Yesterday, I took my teenage daughter for a mother- daughter manicure time..her first manicure. The man at the front, Johnny, talked her into a dipping manicure..(twice the price of the standard manicure I was intending). While with the nail technician, she was upsold again to add tips ..unbeknownst to me as I was several stations away. They did not inform her there would be an additional cost. When checking out, Johnny looked at her nails and told her when she comes in and has it done again in the future, to get the tech to make her tips more narrow..they are a little wide. They were. Tips didnt match her fingertips in size..very unnatural looking. BUT, the big surprise was the bill. I was intending to pay around $35 for our 2 manicures, but with the premium manicure (dipping) knew it would be a little more. My manicure was $15, my daughter's was $47!!!! For a total of $62. Omgosh!
I spoke with Johnny today, less than 24 hours later about my concerns about the pricing and the abnormal look to her tips..which he himself had noted yesterday. He blamed me for not mentioning this yesterday..(what difference does it make that I am calling less than 24 hours later?) After a lengthy and heated exchange, there will be no adjustment to the price I paid, but finally he agreed to redo some of her nail tips. I have been a client here for 13 years and cannot continue to give my business to a place that does not stand behind its service/product, treats longstanding clients with such disregard, and takes advantage of young girls with strong upselling.
My advice: STAY AWAY!!!

Extra $5 for getting coffin shape, extra $5 for adding tip before my powder nails.... probably extra $5 for my damn water they offered me too!! I've never had to pay ten dollars EXTRA for getting coffin shaped tips. I JUST THINK THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED. THANK God I like my nails tho ... I won't be coming back.

Great place to get your nails done. After a long day of shopping I decided to get a pedicure. I walked in 30 minutes before they closed. Even though I was the last customer I was treated as if I was the first customer. Amy took her time on my pedicure and painting my nails perfectly. Even though I was there after they closed I was not rushed. I spoke briefly with the owner Johnny he was great and very patient. This is the new place that I will be going to get my nails done from now on.

I came in and got dipped nails, pedicure, and eyebrows waxed. I only came here because it was close to my friend's house and had decent reviews. Let me tell you i was glad I came here. I had Don do my pedicure (got the one above basic) and he did a GLORIOUS job! Actually did a massage on my calves and feet rather than just rubbing in the lotion and beating my legs and feet with his fist like so many people do nowadays. I had Amy do my dipped acrylic nails and my eyebrow wax, and she did a great job! I was super pleased with my brows. Did a great job with cleaning up afterwards so my brows aren't sticky. She made sure to not only wax and pluck but cut them down and give them shape. My nails look great. I got red and glitter. Red is always tricky, and mainly why I didn't give a full 5 stars. Some staining on skin and brush. They should think about a bottle for just red nails so that the other glitter nails don't get a red tint, I want that nail to shine! Even though I don't live in the area I would definitely consider traveling back here for my next set and pedicure if I get them again. Recommend them! Enjoy

It was a great experience! Friendly, clean, and relaxing. Cindy took great care of me and the massage was fabulous. My only complaint was that I was nicked, very minorly with the drill on my thumb. Jenny apologized profusely and it wasn't a big deal. I look forward to getting a pedicure next.

had my nails done and lady cut me... she tried to fix it but it hurt. No Sorry or even a discount... Then I hated the color. She told me it's pretty. I didn't like it and the more I looked at it the more I didn't like it.
I went back 2 hours later and told them I really didn't like the color and I wanted to change it. They still charged my full price and insisted on using the alcohol and everything on the finger that is bright red and cut and bleeding again.
Well, won't be back there!!

I was disappointed when she was done that I didn't get the hot stone part of the pedicure that's what I was looking forward to the most. At checkout I asked and she kept just telling me the total price breakdown instead of wanting to talk to me about that. I also got a full pink and white set and they are beautiful I said I'd never get a fake set again but wanted too just to get something different my nails don't usually hold a set well and they are strong and smooth not getting caught in my hair etc. They did a great job and we will definitely be back. We had originally gone to a different one and they weren't Able to see us so we went down the street to here and I don't regret it. Well be back!

I came in almost a week ago for an eyebrow wax and today it looks awful. I told Tee at the beginning that I was very nervous and I usually do not just let anyone touch my eyebrows. The wax she used was either too hot or too old because I currently have burn marks and it is still red and painful under, above, and in between my eyebrows. My eyebrows do NOT look good, and I am extremely DISSATISFIED. They are uneven, messy, and she did not even pluck the strays well because I looked in the mirror and thought to myself "what exactly am I supposed to think of these, they look awful..." I was very upset when I got home. Even today my makeup will NOT stay on around my eyebrows and there are still white marks from where she put the wax. I will NOT be returning to get my eyebrows done. The quality of the work was extremely poor and I did not get the desired look I asked for.Even my shellac manicure chipped the day after I came home. I'm not sure why everything was sub-par...I used to come here, but found a more trustworthy place elsewhere.

I'm actually receiving my service now, but am already having a lesser experience. Before I had picked out my color, a lady told me to take a seat to start my pedicure. Despite a few attempts saying that I do not have my colors yet, she kept insisting that I take a seat. I oblige but am annoyed when she asks me what color I wanted my toes. It's ridiculous! After this, seeing that there was an outlet close to us, I ask if I could charge my cell phone here. She obliges, but starts insulting me in Vietnamese. Being of Vietnamese descent, I understand exactly what she is saying when she says that I am vain, high maintenance, and difficult. I don't see how this is being difficult or high maintenance.Also, when I am asking about their powder dip stuff as I have never heard of it until now, they could not understand my question despite asking multiple times in different ways. This has a bad taste in my mouth and the pedicure has barely started!

I called to make a last minute appointment on Valentine's Day and was both pleased and surprised when they were able to get me in. There was a slight wait once I arrived, but that was to be expected given every seat was occupied. Tina (the lady they booked me with) was finishing up with a client so another lady removed my old polish for me while I waited. Tina wasn't much of a talker, but was very nice and worked quickly. The owner was also kind and noticed that it was my first time in. He asked how I found them, how long I had been in the area, and told me he hoped to see me back again. I really like when business owners get to know their clientele as it made me feel extremely welcomed. I wasn't offered anything to drink while I was here, but because it was a holiday and they were packed to the gills I understand. They did a great job on my gel manicure and the total only came to $30. Usually it's more expensive than that because I also get charged for removing the old gel color. I forgot to ask if they have a frequent rewards card, but I intend to be back and will ask then. They even offer eyebrow waxing and coloring here if you are interested.

The nail techs speak nothing but their language back and forth to each other and quite loudly at that, not very relaxing.I ve had better pedicures for the same price they were charging. Guess I will keep looking, but won't be back here!

Allowed my gel nails to get extra time under the lamp, made sure the shape of my nails were even and matching the other nails and double checked she'd grabbed the right colors & that I liked the color on my nail before continuing. I found them on yelp actually and now This is my new nail place!!! Sweet!!

Even though I was the last customer I was treated as if I was the first customer. Amy took her time on my pedicure and painting my nails perfectly. Even though I was there after they closed I was not rushed. I spoke briefly with the owner Johnny he was great and very patient. This is the new place that I will be going to get my nails done from now on.

I had Don do my pedicure (got the one above basic) and he did a GLORIOUS job! Actually did a massage on my calves and feet rather than just rubbing in the lotion and beating my legs and feet with his fist like so many people do nowadays. I had Amy do my dipped acrylic nails and my eyebrow wax, and she did a great job! I was super pleased with my brows. Did a great job with cleaning up afterwards so my brows aren't sticky. She made sure to not only wax and pluck but cut them down and give them shape. My nails look great. I got red and glitter. Red is always tricky, and mainly why I didn't give a full 5 stars. Some staining on skin and brush. They should think about a bottle for just red nails so that the other glitter nails don't get a red tint, I want that nail to shine! Even though I don't live in the area I would definitely consider traveling back here for my next set and pedicure if I get them again. Recommend them! Enjoy

It was a great experience! Friendly, clean, and relaxing. Cindy took great care of me and the massage was fabulous. Four stars this time because it's the first time; when I come back I'll re-evaluate based on consistency.

Great and attentive personal service. The owner/manager helped me along with the nail tech Jenny to find a solution for my horrible nail situation. My only complaint was that I was nicked, very minorly with the drill on my thumb. Jenny apologized profusely and it wasn't a big deal. I look forward to getting a pedicure next.

I went back 2 hours later and told them I really didn't like the color and I wanted to change it. They still charged my full price and insisted on using the alcohol and everything on the finger that is bright red and cut and bleeding again.
Well, won't be back there!!

I was disappointed when she was done that I didn't get the hot stone part of the pedicure that's what I was looking forward to the most. At checkout I asked and she kept just telling me the total price breakdown instead of wanting to talk to me about that. I also got a full pink and white set and they are beautiful I said I'd never get a fake set again but wanted too just to get something different my nails don't usually hold a set well and they are strong and smooth not getting caught in my hair etc. They did a great job and we will definitely be back. We had originally gone to a different one and they weren't Able to see us so we went down the street to here and I don't regret it. Well be back!

This time, she cut me FIVE times, three of which are very bloody and painful. She constantly was looking up at other customers and workers and not paying attention to my nails. I will NOT be back.

I came in almost a week ago for an eyebrow wax and today it looks awful. I told Tee at the beginning that I was very nervous and I usually do not just let anyone touch my eyebrows. The wax she used was either too hot or too old because I currently have burn marks and it is still red and painful under, above, and in between my eyebrows. My eyebrows do NOT look good, and I am extremely DISSATISFIED. They are uneven, messy, and she did not even pluck the strays well because I looked in the mirror and thought to myself "what exactly am I supposed to think of these, they look awful..." I was very upset when I got home. Even today my makeup will NOT stay on around my eyebrows and there are still white marks from where she put the wax. I will NOT be returning to get my eyebrows done. The quality of the work was extremely poor and I did not get the desired look I asked for.Even my shellac manicure chipped the day after I came home. I'm not sure why everything was sub-par...I used to come here, but found a more trustworthy place elsewhere.

I'm actually receiving my service now, but am already having a lesser experience. Before I had picked out my color, a lady told me to take a seat to start my pedicure. Despite a few attempts saying that I do not have my colors yet, she kept insisting that I take a seat. I oblige but am annoyed when she asks me what color I wanted my toes. It's ridiculous! After this, seeing that there was an outlet close to us, I ask if I could charge my cell phone here. She obliges, but starts insulting me in Vietnamese. Being of Vietnamese descent, I understand exactly what she is saying when she says that I am vain, high maintenance, and difficult. I don't see how this is being difficult or high maintenance.Also, when I am asking about their powder dip stuff as I have never heard of it until now, they could not understand my question despite asking multiple times in different ways. This has a bad taste in my mouth and the pedicure has barely started!

I called to make a last minute appointment on Valentine's Day and was both pleased and surprised when they were able to get me in. There was a slight wait once I arrived, but that was to be expected given every seat was occupied. Tina (the lady they booked me with) was finishing up with a client so another lady removed my old polish for me while I waited. Tina wasn't much of a talker, but was very nice and worked quickly. The owner was also kind and noticed that it was my first time in. He asked how I found them, how long I had been in the area, and told me he hoped to see me back again. I really like when business owners get to know their clientele as it made me feel extremely welcomed. I wasn't offered anything to drink while I was here, but because it was a holiday and they were packed to the gills I understand. They did a great job on my gel manicure and the total only came to $30. Usually it's more expensive than that because I also get charged for removing the old gel color. I forgot to ask if they have a frequent rewards card, but I intend to be back and will ask then. They even offer eyebrow waxing and coloring here if you are interested.

First time in this salon and probably my last. Seems like here lately it is hard to find a decent nail salon in the mid cities area. I have pretty much tried them all! This place is nothing fancy on the inside. The nail techs speak nothing but their language back and forth to each other and quite loudly at that, not very relaxing.I ve had better pedicures for the same price they were charging. Guess I will keep looking, but won't be back here!

No wait , well staffed with friendly ladies!My lady was thorough, professional, gentle, understood/spoke good English. Allowed my gel nails to get extra time under the lamp, made sure the shape of my nails were even and matching the other nails and double checked she'd grabbed the right colors & that I liked the color on my nail before continuing. I found them on yelp actually and now This is my new nail place!!! Sweet!!
