Ya I got acrylics here and 3 days late two broke off and I called the salon to make sure I could come now and then they said come back in 40 so I did and now their still making me wait like this place is horribly ran I will never come back, go to lakeline nail and spa they give u back massages while doing ur nails and treat you soooo much better this is the worst service I just can't believe it After waiting I was told I had to pay $10 to get them fixed so I just left. I am so UNHAPPY with this experience. I took my daughter (and her friend) for nails before Prom. We had an appointment at 6:00 for three mani's and 1 pedi. It was 30-40 minutes before they started 2 mani's and much longer before they started the pedi. They waited until the pedi was finished to start the last third mani. Because they were so late they put something on my daughter nails to "make them dry fast" and rushed us out the door because they closed at 7:30. As we were leaving the salon my daughter showed me her nails and they were not smooth but it was not horrible. On the way home her polish started bubbling up. We went back to the salon and they had closed. My nails had polish all around my nail on 4 fingers. After paying well over $100.00 we had to go home and repaint my daughters fingers (they did a good job on her toes) and I had to clean up my nails. So to summarize, one mani and the pedi were acceptable, my nails were messy but I accepted them, my daughters nail were horrible. I have to wonder what was put on my daughter's nails to cause such a reaction. They just lost three customers!! Read Less

I tried this place years ago and got a terrible manicure. They cut my cuticles too deep and then over layered the nail polish. It chipped in hours. I decided to try them once more today for waxing. It was awful. They cooled the wax to the point it hurt going on, didn't do a good job on the waxing and I had to clean it up myself when I got home, they were very obviously talking about my fiancée and I in their native language which was insulting, they misled us on prices, and were insulting for the sake of trying to up sale. It was also dirty and seemed unsanitary. I will not be back. If you want great service and good prices go to Great Nails down the street. They are amazing. Read Less

Amy did an excellent job on my Pedi as well as the deluxe treatment.  It was $35 for deluxe pedi...lots of colors to choose from. It took about 45 min and based off of the other customers pedi's, all of the techniciana know how to do nails.... Read Less

I've been to this nail salon twice for acrylic nails. I believe the guy that did my nails both times was named Hung. I freaking LOVE how he did my nails! I love getting the coffin shaped nails & he really took his time to make sure each nail was the same length and shape. I've been to other places and my nails were never the same shape or length. He did an amazing job and I totally recommend him for acrylics. Read Less

Okay. My wedding day is in a week, and I got a French Tip Acrylic Manicure.So here is the gossip...I think they are wonderful in a general sense.My lady was obviously in a rush to get to lunch or something.She did a beautiful job on most of my nails.Just not my thumb.... It's crooked.The one lady next to me did my moms nails and did a spectacular job!She congratulated me and took real good care of my mom!!I am just kind of disappointed that my thumb nail is crooked.... I got a set of nails done with no waiting, I was a walk in, and the person that did my nails seemed very new. I told her what I wanted and she did it to an extent. Let's just say that if you want amazing professional nails this is not the place to go. The nails were lumpy they were not smooth like they should be and they were crooked. I will not be going to them again to get my nails done, but I will say that their pedicures are amazing and they really know what they are doing when it comes to that!! One star off because of the lack of relaxing atmosphere, but didn't expect much in that regard since it's inside of Walmart. I splurged on the deluxe pedicure and got a gel manicure and both were top notch! The nice lady did a great job on my manicure, which can be difficult because my nails are very short--but did not leave with polish all over my finger tips as I have at most places. Read Less

If I could give this place a zero I would.  I went to get an eyebrow wax and I brought a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows.  I specifically told the beauty tech 3 times "I do not want my eyebrows thin".What I got were uneven eyebrows, my arches completely different than my natural shape, and are now much, much thinner.  I didn't let her finish because I stopped her as soon as she finished the waxing and she was about to grab those tweezers.  I guess her intention was to give me eyebrows like hers - thin, with round arches (which I noticed, not to be racist, it's how most asian girls have their eyebrows done).  Never go to this place for waxing.  They're not attentive and focused on the task.  Waxing eyebrows is not like doing nails, it requires more attention to detail, which they lack.  I'm not sure how good her english was, because she obviously did the opposite of what I asked for.I had gotten y eyebrows done here before by another beauty tech, and she had done an awesome job, was attentive, she analyzed the picture of the eyebrows I wanted, and took her time.This person was just plain awful.  I will not be going back and I do not recommend it.
