I have been coming here for a while and it seems like every time its gets worst, most of the pictures have been taken by the owner. I wish more realistic pictures will be shown as of course they will add the ones they are proud of unlike mine. I asked for a light color and I was told that my light grey color would not allow a nude powder to look good. Instead of removing the old color she added a dark brown tone with glitter. Owner told me it will cover the light grey color you have and next time I will removed all the powder and start new. Which I did not understand why she did not want to do now. Well the new powder she added was contaminated with black powder causing my nail to look like it had black streaks, so instead of removing it she added more making my nail look clumpy and super thick. I asked her to shaved them down and that I wanted natural looking nail not so thick and clumpy. When I Question the black streaks and dots, she said it was because she had to thin them down. Which was not the case because I had light grey nails not black. I left disappointed since I've been a customer since day one and they lost a customer. By the way she did not even offer to fix it. I visited this nail spa today! I walked in arond 6:20pm and asked for a medi-pedi. I had my nails done but be for they were dry the lady who had done my nail rushed me out the door befor letting my nails dry they didnt give me a uv light to dry my nails either by the time i got home 2 of my nails were messed up polish was so wet that my pinky finger had a quarter missing! If you close at 7pm and not willing to wait for my nails to dry dont accept me as a customer!!! Now i paid all that money for ugly nail!!!! I have NEVER had this issue with any other nail spa! Very disappointed!!!!! Dont go to this name spa they rush you and have you pay before they finish your nails!!!!! Read Less

This place is great!  The ladies are very kind and talented.  LINDA is awesome!  My pedicure still looks great 3 weeks later.  They have a great shelac color selection.  The manager will fix anything you dislike which shows they value perfection!  After three years in Fairfield, I've finally found my favorite nail salon. Kim did my facial, which is great. So I asked her to do my nails. Mani and pedi and she said yes. But then when it's time to do my nails, she just let this older lady to do my pedi and mani at the same time and she's not very good. She rush everything! I am not satisfied and I am not happy. Horrible!!! I went in to get a refill with a clear gel Polish, the lady couldn't even put the gel Polish on. The more she wiped off the more my nails felt rough. When she changed the color on my toes there was more Polish on my skin then on my toe nails. Never again!!!! Read Less

Okay so the first time I went into this salon for a full set, I was put with an older lady who took for 35 minutes to just take off my old nails, then kept blowing me off to go wax peoples eyebrows. I left because it had gotten so late with nails looking a mess. A few weeks later my friend told me to try Linda, so I made that appt and it turned out Linda was actually a great nail tech. So a few weeks later I schedule another appt with Linda. When I get there, Linda is working on another customer and I'm thrown into a chair with a random tech. I complained saying had an appt for Linda and they made it seem like Linda would do my nails when she was done with the First Lady. So I waited as this other tech took off my old nails and then LINDA GOES TO START ON A NEW CUSTOMER!!! Who got there after me! I complained again and then the other tech said Linda wanted her to do my nails since she was busy. (Keep in mind Linda is going between this new lady and is still working on her original customer.) I'm furious at this point, and the tech isn't even a decent one. She didn't even cut my real nails down so now they're sticking out from under neath and look terrible!!
