Out of town visiting. Treated my niece and self to pedicures. The woman who greated us was pleasant enough. Her assistant not so much. Shop was less to be desired. Seat was broken. Foot water cool side. Should had walked out but we stayed. My niece had the woman who greeted us. She was good. I got the assistant. She nicked the cuticle on my right big toe which bled. I had smudges that no one repaired. The nicked toe is infected to where it's pussing. I am in pain. Looks like a trip to a urgent care? Took pictures. Board of health should make a visit. WILL NEVER RETURN! I came in on the Saturday before my birthday (monday) to get them done. Simple set, painted black. She did not paint the edges, and ends were uneven, and within 4 days (wensday) one has already fallen off. Yes my nails are short, but I've gone to MANY nail shops who have gone out of their way to make sure my nails stayed on and they would last for 3 weeks or longer if I got them filled. This shop has a sign that says "guaranteed for 3 days" so on day 4 mine fall off and they blame me for the bad job. Currently sitting in the establishment waiting for the one to get fixed, instead of doing what I ask which was remove ALL of them and re do them all and make sure they stick to my nail for what I paid for. Instead of listening, the lady wanted to argue "oh it's not my fault the paint isn't there" the top clear coat, is clearly still there. The underneath where the color was supposed to be, was never painted. So she wants to argue in front of everyone instead of just listening to my disastifcation of the work after I drove 45 minutes (because I live in the middle of no where) just for her to argue that it's not my fault. This job was just bad all around. She took the rotary file to my skin around my nail, and burned it and scratched it up, did now fill down the access skin she caused, and did not file the ends of my real nails to straighten them out before applying the acrylic. She also did not size my nail to the acrylic before applying them. She placed glue then placed the nail and if it didn't fit, oh well. Nothing she can do now. Bad job, bad service, owner wants to argue when she gets in a rush and does a bad job because she has 3 people waiting in line and only her doing nails, and one other person doing pedicures. She needs to hire more people, so stuff like this doesn't happen. I will not be coming back. Read Less

Last night was my first mani-pedi @ Friendly Nails. I’m still new to Cleburne & had been looking for a ‘Nail Salon Home!’Well, I can tell you, I’ve found it! Went to have dips done. I asked before if they do dips on nails and was assured they do. I was sat at a table with a bowl of acetone to remove the old polish for 40 min. She got Powder all over me. Day two all the clear coat has fallen off. Never again!!!!! Read Less

The ladies were nice, but my nails did not turn out the way that I asked. I even told her that I wanted my nails to match the way my friend's were just done but with a different color, & they turned out the complete opposite of my friend's, oh & crooked. & not to mention that my friends & I came out with our fingers bleeding when they were done. I don't write reviews ever! But I keep looking at all the cuts & scabs around my cuticles and wondering how the lady who has owned the shop for 5 years, didn't understand the meaning of the words "that hurts, you're cutting me". I was in this place for THREE hours, getting cut, & getting a half ass pedicure, before deciding to leave without even getting my nails finished & painted! By far the WORST nail shop in Cleburne! I have had my nails done at numerous salons, but this place is the worst.  She cut my cuticles on several fingers with the nail file, got the fiberglass powder all over my fingers which I spend half an hour scraping off, cut my nails too short and was not very neat when applying the top gel polish coat which hardens with a light making it hard to take off an excess. I am rating this one star simply because you cant do 0. They were very rude. Very unprofessional didnt give a crap about my opinion on MY nails. My fingers are soar from her burning my fingers with the wrong drill tip. They are crooked and uneven. And very short because i had to file them all down myself just for them to look decent. Dont go here. Go to expand. Same price better service! Also she said 20 and them charged me 22 because she wantex a tip she didnt deserve. Read Less

My wife and daughter went there to get a manicure (canceled the pedicure) and it took them 2 hours because the nail techs were too busy talking, animated talking with their hands, that they couldn't even pay attention to complete the job. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I highly discourage anyone thinking about going here. Don't go here! Read Less

If you want to keep your fingers, go elsewhere. While I was there the woman doing my nails had literally cut into my skin on my thumb. While I'm bleeding out all down my finger, she just takes the brush (that is used on other customers) to put the powder on your nails, dips it into the alcohol (that I'm sure is also used on other customers) and wipes off the blood and puts it on the towel. On the towel!! My finger is still running like the falls, so she takes the super glue (again used on other customers) sticks it to my skin and then glides it across to "seal" this gash she just gave me. After all is said and done I still ended up having to pay for this awful manicure. I'll never go back. Ever. Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I spotted there once to get a pedicure, the lady jacked my toes up! So i figured a year later i would give them a try at filling my nails.  The guy that works there came over and started doing my nails, when he finally went to filling them, he wasn't filling in the gap.  I asked & tried to explain what i meant, he ended up getting very upset. He started telling me to leave then he stormed out of the building. I was so upset with this sticky, ugly mess on my hands.  The smaller lady comes in saying she was the owner & she would take care of me.  BOY, I SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT! She grinded every one of my cuticles off by the time she was done. I ended up get an infection in my nail beds & Now 2 weeks later my nails are starting to heal & I can finally type again without pain.  I hope no one has to go through that.  After all that I still paid y $15 for the fill. I tried this place last week and it was wonderful! Their deluxe pedicure was only $35 which was super cheap compared to where I usually go. The only problem I had was when I got my eyebrows waxed, it hurt like no other! I've had many eyebrow waxes, but never one this painful. Then again, it did look wonderful afterwards. Read Less
