So I went in and got my nails done..first I asked for acrylics but I guess they didn’t get that so I ended up with the powder ones instead first of all they look so bad One of my nails had a big see-through spot and he looked at it a couple times and didn’t even bother to fix it of course me being me I didn’t say anything second my nails literally look like wavy chips on the side and look like they have been growing out for a week because he didn’t even get close to my edges so over all they look bad but they made me laugh (the nails did )so I’m giving y’all 2 stars also because my friends did not look bad at all I guess I just got a bad nail technician Read Less

I have been going to Studio Nails for over 2 years. I have had fantastic experiences with each & every one of their employees. The owners are gracious & offer complimentary drinks to their customers. They're very meticulous & sincerely want their customers to be happy. I have gone to other salons when I'm with my friends & always have come away wishing I hadn't. Studio Nails is very clean & airy & has a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend the SMS nails. I have never had an issue with peeling or chipping. It's all natural & has made a huge difference in the strength & length of my nails. I love the huge variety of colours to choose from. My other salon did not have SMS nor the variety of colours. I'm as thrilled with my pedicures as I am with my manicures. My feet couldn't be smoother. Their prices are very affordable. I am fussy about my Nails. VERY DISSATISFIED!! Went to get my nails filled yesterday and they are already lifting. Mind you I paid $35 for the fill as well. No thank you! I will take my money elsewhere. I found l Spa Nail based on other peoples reviews. I must say that I really like it there. This place is seriously awesome. It's so clean and beautiful inside, and everyone who works there is so friendly. They play awesome music, you even get a free beverage while you're getting pampered - I had a glass of red wine! And the best part... my nails look amazing. The lady who did my acrylic ombre mani was so thorough and made sure I loved my nails every step of the way. Quite frankly, this is the best mani I've ever had (They're like, perfect!) and my pedi was soooo relaxing. These were done by them and I absolutely love them! I'll definitely will back soon! Took my daughter here. Nothing about her nails was right. Not the right shape, she asked for matte finish and got something else. Her nails are bumpy and it's noticeable .  I could have done a better job. Horrible! I will never go there again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. I left this place is crying. My nails where that horrible when I left and when I told them about it they had the nerve to tell me, to come back when they have the time and they'll fix it for me. Really nice staff. Did a great job on my nails. But when they went to wax my eyebrows and upper lip they did such a poor job they actually took the skin off. And I don't mean a little ... Just simply HORRIBLE!!!!First I went in to get a pedicure and get my nails done - they were just about to turn on the water and I realize I have skinny jeans on that how can I do a pedicure, so I apologize and said I'm sorry I'll just paint my toes as I have jeans on - this lady had the nerve to sigh at me. I  still sit down and allow her to paint my toes and inform her I just want the tips painted - let me mind you I told her 3x's at least and she continues to paint my toes fully. I tell her one more time and she tells me NO that my nails are too short. I then tell her then I'll leave them clear I DO NOT LIKE THE FULL NAIL PAINTED she then made an attempt to paint my nails how I requested.AFTER doing so - she does not unclip my sandal and stretches it to put on my foot and breaks my shoe then the older lady comes with a STAPLER to try to fix my sandal! I had a pedicure with Kieu.  It was the basic for $23 and she did a great job.  There was a little massage, some callus buffing and a great polish job.  I was in and out in under an hour.  I would give it a five star review if the intial greeting wasn't by the more mature, female manager who has a tendancy to bark her "what you want, sign name here" in broken English.  My second request is to have bowl covers or some bowl sanitizer drops I've had put into the water as it filled.I'll go back as I did see them cleaning the bowls after I was done and Kieu was pleasant and my feet feel great! I went to Studio Nails and Spa this Sunday August 21st!! WOW WHAT A MESS!! Professional NOT!!I invited my daughter for a manicure my treat, what a disappointment. My daughters pedi took 16 minutes my pedi 21 minutes!! Really, we were so rushed out of there, because they got busy and could not handle it. No lotion on my legs no massage all what I have paid for, was not done.My polish was a mess, when I brought it to the managers attention she said she would not charge me. And then I found out the gentleman that did my nails, would have to pay for it. That is so unprofessional they rushed him so much it was not his fault, it was their fault they should have comped it. Hospitality and tranquility don't even begin to describe the Studio Nails & Spa. I am new to Cedar Park and have been in search for my new salon for a few months now. After reading numerous reviews and trying different places out, I decided to make the drive back to my old salon (1 hour away) because I was assured a fun relaxing time. And ever since, I've made the drive; until yesterday. Since the beginning of my quest, I've kept an eye out for neatly manicured nails. Today, a beautifully manicured set caught my eye and I couldn't help but ask where she got them done. She immediately smiled and referred me to The Studio Nails & Spa and ask for Tiffany. She too was the same boat not too long ago- and much like me, she values a friendship with her manicurist. On and on she ranted and raved about how stupendous her experiences were. As soon as I hopped back in my car, I called to make an appointment. To my surprise, when I requested Tiffany, she was put on the line to speak with me directly. Astonishingly she fit me right in! Let me start out by saying, I would consider myself a rather experienced nail salon "goer" and I have NEVER actually been put to sleep during a pedicure. That being said, if you're in a hurry, I would say so up front since Tiffany and the rest of the staff take their time and enjoy the company of their clients. I could go on and on about the exhilarating experience, however, I think you would rather be relaxing at The Studio  Five plus stars. This place was great. I went on Valentine's Day with my little girl and even though they were busy- the nail tech took her time and made sure our nails were perfect. I really wanted to love this place due to the location but I just can't. I have been twice and both times they work incredibly slow. Which can be ok if you are relaxing but not if you have other errands you need to do. Plus, the first time the lady did such a bad paint job and I had to have someone else fix it. This is my new favorite nail place. I've been here twice so far and have had the best pedicures. I had different nail techs each time, but both spent over an hour on my toes. I really appreciated how thorough they were. I walked out with perfectly pampered feet. You can find cheaper nail places in the area, but you definitely get the most bang for your buck here. Worst experience!! Brought both my granddaughters a couple of days ago for a girls day at the salon.  My oldest granddaughter wanted to get her nails done with the gel coat. She did an ok job...nothing great. She gave her the ticket and was $37. My granddaughter gave the bill to me and I asked her why so much and to ask the lady at the front who was very helpful. Come to find out the lady that did her nails charged her for a manicure which she really did not do. She barely touched her cuticles. The lady at the front desk asked her if she was given a hand and arm massage and my granddaughter no. She apologized and reduced the price. My experience with the pedicure tech was not any better.  He looked like he was the maintenance man.  Did not really seem as he been doing this very long.  When it came to painting my toes the polish was not put on smoothly and he missed fully covering my nail bed with the polish.  I asked him to correct it instead he made it worse looking and I told him I was done. I will be honest I did not complain but wanted to but felt it was useless. My other granddaughter was left soaking in the water for a good 20 minutes before a tech came to do her pedicure. Same thing was happening with other customers. They are trying to get as many customers as they can in and leaving them to soak there feet in the water when a tech is not even available. I have had a few bad experiences here before but today I was willing to give it one last try. While I was in there, a lady was being told she could leave if she didn't like her nails but they refused to fix them. They were sawpping me and the lady from person to perosn, not changing the paper towels after working on us. After being refused by one lady, another man was painting her nails not up to her standard. I was having the same issue with the man and when the lady said he missed a spot, he threw his hands up and started flinging the acrylic solution at her. The police were called but we were told they could not do anything because the place does not have cameras and both sides had witnesses defending them. After all of this, they refused to give the lady her money back. If you want to risk assault for having an opinion, go to Happy Nails! Read Less

DO NOT GET YOUR EYE BROWS WAXED HERE. I got my eyes brows waxed and they burned me pretty bad. The burns removed my skin. She asked me if the wax was too hot after she burned me. When I pointed out the burns she continued to charge me full price. I got a manicure here as well and they left my nails bloody. Read Less

I moved to Cedar Park in April 2013 and gave this place a try. I was surprised at how dirty and unsanitary it is. They re- use nail files on multiple people and when I asked for a new file I was given an eye roll. Once I saw how unclean it is, I opted to forego the pedicure and just do a gel polish mani. They use the Slow and ( not cleaned probably ever) 3 min light. Most all decent places now use the 1 min LED lights. My manicurist came in from smoking a cigarette right in front of the entry door and sat down without washing his hands. Ewwwww. Needless to say I opted for no massage. This place smells like food - I don't know what they're eating back there but it's strong, chemicals and cigarette smoke. The movie playing was an R rated movie with zombies... Hardly a spa experience. I would Never set foot in this place again. Read Less

Terribly disappointed. I really thought this place would be the 4.5 stars Yelp has awarded it. Unfortunately not. I have now tried 3 nail places in the Cedar Park area in hopes of finding a conveniently located salon that does a solid gel manicure (XO nail did a terrible job as well). I was going to see Nancy at US Spa off Oak Knoll/183 b/c her manicures are amazing and stay on for a minimum of 3 weeks, but when i moved up to Blockhouse I needed to find something a little closer. So far, epic fail and a lot of wasted time and $$.I stopped into this location last Tuesday for a gel manicure. The manicure started peeling back on Friday and half of the paint on one finger came clean off Saturday afternoon. For $35 dollars I am not impressed, $45 if you count my tip. Maybe he forgot the top coat but the gel felt thin when i was finished -- I should have known better. During those days I did not have my hands soaked in bleach or vinegar or anything that would weaken the strengthen of the gel. The short life of this manicure was not a user error. I don't know if I will be back. I should have gone in and demanded my money back but the reason I get gel/shellac is b/c it accommodates my busy schedule. I don't even have time to maintain a routine 6 week hair appointment let alone find time to complain to a business that won't notice if i ever come back or not. This place gets four stars for the decor and cleanliness. Tools came out of sterile wrapped packages, and the spa was clean, modern, and bright, which was great for sure... BUT... the pedi wasn't impressive. My nails were filed unevenly and the paint job was a bit sloppy (she left color on my cuticles and the tops of my toes). Also, I didn't find the staff to be particularly friendly, and they weren't ready for us when we arrived, even though we had an appt.I wish I could combine the cleanliness of this place with the caliber of pedicure of XO. I need to get my nails did, though, and they had a decent selection of nail art, so I shall come back again to try that out and see if they fare better with the fingaz. Also got a brow wax here, which I can't recommend either. Once again, the lady who did it wasn't very friendly, and she took too much off my brows. Me no likey. Read Less
