Went and got my nails done and they ended up being too long so she said to come back and she would cut them for free. Well I did and it wasn't free I got charged for her mistake. Also the men that to the fingernails there messed up my friends nails. She wanted almond shaped nails....well they ended up being horrible big oval shaped that didn't look right. Read Less

Terrible service. They are very unorganized, you wait 15-30 minutes for a simple eyebrow wax because there's one person. If someone is getting a pedicure/manicure they will always be pushed to the front of the line whether you've been waiting or not. I highly doubt they'd make in a bigger city with the service quality, customer service, and miscommunication. I'd give it 0/5 stars if I could since this has happened multiple times. Read Less

I think I got the new girl. Not the best technique to do a manicure and pedicure. She left my thumb nail with a big chip in it and I think she forgot to file my toe nails on one foot.Now, watching all the other nail techs in the shop I wouldn't have a problem going to one of them but I won't waste my money on the new girl again. I went into the place and I was the only person there and she was the only nail tech there. Once the lady began to place my acrylic nails on three other women arrived and a few moments later two other ladies arrived. The lady doing my nails then seemed to rush through the rest of the nail process and when the lady doing my nails was finished my french nail tips were like a Christmas ribbon. The white layer was too thick and awkward looking. the gel coat was uneven and dimpled. When I asked for a refund I was refused.  The lady stated that I had short nails and that is why she did what she did to my fingers.... Read Less

My real nails are short but never have I had my nails look so bad. Had pink and white acrylics and the white part is almost half my nail. I called to ask for refund and girl said no. They look like a kid did them. Do not use this place. Read Less
