I have been going to VIP for a long time until recently I tried a different salon in Austin and discovered how much VIP was ripping me off all this time, as well as the quality of work was poor quality as well!
Austin is still a far drive for me so I decided if I didn't want to make the trip I'd still go to VIP since they have a stamp program. (For 20$ you spend you get a stamp after you get 10 stamps you get a free pedicure) Today I went in and spent 40.00 worth of service expecting to get two stamps when I asked to get the stamp she refused and said the reason they couldn't stamp it was they already gave me a 2.00 off discount. (That I didn't ask for) I said I'd pay the 2.00 and they still refused, why have this program if you're not going to honor it????
Needless to say I will not be back the quality of work is bad & prices are higher than standard rates.

They keep deleting my review, but this is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. My nails were extremely thick and lumpy and when I asked the nail technician to fix it she said that is how it is supposed to be. I had to pay them $55.00 for a new set, to then go immediately to another salon to fix their work. I wouldn't recommend this place

My sisters go here often so I decided to give it a shot. The first time I went the older gentleman did my pedicure and did amazing. I went again with my little girl for a kids’ mani/pedi, pedicure and SNS for myself. The woman told me she would give me a break on the SNS for $35 (usually $40). Great. They asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure and I said sure. There was nothing deluxe about it. She was rushed, skipped steps and didn’t even smooth my feet. My nails looked terrible and a week later have already started cracking and chipping (SNS usually lasts me 3 weeks). On top of that, they charged me $35 for my daughter’s mani-pedi. When I called today to ask what they charge for a child mani pedi I was told $10. So, terrible job and over charged. I want my money back.

They were super rude and cut my toes way too short. When i had said thank you the lady just looked at me and didn't even acknowledge i said anything. One of the ladies also had pointed at my friend and started talking to the lady who was doing my pedicure. Don't recommend this place.

This is my 1'st time doing my nails and I came in with my mom when I got off work I really liked them for my 1'st time I got the Gel everyone was really nice I didn't get the ladies name but she did such a nice job with me and my mom she was nice and friendly tooWe came in they told us to wait it was about 5 minute wait I got to see all the nail I usually put the once at Walmart the fake nails that only last like a day lol, they took my mom I liked her nails too they where Popping she loved them her self to and I liked mine too I didn't do them that long because am not really use to long nails but they are long enough for me and if you like them that's all that matters (Make your self happy 1'st I think I heard that on a tv show lol)But they did such a great job I loved it I think I will be coming back next month to get them re some and when summer comes I might get a pedicure just for the fun of it I was scared they wouldn't turn out so great but most of these reviews are wrong there really great no rush they take there time I loved it

I swear I am the most picky person when it comes to my nails. I moved to the area 2 years ago and have been searching for the perfect person since! My friend, whom was also recommended by a friend, recommended me to go to VIP nails. Tee did an AMAZING job! She made sure I was 100% happy and even completed one nail to make sure I loved it before she completed the rest. I understand I am a difficult person and they did awesome. Oh and I tend to notice, now that I have used different nail techs, they seem to always bash the last person that did your nails if it wasn't at their salon. Bizarre. Anyway- that wasn't the case today and I liked that as well. I will be returning!

I have been going to VIP for a long time until recently I tried a different salon in Austin and discovered how much VIP was ripping me off all this time, as well as the quality of work was poor quality as well!

I swear I am the most picky person when it comes to my nails. I moved to the area 2 years ago and have been searching for the perfect person since! My friend, whom was also recommended by a friend, recommended me to go to VIP nails. Tee did an AMAZING job!
