This place is not professional. I am currently 18. I went in there to get a mani peti. The woman smugged both of my big toes trying to put my sandal back on my foot instead of using the foam sandal (which is what she was supposed to do) then a couple minutes after she started my acrylic nails she stopped to answer a phone call then started scrolling through something on her phone. After that she continued then gave up and switched me to another man. The man was nice and did my nails however the polish was not applied all over the nails there were spots that were so sheer I could see the fake nail. I asked him to fix one of my crooked nails he tried and failed. After everything was said and done I left then came back because I was completely dissatisfied asked very politely for a refund and even offered to pay for the removal of the polish and nails and the woman yelled at me saying I was too young to understand good nails. I responded respectfully and told her ma’am I have been getting my nails done since I was 10 I know exactly what a good manicure/pedicure looks like and the service I received did not look right at all. She continued to insult me saying I don’t know anything and kept interrupting me. I don’t care how old I am you treat your customers with respect. Read Less
