I was lucky enough to have Paige do my color and cut today and she did an amazing job. She made sure to explain everything she was doing as I was needing to cover the auburn on the ends of my hair & cover the grey on my roots. She walked me through every step of what she was doing so I knew what to expect. She also made sure to ask me what type of undertones I typically prefer in my hair to make sure I was pleased with the end product. I have never had more fun while getting a haircut. As soon as I walk in, I am literally greeted by every single person working in the salon, from the owner to the last stylist in the back at the shampoo bowls. There are several things that I feel most people look for in a great salon, and Class Act Salon checks all the boxes for me. It is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, the energy in the place is fun (yet relaxing at the same time), the stylists are masters of their craft, and they offer every service imaginable for a one-stop shop experience. Paige always does a wonderful job on my hair. It’s usually impossible for me to verbally express to a stylist how I want my hair to look, but her instincts are on-point and it always comes out looking exactly how I wanted. The owner (Brandy) is extremely in tune with what is going on in her salon and she does an excellent job at communicating with everyone who comes in for services. It’s nice to go to a salon where you can genuinely feel at home, and Class Act Salon is the place to go if that’s the kind of environment you’re looking for. My intentions were to go in and get a body wrap and massage but I took a risk and also cheated on my usual hair stylist....BIG MISTAKE! The massage was amazing! The body wrap wasn't what I thought it would be as I was not aware owners had changed, I always loved getting the seaweed wraps. However, the girl who wrapped me would rub the wrap all over the floor drop it then proceed to put it on me. I had to ask her to change the wrap. She would leave then come back in several ti...mes and was just not prepared...I started to freeze. Things got better once I was in the warming chamber and relaxed a little but...she forgot about me. Experience was not pleasant. Next was my massage Theresa I believe her name was did such an amazing job! Her customer service skills were amazing and she was very professional and provided me with such a relaxing experience. Last was my hair...I should have just left when I could but took a chance. If I'm not mistaken the first girl who did my hair was Victoria, I had shown her a picture of what I wanted but she did it too dark. She did a great job my highlights came out good but I had asked to go like a platinum whitish blonde I should have just stayed with her work because although it was not as light I wanted my hair still came out great she knew what she was doing and we had great conversation and she was very professional. I guess maybe my face showed I was unhappy so a woman with short hair said let me see the picture then said she could lighten my hair. I wanted it light so I said ok I'll just let her...OMG I SHOULD HAVE WENT HOME! She literally just bleached my hair it looked yellow and no highlights were visible I thought it didn't look too bad it would wash great. But I was wrong. I couldn't ask her to fix it she kept rushing while working with me and kept making statements I'm not working late today...I didn't ask her to fix my hair she offered. I was so annoyed and upon also being rushed out told myself it will be fine. Worst mistake! I spent over $400 there and looked like I bought $20 worth of cheap hair dye and did it myself. It's months later and I'm writing this review because my hair which was so long and healthy prior to coming to this salon has since fallen out so much. She bleached/burnt my hair so badly. I recently dyed my hair brown to let it rest...for how long I don't know but my hair is so damaged. I guess that's what I get for cheating on my Stylist. I should have stayed with the darker highlights from the first girl. After my visit I received several calls but never answered...I was afraid I might say something out of character so I ignored the calls. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I received a deep tissue massage from Teresa yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. Don't let her small stature fool you. Teresa has intense and focused strength, mad skills and true massage wisdom. After the massage I felt completely relaxed, with less chronic pain, less stressed and significant expanded movement. Teresa is an authentic gem. The salon was alive and thriving, welcoming and professional. I will definitely be adding Class Act and Teresa's healing techniques to my overall wellness routine. Absolutely filthy. Not only was the establishment not kept up with, they also lied to me. I was told I could bring an outside hair dye. After traveling across town to the salon, I was told that hair dye sold from a separate company (other than the one they sold) was not allowed. Don't go here unless you want your time wasted. I went in to get my hair and makeup for my wedding. My hair came out great but my makeup was horrible. I came out looking like a clown literally! I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and didn't get that. I asked her for contour and no counter no foundation no concealer. She didn't even do my eyebrows . I showed her browns and she used a shimmering blue . The other girl had to tone it down still not what i wanted. Got back to my room and my daughter fixed my makeup took off the bright blue all shimmery eyeshadow and bright red lip stick. I just paid and got out. I should not have paid but I was already running late to my wedding. Had to wait longer to fix my makeup again for the 3rd time! Read Less

I hate giving bad reviews, but others need to know that this place is horrible. I have tried them out a few times hoping that maybe they were having an "off day" and that next time would be better, but it never got better. The staff is completely rude. They made me feel like an idiot and explained things to me like I was a 5 year old (Im 26). The last time I went, which was just about 2 weeks ago right before Thanksgiving, I had the WORST experience ever. I had asked for a soft blondish brown color but the finished result was an almost orange brown blond color. Looked so bad.  Also, now my hair won't stop breaking off! Because the girl put so much bleach, she fried my hair so bad. I had asked for a trim, she cut about 6 inches off. And since my hair is fried, my hair keeps breaking off and getting shorter and shorter. My hair is so ugly now. I look like I have a freaking mullet!! I have to wear my hair up all the time now because the hair is all different lengths and I can not even style it :( I will never be back. So much for cute holiday pictures this year :((( Read Less

Had an appointment to get my hair and makeup done for my wedding. The hair was okay, but the makeup was atrocious. After two people argued (in front of me) who was going to do the makeup, I got it done by someone who said they haven't done it in awhile and didn't seem confident. When I finally got to see the work, it was horrible. I went home and washed it off and did it myself.  A three year old could paint better than that. Read Less
