A little on the expensive side especially considering the fact there's spots all over my nails where it's missing acrylic. Didn't notice till I went outside, it was pretty dark in there so I guess they had trouble seeing what they were doing. I still left a tip because it took some time removing my previous nails. They had a dog in there that pooped on the floor and there was a baby in the back room by itself crying in a walker with socks on and a tablet. They overcharged me by about 33%, got upset when I then refused to give a tip, and told me never to come back!  Great way to do business...NOT!  They charge $37 for a Mani/Pedi, which is over the going rate in the area.  When I picked up my mother, they wanted to charge me $50 instead!  I asked why, and the male manager said, "Well, her nails were pretty long." I said, "Why does it matter HOW long they are? You still have to cut them the same distance." The manager said, "Well, we had to use the file on her several times." Went in to get a pedicure. No one asked how they could help me, so I finally spoke up and asked for a pedicure. I got blank stares and even a dirty look from one of the workers. No one said a word. I hate this place! I will never go back and dont recommend this place to anyone. I went in and told Harry what I wanted done to my nails solar he quoted me $40 he asked the nail design lady if she could do the design she stated yes. After he was done doing my nails I set down and waited for her to try to get a star on my thumbnail for 45 minutes she could not get it done so I just stated please just do the pink and silver stripes across the nail. She did that and then proceeded to do the gel on top to set it after doing the gel and being under the light the nails has bubbles they were very uneven and even had sharp points on them she never wiped the excess off like they do after you get done putting the gel on. I called that afternoon and ask him if he would redo my help because I was very unhappy with them he stated he was very busy and to call back and or he would call me back he never called me back I called the next day to schedule an appointment to go in and get them redone he told me to come in and he would refund my money. I go in that day for him to redo my nails or refund my money he proceeded to tell me he was done with me and didn't want to deal with it and he would just refund my money but he had to cut my nails off first. I was fine with that so he decided that he was going to be very rough and cut my real nails all the way down to the quick hurts very bad I do not suggest this place to anyone I will never go back.Read Less

If I could give a half star I would. First off for my eyebrows waxed and the lady was so rough. Then got my nails done and they didn't last but a week. I've had my nails done since I was a teenager and I know they should last longer than that. Then went back to give them a second chance and got them refilled. The pedicure by Kevin was AMAZING!! He has very strong hands so it was almost like a deep tissue massage. He was very nice, the equipment he used had been sterilized and my toenails turned out beautiful! Kevin gets the 5 stars. I also went for a fill and was disappointed in how my nails turned out. I was never shown a price sheet, but was offered the solar nail powder and the colored UV gel polish for $40...($25 for the fill and $15 for the polish). When I asked how much for regular powder and UV gel, I was told the fill would be $17 and the gel would be $20. (So.... you're charging me more for the polish because I'm paying less for a fill?) These prices were given to me by who I assumed the owner was. It felt like he just made up a price depending on his mood. The nails look sloppy, I had to point out that she missed painting the sides of my nails repeatedly, and the UV gel was applied sloppy, so it was on my cuticles and the sides of my fingers. Definitely NOT worth the price for the nails. $37 for a simple fill plus gel polish is a little bit expensive and the quality was poor. I would go back to get a pedicure in a heart beat, but I'll get my nails done elsewhere. Read Less
