I have never been so upset with my nails until I went yesterday. I get the dip nails done. They seated my right away and had me soak my nails. After they finished up with someone else she finally came over to me. Things were going ok until the dip on 3 nails had to be redone. So out of the 3 she fixed 2 and then the last nail it took her 5 tries....which I did not like the last one but after being there for over 2 hours I was done. I told her to just finish so I could leave. But while fixing the last nail she told me the dipping powder she was using was not a good company!!!SO my question...........why the hell are you using it!!! I also told her I do not like them thick around the cuticles.....do you think she listened. NO they just do what the want.
Then to top if off the place looked like a mess.... The girl that did my nails was so unorganized it was horrible!!!! As I was walking out the man at the first spot told me next time we will try a better color. There will not be a next time. They just don't care!!! There are plenty of other places to go to in Crosby that I'm sure are better!! Piece out!!

Edit as of 5/10/18 i continued visiting this shop even after they continually lied to me saying the previous owners and staff would be back in two months. Needless to say two months later never came. The old crew never returned. I allowed the new staff to service me. When the customer base was down they treated me well. Now that there are a lot of customers again I don't even get acknowledged upon arrival. I stuck around at CoCo's and allowed them to mess my nails up on 3 different occasions but this is it, Disrespect is unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere.
Old post when I was very happy: Love the work that Tam Does! He is friendly and courteous. I'm am very pleased with service I receive . I have tried 3 other shops in the area and this one is the BEST!

I found Coco Nails & Spa by a friend, let me just tell you this place is amazinggggggggg! ! I went to Coco Nails & Spa about 3 times. They took such good, gentle care, I was offered wonderful massage....
I found Coco Nails & Spa by a friend, let me just tell you this place is amazinggggggggg! ! I went to Coco Nails & Spa about 3 times. They took such good, gentle care, I was offered wonderful massage. The owner has insisted that my nails be perfect before she let me out there. The technicians at Coco Nails & Spa did an impeccable job. They give the best manicures and pedicures in the area.
I won't go anywhere else ever again- Coco Nails & Spa is unbeatable! This place is so dependable.

Coco Nails & Spa has become my new nail place after trying several salon in Crosby. What can I say, this place is amazing. It’s always super busy when you walk in but you'll always get a friendly greeting. The polish on my last pedicure lasted long. The techinicians take their time and makes sure you are satisfied till the end. Very clean facility and sanitized tools. After just going to this place one, I will certainly return. That's just my personal opinion.

Coco Nails & Spa in Crosby is brand new and it's amazing ! I really enjoyed my experience here. It’s so welcoming and super friendly. I got pedicure, and somehow it still looks amazing. Great color, attention to detail, and care to make sure I was comfortable. They have a very wide selection of colors to choose. This might just be my new nail place. Thank you guys !

Coco Nails & Spa in Crosby is the hidden gem I finally found. I'm so pleased with them everytime I came. They were so sweet and offered some water. They did an art design for me by hand. They were really detailed and patient. I appreciated the great customer service. I will definitely be coming back here, no question about that. This is truly a great place.

I took the advice of other Yelpers and made a reservation here for this past Saturday afternoon. I'm not sure if appointments are necessary for weekdays but they were fully booked that day and had to turn away a few walk-ins. So, make sure to call ahead and confirm an appointment if coming in on the weekend.
The nail chair I was sitting in was perfect. When it came time to get my leg (below and knee) and arm massages, they were doing it deep tissue style which I loved. It was so quiet, which was another bonus. Instead of a flat screen TV blaring in the background while employees yelled across the salon to each other, these women worked quietly as soft classical music nearly put me to sleep.
I was totes relaxed. I will be back!...

Amazing! Everytime I visit, they are very nice and kind. They do amazing work and Linda does amazing eyebrows and eyelashes!

I have never been so upset with my nails until I went yesterday. I get the dip nails done. They seated my right away and had me soak my nails. After they finished up with someone else she finally came over to me. Things were going ok until the dip on 3 nails had to be redone. So out of the 3 she fixed 2 and then the last nail it took her 5 tries....which I did not like the last one but after being there for over 2 hours I was done. I told her to just finish so I could leave. Edit as of 5/10/18 i continued visiting this shop even after they continually lied to me saying the previous owners and staff would be back in two months. Needless to say two months later never came. The old crew never returned. I allowed the new staff to service me. When the customer base was down they treated me well. Now that there are a lot of customers again I don't even get acknowledged upon arrival. I stuck around at CoCo's and allowed them to mess my nails up on 3 different occasions but this is it, Disrespect is unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere.

They were really detailed and patient. I appreciated the great customer service. I will definitely be coming back here, no question about that. This is truly a great place.
