Went and got my nails done and the nail tech messed up so many times and tried to fix them but couldn't and she did not talk or anything she was rude I was credited my money because they could give me a refund and I got a pedicure same lady did my pedicure and did not use clear coat or anything and was still rude did not even ask what color nail polish I wanted I told her I wanted to see nail polishes with glitter and she just brought one and put it on my toes. If I could give a half star I would. I had an appointment at 9am for a mani and pedi. Got there early and was seated after ten mins. to get my mani with gel polish. I asked where to find the colors and they gave them to me with attitude like I should not have asked. I asked the girl if I was supposed to sit with her to get my nails done and she said, “If that is what they said”... My nail artist then continued to ignore me the whole time she was doing my nails. Instead of having great customer service and engaging in conversation with me she talked to her co-workers and also publicly made fun of them in front of us customers. She had an I don’t want to be here or work on your nails attitude... I was done and ready for my pedi yet no one asked me to have a seat nor if I was ready so I paid without leaving a tip. Nail tech was extremely rude and had an attitude. I did not feel welcome and no customer service was given. Worst experience ever and I’m not going back. Bad vibes all the way. Read Less

Pros: This place was a solid good.  I found it online and we were flying in from out of town for a wedding this past November.  It's a one stop shop to get your hair, nails, make-up done.  Very convenient.  My 6 year old had a blast picking out nail colors for the pair of us.  Nice staff and we had a good experience at each station.Cons:  I'm a native Texan so I say this with experience: the lady that did my daughter's hair did not put enough hair spray in her hair.  I loved the style but literally by the time we left, her hair started straightening out.  I should've complained but we had to get to a wedding ...I told the make-up lady that I don't usually put on make-up so make it look more natural.  She made the brows waaaaay too dark and thick, even after asking her to tone it down (though it did look a little better).  That said, I got used to it and liked it by the end of the evening.  Still, it was more make-up than I would've liked.  On the upside, she covered my blemishes well.I would come here again if the occasion arises.Overall, a decent experience. I found this place using Google reviews and decided to make an appointment. So glad I did. The staff were all very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend Jessica for hair. She was very helpful and kept me from making a mistake with bleaching my already damaged hair. We together chose a hair color that works well for me and I still have many natural looking hi-lights. I really love my haircut and can't wait to try different styles. I also recommend Laura for pedicure. She is warm a friendly and also has great eye for detail. Thanks to Kosmo Salon. I will be back!! I VERY RARELY get my nails and toes done, I'd rather do at at home and save money. But, the day I came in, I was having a very stressful day and I just wanted to relax. I have had the worst experience with getting my nails and toes done in Corpus (the few times I've gone) so I was afraid to try out a new place, but they had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I went in about an hour before they were closing (because of my crazy work schedule) and they were very understanding. They had two different ladies working on my nails and toes at the same time, to save time. They did a great job and were very nice. I only had a basic pedicure and manicure, but I will definitely come back and try something different now that I know it won't be a waste of my time and money. The only downside was the owner taking to some guys who were going to paint the place? She was complaining about someone doing a bad job on the walls. So this was my first visit, the receptionist was nice. However, the lady I got to cut my hair was SO rude! For starters , she cut my hair dirty and dry. When I tried to tell her that it needed to be washed or wetted,or talking to her at all really ,she ignored me,talked OVER me and blindly chopped at my hair while looking at a co-workers(?) Phone. When I called ahead of time and asked, I was told wash cut style all 40$. So when I'm still paying 40$ for no wash, an awful cut (with awful attitude) and a style that I didn't ask for, I'm sure anyone would be pretty irritated.The rest of the stylists aren't all like that, probably.(Hopefully) But I definitely won't be coming back.
