After reading the reviews I was very undecided weather to go or not but since I was already getting an oil change at Walmart I decided why not give it a try until my car is ready. Well I can tell you that I absolutely regret going to this place I would have rather waited inside Walmart then to ever visit here! My pedicure was one of the worst ones by far! I usually get pedicures every 2-3 weeks So i k ow that to expect. After I told the male who did my pedicure that his service sucked because he left dead skin hanging on my feet and that usually never happens he insisted that there wasn't much to do! Lies I know what a pedicure is and that for sure isn't one! got 2 pedicures done for me and my friend. We were greeted as soon as we came in and got seated almost immediately. They had fruit cups ready for us and offered beverages which was really nice! Everything was really clean, new packaged tools were used for us, fresh liners and the employees wear gloves. I really enjoyed the leg massage too! I went to the salon for the first time today they were very professional and helpful with getting what I want to done with my nails. I've been to many places around here and they were very gentle in comparison so when I left me nail bed didn't hurt. The gentleman who did my nails took his time but was still done in 40 minutes. The acrilics are smooth have no extra ridges or corners on the bed. I am extremely impressed and will definitely return! Read Less

The first time I went to this salon, I instantly fell in love 😍. I thought it was funny because the man who did my nails always told me I was too tense 😬. "Relax, relax" He would say 😂. The last time I went, I got my eyebrows done, & it was the best waxing I ever experienced!💕 The woman who did mine used the wax that was soft. I went in here on a whim, I was actually looking for a different place, but was at Verizon next door, so I walked into this crowded nail place and asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and shaped... The lady brought me to a chair in the middle of the small room where everyone was getting their nails and pedicures done, and they were just watching, it was uncomfortable to say the least, and she proceeded to wax my eyebrows, she didn't even show me in a mirror after she was done, and it wasn't until after I got home that I noticed that half of my right eyebrow was missing. I came here to get eyelash extensions and I paid $45 plus tip. Let me start off my saying that I have gotten my eyelashes done a dozen of times and never have I been so disappointed with them. 1) I used to only pay $35 in Hawaii, he's in HAWAII to get them done. They did such a better job overall and the quality of $35 lashes were much better than these $45 ones. 2) the quality of the materials used such as the eyelash extensions themselves and glue were very poor quality. I got my eyelashes done at about noon on Saturday and an entire clump came off on Monday night. They only lasted 2 days. 3) the place looks to be unsanitary. When the lady took me to the back to do my lashes, she didn't even change the paper that I laid on which is very disgusting and unsanitary. 4) the service was okay. No one greeted me and I had to sit and wait while no one asked what I wanted to get done. They were taking customers that had come after me and the workers just kept staring at me. I was finally helped only after I had said something. Overall very poor quality lash extensions and unsanitary environment. Will definitely not be going back. Read Less

I've tried different nail salons in Cove and have walked out disappointed. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience going to Super Nails!! I've even recommended this salon to my mom and she loves it! The staff is great about remembering us. There is a wait sometimes but they'll gladly give you a wait time or schedule you an appointment! My mom has gotten her nails done by Lisa here for several years. I was in for a visit and thought I would get a pedicure while she got her nails filled. Overall the experience was really good. I got the deluxe pedicure which was a basic callus removal and nail shaping along with a leg and foot scrub, lotion and hot towel wrap, light foot massage and paraffin followed by nail polish for $35. The lady doing my pedicure was a very sweet. She put my sandals on before painting my nails which made sense; however, she spilled nail polish on my leather sandals :( Thankfully it was a clear-ish color and was wiped off quickly. It was a large spot, but it is not very noticeable now that I am back home. It would have been good to have put a towel between my toes and the shoe (which I requested after the spill; you should too). I could tell the lady felt bad that it happened. It was an accident. I am glad it was not a bright color.I wanted a little design (basic lines and dots) on my big toe. I picked a sample from the nail designs they have at the front by the polishes. She had to get one of the guys to come over to do the design. He did a really nice job.I felt bad for one of the ladies doing brow waxing. A girl in military garb came in and gave the lady bad attitude. She complained that the waxing was causing a lot of pain and for not warning her before she was going to pull the wax. I saw plenty of ladies come in before this girl and they all left happy with nicely waxed brows and did not show signs of being in pain through the process. She rude woman said "we go through this every time" to the lady, so it was clear she came in often to get her brows waxed.Aside from the small polish mishap, I was very happy with my pedicure. I had a few bad cracks on my heals and they are all nicely smoothed out now and my feet feel so much better. I ended up picking a different nail polish color than my original choice and am very happy with the color and additional design. Read Less

ALERT!!! Place is VERY dirty. Staff is extremely rude. The tech was watching the tv and using the Dremel on my nails.. it started to get very hot in the spot.. I instinctively pulled my hand back and said "ouch" the tech gave me a very dirty look and rolled his eyes! I ended up with raw spots and bleeding on cuticles. They are very rough during pedicure and never saw them clean tubs in between clients. Also, they use a metal applicator for the wax and use it over and over, on clients, all day. Or at least the two hours I was there. As well as never saw them use the autoclave. Never saw new packages being opened. Very, very rude. Very, very rough. Very, very dirty. After ten years of having my nails done... I have never experienced the problems I had after having them done here. Splitting. Peeling. Cracking. Lifting. And turning yellow. I went to another salon and was told the yellow was due to "Super" Nail mixing inferior products and selling as "solar" powder. BE CAREFUL!! ALERT! ALERT!  You need to ask for an AUTHENTIC license before you let just anyone do your nails or toes here.  The place is pretty dirty.  Look behind the chairs and all around the heaters where you place your hands under to dry nails.  It's VERY dirty.  Only go if you have tough skin.  The people are NOT very friendly in general, especially a girl named Lisa.  She is probably one of the rudest people I've met.  Her father, the owner, poked deep into my cuticle and bled it.  He didn't say sorry when I told him to be careful!  I made sure to get a shot afterwards.  Also, waiting times are oftentimes LONG.  One time I had my feet soaking for over an hour before they ever came to do my feet!!  I also came to get my nails done, and while having my feet done, they tried doing my nails AT THE SAME TIME.  NOT relaxing.  Insist on having these done at separate times.  Very RUSH RUSH feel, and the place is NOT well ventilated.  There are other much better places to get service.  Super Nails has better prices than others in Cove, but there's a reason!  Check out others.  Will be well worth your time.
