We made an appointment over the phone but upon arrival nobody knew about our reservation and we had to wait 30 mins. We did not mind the wait. The staff was nice and salon was clean. We had a basic mani and pedi but both my husband and I left disappointed. Both our ladies were very rough, massage was painful, they brushed our nails hard with some harsh brush and we both got infection into our toe nails. I cannot recommend their services. Read Less

I go to this place to get my SNS done (power polish) and I think this place does a phenomenal job on the actual nail part but when I go, I pay $40 and they dont cute my cuticles or give you a massage. I dont know if that is normal routine with their SNS but I think it is a little ridiculous. Its usually a part of the nail salon experience and you really dont get the spa experience without it. I have been going the US Nails for at least 3 years and I can say I've never had a nail break or been dissatisfied in any way.  Julie is the best of the best and everywhere I go I get tons of compliments on my nails.  She's a true artist and is friendly, always prompt and makes the entire experience pleasant!  I will never go anywhere else...Thank you Julie! As far as these kind of nail places go, this place is pretty good. It's exactly as you would expect, nothing fancy but they do a good job and keep the TV on a good channel. They will don't talk to you and customer service is always lacking at these places, but the price is right and I can usually get in the same day so I'll keep going there for now. Read Less

Ive been to a few places in the Parmer Lane area and this has got to be the best I've experienced. They do a great mani and pedi. My gel polish stays on for a few weeks with no problems! Very clean here! Read Less

I stopped in here for a pedicure on a Sunday afternoon as a walk in. The told me to pick my color and i was settled into a pedi chair right away. The pedicure proceed perfectly normal.  I read a magazine and relaxed while the technition did her job. She was quick and efficient. They did a kind of intesting hot wax in a bag on my feet treatment.  It was nice, not something I'd had done before,  but this was my first time here. Check out was easy as I  paid cash. I thought the price was reasonal. A little less than I've paid at other places. The facility was nice and seemed clean and they had a lot of staff to help multiple customers. Attempted to get nails done. Wasn't even in there five minutes, and decided this place isn't for me! The two polish colors I looked at were goopy, and the formaldehyde smell in the building was overwhelming! We had to leave once the noxious fumes started giving my daughter a headache :-( Read Less

Since I looked up a nail place on Yelp, I thought I'd give my feedback on my experience today. Pedicure and fills.  I was shocked the pedicure took so long.  But it's a GREAT pedicure.  And the woman massaged my legs and feet 3 separate times. Then came my fills.  I *thought* I had solar nails and wanted to switch to SNS.  The technician talked to me about how much I use my hands and let me know that SNS would likely chip or break since I use my hands all day.  So Solar it was.  He then informed me that he had to redo the nails I had on because it was a really bad job and not solar at all.  I was skeptical.  But my nails look SO great.  Truly.  He was really fast and did an awesome job.  Tom did my nails.The only downfall is one guy who works there.  Who I found a lot about while I was getting my services.  He talked SO loud and was quite inappropriate in his conversation topics.  One such conversation was about an essay he had written on the difference between intimacy and being passionate.  IN DETAIL.  The jokes were loud and inappropriate.  It was just a bit obnoxious to be honest.Overall the staff was extremely professional and the work was excellent.  Dual facials during pedicures, etc.  Very nice - I will be back for sure. They did a great job with my shellac manicure, and everyone I talked to spoke good English. Communication is key to being happy with your service.  Clean, easy to get in, and saw they honor appoints as well. Love my old place but this is so close to my new home. Only negative is the acrylic smell, they need better ventilation. Read Less
