If i could give them 0 stars i would went in to get a polish change n they turned me away saying they were busy there was only 2 people sitting on the pedicure chairs NEVER have i been to a nail salon that turned customer's away. Read Less

We live out of town and every time we try and come in they have no one in their salon yet they say they can't see us unless we have an appointment. Don't go here unless you want bad customer service and a shoddy nail job!!!! Read Less

This was a great place to stop in and get my nails and pedicure. Calvin was great and he made me feel relaxed. The only downside was getting them done seperately. In Ca they normally do it together. I might have to get use to this change..... Read Less

I always have an awesome experience at Queen Nails but yesterday was even better! A new girl by the name of Kate did my Pedicure and Wax and she was just the friendliest, sweetest, happiest young lady and she did the best job! The pedicure itself was awesome!  Truly.   I do get crosseyed "inside" however, when to get the calluses removed I have to pay $5. Definition of pedicure: "Classic pedicures are what you probably learned in school. Shape the nails and cuticle area, slough the feet and/or legs, massage calves and feet, and finish with an invigorating peppermint-type lotion."Additionally, I was quite taken by surprise, when the girl rinsed the utensils used to slough off my calluses on my feet into my foot water and then PUT MY FEET BACK INTO THE WATER, swimming with my dead skin.   Eww!  It was really gross.  It seems that this shouldn't happen as in a hygienic angle or something -- and in my 20 years of having pedicures, I've never seen anyone do this!  Sure, she rinsed off my feet before polishing the toes, but still.....just .... gross.   As good as the pedicure itself and massage of the foot area were, I likely will not return because A) I can find plenty of places that for $20 will include the callus removal as part of a standard pedicure; B) I don't want to stick my feet in water that has had the utensils used on my feet, especially after callus removal, washed in..ever again.  I'm still thinkin' about that ... four days later every time I admire my pretty toes. I'm afraid I had the worst pedicure experience here yesterday: -I showed up without an appointment and was welcomed to wait in case the client with an appointment did not sure. this-made-sense. -Client did not show so I was seated in a massage chair and foot bath was filled. I guess the client then showed. sat-there-for-twenty-minutes-with-luke-warm-water. -The technician did not know how to clip my nails so they were properly shaped. I'm-missing-a corner-of-one-of-my-toenail...s. -The metal tools are all sterilized and sealed for single use. But the nail file, buffer, and callus remover she used were not. Seriously. They used to have single use baggies with these items that you could take home. I-should-have-walked out. -The paint job was crap, blamed on a brand new bottle of polish that was runny and my deep nail beds. I was offered a change of polish for free if I came back that day, but that is the least of my concerns. Wish-I had-spent-my-ninety-minutes-somewhere-else. Waited over 30 minutes my first time being there, have them done, I had to go to work, and noticed there were bubbles all over my nails as well as dents from the nail polish being so thick and not drying properly. So I called and told them about the situation, and the man was very apologetic and told me to come in and he would fix them. I got there at 6:30, did not get into a chair until 715, he repainted them, they looked really nice, and not even five minutes of me leaving the place, the nails are doing the same exact thing as before. I'm not sure if it's the top coated to use or what, but I will never go back here, nor will I recommend anyone going here. It may be cheap, But you get what you pay for. Read Less

They're OK.Not nothing to brag about.Tom did my daughter French tip nails and they looked good.The pedicure,he just painted her nails.He didn't really massage,scrub, or get in her cuticles good.Also with the express pedicure your suppose to get a water or soda.They never offered,but they offered everyone else before and after my daughter who got a pedicure.Then when I asked the guy who took my payment about it,he was rude.He also was rude about taking two forms of payment.I was paying for her toes and my cousin paid for her hands for her birthday.Bad customer service. This place just opened and I just found it accidentally while I was looking for a last minute pedicure. Very clean, nice environment. Jimmy was exceptionally nice and did a great job on my nails. They serve margaritas ( or water or soda if you're in to that) with the pedicure (deluxe and exotic). A little pricey if you go for the deluxe or exotic but it includes the drink and neck wrap and hot stones and paraffin wax so it's hard to beat. I have had a lot of pedicures and this is the only place that I have ever seen them use fresh fruit during the pedicure which was so refreshing. They also give you a warm herbal neck wrap during the pedicure. They use disposable liners for the water basins... Again I have never seen a place that does that.  They also have cute little kid friendly pedicure chairs if you have littles one Which seems like a nice touch.  I am from outta town and only here for the month,but I will definitely be coming back here before I leave.
