This is honestly the worst place to go get anything done. They do have favorite clients that they will see before you, no matter how long you have been there. The boss (Philip) constantly takes smokes brakes, gets upset if you want something like glitter, he basically gets upset if you want anything besides basic nails. They are an extremely closed minded business. The worst. And the place is NOT clean. I would rather have crusty feet than ever go here again. Read Less

If I had an option to give this place negative stars, I would! Its now a day after receiving two services (Delux Spa Pedicure & Gel Manicure) and I'm still so stunned, upset and utterly disgusted with the services here that I feel compelled to write this review in hopes of sparing someone trying to treat themselves to a "spa experience"I called ahead and made an appointment for 5pm (I arrived 12 minutes before) When I arrived, they told me to sit in a spa chair and they would be with me shortly. When the ONE English speaking worker approached me and ask what color I wanted I pulled a picture out to show her what I wanted (a beigie goldish nail that fades to a slight gold on the tip. Subtle but fun) She said, "that no look good on your nail, you need really long nail for that to look good" (I disagree,  sometimes less is more) So I ask well could u at least do that on my toes? She said, that no work. So feeling deflated, I ask for a french manicure and color on my toes (mind u I did not pick out bc my feet were in the water)The pedicure finally started with a woman who was very temind who did not speak or understand English at all. She "brushed" over cuticles (only did my large toe on each foot) and when she went to clear the underside of my toenail she only even touched my big toe! She literally just tapped the toenail with the tool assuming I was not watching!? The massage was nice but very light and get this she never massaged the actual foot at all. I hate the color that ended up on my toes and my feet show no improvement.  I was charged for the delux spa but my feet never received parifin wax. The gel manicure was where it really turned south. I kept telling her certain nails needed to be shorter but she said okay okay and never fixed it. Some of my nails she barely filed at all and others ended up crooked. So of course when she went to paint the white on it looked horrible and I let her know. After four attempts I gave up so upset with the process and just told her to let me pick a color. She then whipped out that drill/file they use for acrylic nails and buffed my nails. I let her apply the color so eager to leave, I communicated suvh and when she told me to stick my hand in the dilapidated uv light machine it burned me and I jerked back! When I did a BUG flew around in the machine. I told her I wasnt sticking my hand back in there until she got that huge bug out. So she picked up the machine and dumped the opening twd me and the flying bug ended up in my lap!!! She said, so sorry you come back next time, we do better for you and then slapped me with the 55.00 bill. I don't expect free services but I do expect to be satisfied with the services. All these folks care about here is the bottom dollar. The shop is not clean, staff not personable and all the polishes they used on me they had to apply thinner to. My gel polish has a honeycomb affect on my right hand no idea what caused that but that's the hand they used that acrylic drill onSave yourself the upset, money and let a 5 year old do your nails I'd probably turn out better. Just terrible. A friend and I went for pedicures. They sat us both down. Did my pedicure and left my friend just sitting in the chair for an hour. One of the employees went to smoke a cigarette in the middle of doing another patron's nails. Another customer was serviced before my friend was even started. As they started my polish, they start my friend's water and I asked if they even wanted to stay (since we were supposed to get lunch after). All of a sudden, an employe appeared from the back and started my friend's pedicure. Terrible service. They don't sanitize their clippers, etc between customers. I'm not going back and would not recommend for anyone. Read Less
