This place has awful customer service. Mark the owner himself is rude. Been going here almost a year until my last visit three of my overlays came off, tried to give Christine my use to be nail tech to buy Mark was rude and nasty. Usually I am super happy with my nails. I usually have Christine or Mark do my nails. But they were busy yesterday so I had another lady do them. I will gladly wait until Mark or Christine are done. Never letting her do my nails again. I usually get an almond shape but I decided to go with a more round shape this time. Unfortunately, she made them super thick. Usually they put the tip on, and then just the solar color I picked. But this lady decided she was going to put the pink natural color solar over the top and made them entirely too thick. I have been going there for a while now. Got a set of nails and they did very well for a long time. Then decided to go with just the manicure. My nails grow extremely fast and I don't want to have to keep going in for a fill. They have done several different shapes for me when I asked. I also appreciate their prices. Came in the guy that was closest to the door mumbled something under his mask I’m assuming asking what he could help me with I told him full set of acrylic . Then another guy that could not speak a word of English came over and put his hand out like I’m suppose to know what he is asking for so I showed him what I he wanted done he turned around showed the other guy then said to me 40$ only gel . They are ok, my daughter's nails look good, mark did them. This is the second time i have came here and mine are full of bubbles. My other daughter is not to pleased with her nails either. Prices are decent and the place seems clean. The employees are nice.Read Less

I was surprised about the lack of quality. Since, this establishedment was voted the best in copperas cove. I haven't had a pedi that has ever chipped this bad or this fast. Also, I have 4 coats of gel polish on my nails because the first three were so wavy, uneven, and pitted. 4 coats is way too thick. My nails are also chipped already though not as bad as my toes. Severely understaffed and poorly managed. I arrived 15 minutes prior to 0900 (opening time). The guy working there showed up late and was the only person there while 4 people were waiting. One other lady and I just left after about 20 minutes. I ended up going up to H&M nails in Killeen for an excellent pedicure and prompt service. Read Less
