I asked for a specific eye shape and she gave me two different arches...on top of that, one eyebrow was thicker than the other. I went back into the shop to get my eyebrows re-shaped to my satisfaction and she tried arguing with me that there’s nothing wrong with them when there clearly was. And after I repeatedly asked her to fix it she refused because she thought they looked good TO HER. This lady had no hospitality and ZERO customer service. Not happy at all. Never coming back or spending my money here or at any Zara’s ever again. If you want terrible service go to Zara’s in Conroe.

I came in because of the yelp reviews and my caterpillar eyebrows were in need of a fix. I came in and was attended right away. I told her exactly how I wanted them shaped and cleaned up and she did just that. She didn't change the shape or make them thin, etc. She listened to how I wanted them and that to me is exceptional. I've gone to other places and they've told me what I needed done, even if I said no they would do it anyways. Either way I am still coming back :)

I stood in line just to be told that she doesn't thread male eye brows. I would have to wait for someone that's only here two days out of the week to get them done; no thanks.

I have been having my eye brows threaded for sometime. It is so convenient just inside the front door of the old HEB on Fraiser. If there are people waiting their turn I just do my shopping and by the time I am finished I don't have to wait long. I have gone to other places but for me this has been the best and most convenient one.

Good service. $17 for lips and chin threading. I walked away a happy customer. Will be back if I'm in the area again and needing threading done.

This is a wonderful brow threading and makeup salon that's actually inside an HEB Grocery Store. I doubt it would have occurred to me to try it otherwise, but I found it through friends. Definitely the best place I've been for this service. The owner is on-site and did an amazing job. They're fast, so even with patrons waiting it goes very fast. If you've ever been curious about this technique for eyebrow shaping - the operators and owners are generally Asian or Middle Eastern ladies - it lasts about five non-comfortable minutes and they literally have it down to an art. About a third of the customers were men (significant other's unibrow a distraction from his otherwise cute looks?) glamour make-up application is also available for $60 and judging from the portfolio is well worth it.
