Typically the service I receive here is okay. Definitely not worth the amount they charge but it was fine. They have a policy where if your nails crack or mess up within a week, they will fix it for free. I called and let them know my nails had cracked and it had been a week and they had an attitude. I went to the salon that same day and they still were rude. (I had a shellac manicure- it’s supposed to last 14 days) I had square shaped nails and the way they fixed my nails makes them look round and without edges. I had my nails done by Richard and my pedicure by Sarah. From start to finish the service was great. The atmosphere is very nice and cute. My 1st drink was the "Premium" Blue Hawaiian. It was watered down with Pineapple juice, (the reaaon for 4 stars) then I tried a margarita (I had time) and that was delicious! I will definitely come back. Read Less

The manager answering the phone needs to learn better customer service skills. I get that’s it’s busy but we all have jobs and that’s no excuse. She hung up on me before I could finish my appointment details. I called her back and let her know which she seemed unconcerned about. I have had nothing but great experiences here. I have been going here for Almost a year now and any service they offer is great. I like switching it up. I get design and I have a different person every time I go. I've never had a bad experience. The design they do are great. I've had alot of people there are 3 people I would recommend if you are getting designs Tina, Dara, or Andy. They are great people and the owner is very personable and great with customers and staff. The lady was so rude they skipped me twice then when I did finally go up to get my nails done the last was so rude they over charge and do a sloppy job my nails were terrible and only had them on 3 days and they started popping off she really didn't give me a chose on what I wanted I picked my color but she told me it would be extra if I wanted a diffenrt shape then regular I have never been charged to get coffin shape any where other then there very unprofessional and not clean also she acted like she didn't have time to take her time on my nails and do the best she could I will never go back they was super high and did a crappy job Read Less

My sister and I walked in around 7 on Saturday night and got manicures. Everyone was very nice and professional. Our manicures were great so I asked about coming back for pedicures the next day and was told they were closed on Sundays but that they would come in just to do our pedis. They didn't have to and I would have never expected them to come in on their day off but they were so kind and sweet about it. We will be back the next time we are in Evansville. Highly recommend. I've been coming here for a while now. I've never had any problems, no long wait and customer service has always been great. Luxx is very clean and the complimentary drinks are the best! Had my nails done today, and the lady who did my nails did okay, but she was very rude. I asked for a design, and told her not a flower & she gave me a flower. When I went to pay she threw the receipt to me. The pedicure was okay, but I will not go back because customer service means a lot these days! Read Less
