ask me is that okay. Obviously I had no choice really she already started. As if that wasn't bad enough. My nails BARELY lasted a WEEK! Yes I said week. They normally last at least 2 to 3 well at other places. I was so upset. It's poor quality. I know you have to charge for designs but really how hard are sparkles seriously. This place is horrible.  They are rude and don't have a single clue as to what good nail service is.  I stopped coming here despite the fact I live in Fairfield which is the subdivision around them because of horrible service. First of all they are always busy no matter when you go. They literally will do a pedicure in 15 minutes maybe 20, that is terrible to rush.  The last time I was there they sat a client next to me and told her in 10 minutes they would be with her that turned into 40 minutes then they were rushing her pedicure. Needless to say she went off on them and the manager . I felt bad for her but then to top it off my nail tech and her buddies were talking bad about her in Vietnamese like we couldn't tell, I mean you were looking at her and giggling then rolling their eyes. Terrible Terrible!!  I would not recommend this place despite I used to go there for about 4 months.  My sister also quit going because they have no clue how to properly do Shellac!! The owners are always there but they are constantly sitting clients in chairs i guess to trap them even though their famous "10 minutes " is really 30 to 45 minute wait.  Funny thing that last time the owner was trying to place a camera using her IPAD hopefully she captures the bad service they are providing!!
