This isn't my normal nail place, but my nails were horrible, so decided to give then a try. The guy that did my nails, didn't really talk. Kept coughing or answering his phone. Burned me with the tools several times. I got a "French manicure". It really looks like my 3 year old niece did the job. The paint isn't dry, 5 hours later, it's just rubbing off. I've been here twice now, both experiences were about the same. If you want a wide variety of gel colors, this isn't the place to go. In addition to the small selection, the nail tech was pushy about selling a certain type of manicure. I asked several different questions to direct the sale away from where he wanted, but to no avail. I finally changed my mind on everything, and told him plainly to take the existing polish off, and to trim my nails. They cut my nails too short so I've had 3 nails separate from the cuticle in the 10 min drive home, they cut the cuticle too short, AND I've still got polish on my nails!!!! Not only would I not recommend this place to anyone, but I also want my money back for the sub-par services that I received!!!!! Read Less

So I've visited both Solar Nails and Solar nails II and both do a crappy job... my simple gel nail manicures chip before a wells time. This is due to the shops not wanting to purchase the correct equipment for the gel manicure to set correctly!!! I'm glad I won't ever have to get my nails done here again. Read Less

These people really don't know what they're doing.  My gel manicure was not done properly and the coating cracked and peeled horribly.   I went back and someone reapplied the UV gel twice and it did the same thing.  They don't cap the ends or seal the sides.  I expected better for $30-40 cost.  The manicure tables are covered in powdery dust and the whole place seems unsanitary.  I definitely won't be returning.  Just know there are better salons in town. I was a little weary at first when I walked in and a guy did my nails and I should have been, he did a crummy job...I wanted a butterfly too and his boss had to remove the nail job that he did and redo both hands before he tried to draw a butterfly on my thumbs...it was a B with black and white on it, I guess it was suppose to be a butterfly? Didn't get the butterfly and I will NOT Go back to this place! It looks like a five year old did my nails and he only charged me $20 but now I'm going to have to pay to have my nails done again! This place is awesome. Been going here for years. My mom is handicap and the owner Michael is so kind and caring. He always helps her into her chair and makes sure she's always taken care of. He has a daughter Ami that is by far the best nail art designer in Cleburne. There's never been a time where I brought in a design from pinterest that she couldn't draw.
