Well let me first say when I went and got my nails done I was heading straight out of town ! I went less than a week ago !! Spent $230 dollars.... The lady was very rude rushed threw it.my nails also came out ugh not sized right and the lady jerked my arm and hands nicked me also . ... Made me bleed I now have an infection on my finger where she kept cutting me !!! When I said something she proceeded to continue to be more aggressive .my friend who I paid for didn't get gel nails charged me for it ... She gad the man ! He refused to do the color she wanted said it was ugly did a gold brown color .My friend foesndo like confrontation. It was a horrible experience I will never go back there my nails are run have an infection we didn't get anything we wanted every time I try to call off there's never any answers. They are not gentle, they nicked my skin more than once. A couple of my nails are crooked and they made my sister bleed. The girl who did my sister's nails yanked her arm several times. I would not recommend this place to anyone I love but I would recommend to someone I hate. Read Less

My daughter and I went there, paid $95 for 2 gel pedis, went to the pool the next day. ALL of her gel toe nail polish came off. Mine is still great..both in the pool the same amount of time with the same gel polish. Shes 8 and was very upset. Will not go back and waste my money nor time. Read Less

I used to be a frequent customer when this place first opened. After the third ownership/management change they started to go downhill. I like going somewhere that people "know your name" and this place just isn't it anymore. I started going somewhere closer to work but decided to give this place another try. Never again. I arrived and after waiting 40 minutes and no one once saying they would be with me shortly I left. If they don't want my business then I won't give it to them. Was a rush job, paint on my cuticles & fingers. after I left I realized a nail was broke & just hanging underneath. Went back for them to simply clip it off. On their brochure it said I would be charged $20, for charhed $25. My husband paid so I was not able to ask why it cost $5 extra. Just a really shotty job, will not return. Do NOT let the fancy appearance fool you. Forget the complimentary drinks and snacks. This is a NAIL SALON that does a shity job and slaps on a high price. I brought a mani pedi package. I told the tech I did not want paint for my mani, just buff to make them shine. My nails were filed uneven, and I was told I would be charged an additional $5 on top of my package for buffing shine. I started coming here upon a recommendation from someone as I was new to the area. I quickly learned that all that glitters is not gold. I have been doing Gel nails for years faithfully. I make an appointment every two weeks. Never have I been to a nail salon that didn't honor appointments, except for this place! They act surprised, or even bewildered that you have one. I've tried other places in cove and this is by far my favorite. Sunnies messed my feet and my husband's feet up SO bad. After my pedicure at Lee's, my feet are so soft that my sandals are slipping off! Had the guy that the other reviewer got creeped out by. Went there for the first time. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised on the look of this nail salon. It is beautiful on the inside and looks really clean. I won't be going back there though because of the staff. A few of the men that work there are very rude. There was one next to me arguing with his client. She talked to him with kindness and told him that he has to make sure his customers are happy. And he straight up told her "no I don't, I do the best nails around here" ... I just thought wow! Thank goodness I didn't have him doing my nails. He was mean to everyone and even mocked a customer when she left the shop. Not a very good first impression. So I came here to get a gel manicure since I got off work early. I will never go back. They gave me dirty looks and the guy was so creepy. He reminded me of some psycho. ..no joke. He was using the tool that's sounds like a dentist tool and was rubbing it on my skin and giving me this odd smile...like wtf. Creepy as hell. He made me very uncomfortable. I have been going to Lee's Nails for a long time, ever since it opened. I went the other day to take my sister to get a pedicure for her birthday. This is how it went...walked in .. no "hi" or anything. Then said "what do you want" We said Pedicures then they said pick a color. We did , waited for a minute( that was nice) . Fast forward to the feet in water and my guy was sighing and giving me dirty looks. Then my sisters asked her if she did her nails her self and rolled his eyes!! Really , if you hate your job so much then quit, or ask for an extra day off. They were so rude and made us so uncomfortable , oh and by the way absolutely no new tools, there was the file with someone else's nail dust and the other tools looked just as used. I have a huge dug out cut on my heal from the guy who did the foot scrubbing..I felt like I was at the dentist (that same fear).I DO give credit where credit needs giving but these people were horrible. I loved v , where was v ? She used to always be there and the employees were always tip top . Have loved this place since they opened. They have gone downhill. Last two times I was in, they only had two employees working. First time I decided to wait with my feet in the freezing water as they assured me someone else was coming to work in a few minutes. Pedicures are rushed and sloppy. Awful pedicure, I requested the #3 on Friday June 12, my big toe is cut in several places. I didn't get any lotion or massage. Or the grater. I honestly don't know which man was the tech, but he spoke English. When I got home, I had to repaint my toenails. Save your money, pedicure was rushed through and my feet are still rough what is the point in paying for a delux and coming home and it still being rough when i told her that i felt like she was rushing she said no she wasnt and i didnt have any rough skin and told me to feel. I told her of course im not gonna feel it rough cause my feet are wet and forget it because i was not being heard. when she went to do my manicure i asked her about shellac on the menu it says shellac is 20 dollars. what they don't tell you that its 20 dollars on top ofyour 22 dollar manicure. so you are paying 42 dollars for it when most places its 25 dollars flat for a shellac. to top it off its supposed  to be a delux manicure but yet my hands are still rough. Idon't understand why this manicure was 22 dollars. which i just had her paint my nails clear since i was notgonna pay an extra 20 just for a shellac nail polish, I told her 3 times just to forget the manicure all together but she kept on doing it so i just gave up telling her. please save your money and do not go here. they are WAYYYYY over priced for the low quality of work they do. It was my first time here and the people working were very nice, but they kinda grossed me out. I've heard mixed things about this place so decided to give it a try with my daughter. First off I asked them not to use the pumice stone on my daughter bc you can't get them clean he tells me ok but they soak it in barbicide. I told him still no bc you can't get all the skin cells off bc it's pourice and pumice stones float so your not soaking anything. They still used it on her. Then her pedicure bowl cover got stuck in the jet and when they took the jet cover off there was sooooo much gunk and hair in the jet it probably hasn't been taken off and cleaned in a while. This is my first visit, but I am impressed and will return! Johnny did my pedi and he was great! All of the stuff was very friendly and inviting. The salon is clean and nice. I was offered a fresh fruit cup and a drink immediately, before they even knew what kind of service I wanted. I definitely recommend this salon! **the map on here is incorrect. Love this place! I went in an hour before they closed and ended up walking out 20 minutes after they were suppose to lock up. I had to get my old acrylics removed (that some other salon messed up), a new full set, and gel polish. The technician was so thorough and actually gave me suggestions on shape, color, and nail type to use. Super sweet lady too! The salon itself is so beautiful! Been going here for a few months now but they will never see my face again. Went to take my nails off and found a fungus under the fake nail... Went in and had proof of when I was there but they said it was my fault. How can you offer people wine and fruit cups but can't clean your equipment correctly? I decided to try a new place and it is totally worth it! The prices are reasonable and they really dedicate time to you. The time spent massaging was longer than most and was very relaxing. I got the warm earth pedicure for 45 and I definitely feel I got my money's worth. Check this place out! For sure, this is one of the better places in Waco. Read Less

Excited to try a brand new nail place close by. So far so good. They offer fresh  fruit cups and beverage if you like. The place is new do everything is spotless.
