Yesterday was my first time going to happy nails and I also took my daughter and my mom. Our experience there was great! They are very nice and did a great job on our nails. My nails change colors from dark when it’s cold to like a reddish orange color when it’s warm/hot. I will recommend this place every time! I also only paid $65 for all 3 of us, great prices! Worst nail experience of my life! I went in for a soak off and new set. She instead decided to rip off the old set and then lay a new set. This was the most painful nail experience in my life. Very dissapointed with our visit to Happy Nails yesterday. Took my sister as a girls day, while there she decided to have her nails done, she asked very specific questions regarding the price as she is only here on vacation and wanted to see if it would even be worth it. She was quoted forty dollars, then the manucurist asked her if she wanted the old nails soaked off for an additional cost of five dollars so she said no, and had him peel them off for free.  Long story short, she was overcharged by twelve dollars. When she called and questioned it, she was told it depended on which seat she sat in, finally they argeed to give her her twelve dollars back so when she went there they just told her they charged twelve dollars to peel the nails off vs five dollars to soak them off, although yesterday she was told it was free to peel them off.  Very dissapointed. If i could do zero stars... I WOULD! I just left crying and bleeding. First visit and last. Older man did the "dip" service to help with my nails thinning fron shellac. The man was falling asleep while doing my nails. He smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. I am almost positive this man was drunk performing my nail service. After 1.5 hours my nails looked like crazy thick bumpy claws. When i asked if he was done he said yes, i then started to ask questions, like why are all my nails cemented to my skin. And why so thick? He started to get angry amd started to try and file them on the sides and cut me. The tried to separate my skin from the nails and ripped three of my nails from the bed of the nails. I asked him to stop and that i would just soak them off at home. He yelled at me that i needed to pay him. I asked for the manager, who brought another girl to try and fix them. I asked if it looked right to them, neither would answer, just told me they would fix it. 30 minutes later my nails are drilled down to nubs, and bleeding. I was visibly upset and followed the manager to the front desk wbere he said i owed them $40. I stood there with tears in my eyes and bleeding and handed over my hard earned money. The man who first did my nails walked through the salon the whole time the other lady was fixing them, yelling in another language CLEARLY about me, because he kept pointing at me and yelling. I was so embarrassed i paid and left. I am a hairstylist, i cant imagine treating my guests the way i was treated and demand money in return for a below satisfactory service. Will never return. Went here with my husband this past Sunday because it was the closest to the theater we went to. First of all I wish I had read the reviews in advance. One lady told me to sit at station 4 and as I walked over the other said "Sit here." So, already I'm agitated. Then, one starts my nails and says to move to another station where another lady finished them. Long story short, she was in such a rush to go home that she didn't even let my nails fully dry AND the very next day (Monday, 03112017) my thumb nail broke while opening PLASTIC! I will be going back to have them fix this, but I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. Read Less

I went here twice, once to get my nails done after moving to town, and then again 4 days later for him to fix my nails because they all started chipping, cracking and peeling. I went in a 3rd time 3 days after the 2nd visit and was told by Ti that he would just take off my nails and then I wouldn't have the problem of breaking, chipping and cracking them like they had done. I asked him to again fix them and informed him that I was not paying more money for a service that he should have done correctly the first 2 times I came in to get them done. I won't be back, I went to Nanson Salon and got much better service, a cleaner environment and it was even CHEAPER than Happy nails. Read Less

The staff was very friendly and professional towards my wife and me. We both got pedicures. The staff members showed us the packaging being opened, from being sterilized in an autoclave. They offered complimentary drinks and a nice, little glass of assorted fruit as well. Read Less

First off the ONLY REASON I'm giving this nail salon One Star is because I have to so I can write the review and warn people! They ruined my shirt with acetone and still wanted me to pay full price. This was my first time here. I walked in it was nice. Let's keep this short  he asked me how long I wanted them I said I don't want them short but not long . So, I showed him where and he told me that would be extra $5 people of the time and length . How it wasn't even long !!! I came because I wanted someone to do my nails instead of me. Went and got just white tips, they told me $22 and I ended up paying 37. Why you ask? Because they said I got nails long and they gave me different powder than I asked for. My sister went in because I was so mad I couldn't even think straight. My sister asked them why I got charged for crappy nails. ( one is not even on all they way) they said because of the powder and that I got them long. The lady who owns the place said all I can do is give you the money for the wrong powder. I just wasted time sitting in this salon waiting to get my nails done. They told me to sit at a station, so I sat there for 25 minutes waiting until I decided to go outside and smoke. I came back inside and they told me to go sit at a dirty station. My granddaughter and I went to this salon on sunday after church it was a present for her making straight A's on her report card. The place was not packed and there were maybe 5 customers in the salon. I have been here before and each time I get the impression that the person I get to do my mani and pedi does not want to be there. The gentleman who took care of me acted as though I was a bother to him. The gentleman who took care of my granddaughter was nice he got right to work and took care of her and she was happy. I felt like the gentleman helping me didnt really want to do it he kept looking arond and acting as though his back was hurting. I went to pay and was charged 55 dollars for a spa mani and pedi when on their card it says that it is 20 dollars. I have been cheated before by this palce and I am a good hearted person and gave them another chance but that is it for me. I will not be going back. Read Less

I took my daughter to HAPPY NAILS on the 23rd of March and this was the only transaction made from me on this day. The day after someone hacked my bank account.. I am not the type to point fingers, however i find it ironic that money was stolen from mine and my husband's checking account. These translations were made in Asia and a few other places. I felt very uncomfortable during my pedicure and not to mention pushed to have a manicure for my 6 yr old, which she did not need. I have been going to happy nails for about 6 months and i have alway enjoyed going. My daughter (shes 6 yrs old) and I went and had a pedicure done together.. The veery next day when she woke up her big toe was leaking white fluid & swollen. I took her to the dr that day and he tells me she has a staff infection!!! I am so upset!!! I wish it was me and not her! We had 2 different people do our toes.. But it was her that ended up having the dirty staff infection :-( I will never go there again!!! Read Less
