We just moved to the area and I received an ad in the mail, so I decided to try this place out. I have gotten the powder, dip nails for years, and they do SNS so with my wedding in a few days I came here. The woman who started with me removed my old manicure. I talked to her thoroughly explaining my wedding was coming up and I wanted the French dip manicure. I explained how long I liked them and what length. Some of my nails were broken (from a previous terrible manicure) so she put tips on those. She cut and filed them all. They were all completely different lengths. She filed them at an angle for some reason so some of them were narrow at the tip, while others were square like I requested. I pointed this out to her, and she got very frustrated and had to soak the tips back off and redo it. She again filed them at an angle...all lengths were uneven. I kept asking to do square with round corners. She kept squaring them off to a 90 degree angle. She then had the manager come finish the powder part saying they would reshape them after the powder was on because my nails “are too thin” to continue to file them. The manager begins working on them and after 3 times of telling her rounded corners they were still very sharp, 90 degree angles. They were still uneven lengths. It was so exhausting continuing to tell her they were uneven, and I like the corners more rounded, I walked out of there paying for a $45 dip full set and they were not at all what I wanted. She also randomly took a picture of my hands without asking. All in all, my nails were the wrong shape, different lengths, and have a huge line in the middle, making them look like they’re grown out because she made the first layer of powder half way down my nails way too thick. Poor customer service, and incredibly expensive, and not good results. I will not be coming here. Oh, and they advertise a free cocktail while you get your nails done...I was there almost 2 hours (with no wait) and only got offered a drink when they noticed I was displeased. Read Less

I have gone to rhis nail salon three times and had three very negative experiences. First time I was there at opening for pedi mani. I was doing a trial run on my mani before my wedding. I wanted an umbre. I had my pedi and left waiting for my mani. Finally in the chair and almost done I had a solid color not an umbre I asked about it and two workers started an argument. I said it was fine and left with the soil color, FOUR HOURS from my arrival time. Thinking it was an off day. I schedule to have my nails done for the wedding. I was called at 7:30 am and told they were not going to open and cancled my appointment without an explainatiion. I attempted a third visit as a walk in asked for mani. Was told it would be 30 mins wait. I agreed then when called back I told the girl I wanted the powder dip. And again two workers had a conversation across the room at which time I was told it would be a longer wait. After I already waited the half hour. Three strikes. I won't be back! Read Less

Do you love your nails to be exactly how you want them???. I've done everything from pedicures, solar nails, color powder solar nails and I just liked shellac here. They're so nice and receptive to my requests. They offered me water and just did an amazing job! ! My nails/toes lasts a LONG time. I plan to continue going here for my manis. Read Less

Came in on a Saturday. I was too into my phone to just ask for more & received " ok ". She's very lovely and painstaking. She did a longer tip for my manicure/pedicure. This is my go-to nail salon. Tracy and Jack (the owners) are not only the nicest people, they are very accommodating and professional. I have followed Tiny to this salon from a previous salon and couldn't be happier. Every mani and pedi is clean, neat and longlasting. My gel mani lasts about 3 weeks. My pedi lasts as long as I take care of my feet. You must try the deluxe pedi, including a mild and pleasant scrub, mask and relaxing massage. They will ensure you are comfortable with a cold beverage and magazines. This place is super clean too. A real gem in Cedar Park, Texas. EXCELLENT!!!Wow this was my 1st time here. Tania was such a peach, took great care of me. I expressed to her that it was my birthday and left the kiddos at home just so I could go and relax!Had THE BEST pedicure/massage "pearls". I NEEDED this so bad. I actually fell asleep twice. That doesn't happen. I need to go back to her often! Also the gentleman that did my gel manicure was very meticulous and took great care. Seriously the best pedicure experience I’ve ever received and I only got the basic pedicure package (the classic). The staff was SO nice and even gave us a discount just because there was a little bit of a wait. I will definitely become a regular customer after my amazingly relaxing experience. Tried SNS nail on referral and they were okay...still a little thick and not natural like I saw on referral person. It was my first experience w/technique. Attention around cuticle not given so SNS product rough looking on some nails. They have huge color selection w/that said. Staff okay...not too talkative. This is my new go to salon! I came in about 45 minutes before closing and they were able to do a pedicure & shellac manicure. Both were perfect. The woman doing my manicure shaped my nails exactly how I wanted and made no mistakes with the polish. I'm super picky about nail shape so this is a major accomplishment in my book. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I didn't love the massage pedicure chairs but that's literally my only complaint. I had a very good experience here today. I am 30 weeks pregnant so relaxation and pampering is a must for me. The salon is beautiful. Tracy is absolutely amazing at her job and I will schedule with her from now on. She really made sure I was happy with my servicesThe lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and took her time which I really appreciated. Getting your nails done is a luxury and not cheap so you want to feel like you are getting what you paid for. Jack the manager was very helpful in keeping the salon running smoothly and addressing my previous issues. My last experience that wasn't so great but it was because of one specific employee, not the business. I do not recommend tiny. BUT this business is absolutely worth giving a shot. Great first experience for me. I walked in and I was seated right away. Atmosphere was nice, very clean. Tiny did a great job on my new set of SNS nails. I previously had pink and white solar nails and never tried SNS. I have also been looking for a new nail place since they always seem to disappoint sooner or later. This was my second visit and just as pleasant as the first. Upon arrival my friend and I were quickly greeted and told that it'd be 10-15min wait for two pedicures. The salon did appear to be quite busy and we understood (we weren't in a rush). Once seated, we added manicures and an eyebrow service to our original request. Nice atmosphere but that was the only thing that impressed me. $28 for a basic (really BASIC) pedicure. You have the option to pay more, but it felt like they nickel and dime you for what most other spas would include in their $25 pedicures. Was a bit taken aback by them using Dawn liquid detergent (yes, I actually saw him use a blue substance that he poured directly from a Dawn bottle) on my legs and feet after a very short scrub/massage. Asked for nails to be trimmed and some of my toes were still fairly long and cut on a slant. Came in for the first time for a pedicure. Had an appointment at 4:15. Place is really pretty when I came in and looks like a walk in was also wanting a pedicure. After I arrived I waited about 5 min before I was in the chair and it wasn't until 4:34 that my pedicure started. Same lady that walked in got her pedicure started first and it seemed like they just were talking too many walk ins when they don't have enough staff. I originally asked for the basic pedicure and added wax treatment but then told them nevermind on the wax because I had somewhere to be. Once the nail technician started I didn't want him to stop! The massage was so worth the wait and the massage chairs were amazing! The environment is relaxing and there are no TVs so it feels pretty zen in there with the waterfall fountain. Pedicure turned out great as I wild definitely come back just hopefully I don't have to wait too long because I did have somewhere to be! Only other thing I would have liked if the hot towel had been wrapped around my legs not placed on just the front but still so great! Paid $28! Great price for what I got! Read Less

Been here a few times and was satisfied until today. My manicure was not something I liked I showed concern and even told them I wasn't a fan and they told me it was just because my nails were short. I went in to treat myself for my birthday and $70 dollars later left with a bad experience. I feel if you're going to come spend that much at a nail salon you should leave with something you are happy with. The man did a great job on my toes but I just didn't like my French manicure, if I had known it was something they can't do well on short nails I would have just got a plain color. If I could give this place no stars I would! First time I went they were good because they just opened and wanted to make people come back. Every time I went back the service got worse and worse yet the prices got higher. They don't know their own prices and you will sit at the front while they talk it over. They charge extra for every little thing. I don't mind paying extra if the job is done well. But not even a week after my nails are breaking. They are very pushy and always want to sell you on the more expensive services. When you say no then they do a hack job to try and get you out. Gave them one last shot because their location is good for me. Wish I didn't! They sensed I was unhappy with the job so when I went to pay i sat there for 10 minutes while 3 of them talked it over in their language about the price. I have been to Studio Nails twice now. I took my nine-year-old daughter for a pedicure, and I had a fill for my nails. The staff was very attentive, and does a really good job. I love this new salon. I've been in twice, once for a gel manicure and once for a mani-pedi. I've received excellent care both times and have had no trouble getting taken care of when needed. Though I was there in the morning and didn't have one, they even offer a margarita with a pedicure. There are lots of chairs and lots of available technicians, great place for a girl's night.
