I've been going here for 7 years and have 0 complaints! The staff is always so friendly and engaging and do such a great job! The pedicures are fenomenal and they use great smelling products and they do a clean job. The manicures do take awhile sometimes but it's oh so worth it!! Tried giving the pedicure another shot and was their first customer on a Sunday afternoon. When I told the lady that I only wanted the basic choice I could tell she got disappointed... but it still took an hour and that was supposed to be "quick" which is why I chose the basic in the first place! Nice ladies here but not very detailed in their work. This is my second visit. The first visit was ok but some of the edges of my nails were sloppy. But today was much worse. I got a new full set and ended up with one nail that looks like it broke off diagonal on the right side. And to top it off she left a blotch of gel nail color on the tip of my finger. She did offer to change the color tomorrow if I came back but they were rushing so fast to try and get out of there by closing time that there was no offer to fix it today.  I arrived 2 hours before closing so there should've been plenty of time to fix it. But they kept taking in new customers even when all of them had clients so they rushed there work. I won't go back. Read Less

When I went, they not only rushed me, rushed my decision on what I wanted and charged twice as much is the local stores. I asked for a ombré French tip and a full set and what I got was the farthest thing from that. On top of that, if you were not a regular they had no time for you. I will never be going back. New manager. I have been going to Mirada Nails for over 4 years. I was always pleased with the service and quality of work... However, since Tiffany (previous manager) is no longer there, it has been awful. The young lady answered her personal phone seven times and spent more attention to it than my gel pedicure. I finally.told her I had another appointment and would she please FINISH my nails. She acted as if nothing was wrong at all. When it came time, finally, to pay, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager doesn't speak much English, so it was difficult to talk to her. All she kept saying was, "sorry, sorry"!!! I told her we wouldn't be back and left absolutely no tip for our manicure and pedicures. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND going here unless you like being given poor service and work. The technician also didn't let my polish cure correctly because it had big ripples in it when I took my shoes off later that day. So disgusted that I am not even going back for her to do it right! This was the absolute work place I have ever been to. The customer service was awful. The lady doing my pedicure took multiple personal phone calls while doing my pedicure. And then the girl doing my manicure was talking to the lady doing my pedicure the majority of the time. And then at one point she literally stopped doing my nails to show the lady doing my pedicure something on her phone. That was completely unprofessional. They both were. And then my nails didn't even turn out that great. I could've gone to a place farther away and spent less money for better quality and service. Being relatively new to the area, I haven't been to but a couple of the nail salons in Cedar Park. I have to say, after going here yesterday, and meeting Tiffany, having my nails done by Vicki (full set, pink and white), and having the MOST meticulous and detailed eyebrow wax in my life!!! I am never going anywhere else. These ladies are professional, they are A+ #1 when it comes to what they do and how they deliver it...but I have to say that what makes this salon stand out *head and shoulders* above the competition...is that they KNOW how to treat a customer!!! I have been to dozens of nail salons and have received hundreds of pedis; this is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had.- I was not greeted when I came in. I had to stand awkwardly for five minutes until I finally spoke up.- The prices are not plainly displayed--you have to hunt them down. Sketchy and unprofessional.- The pedicurist was taking personal calls for the ENTIRE duration of my pedicure. At one point when I tried to get her attention, she held up a "please wait" finger. Again, unprofessional.- Entirely overpriced. A manicure is $38 is ridiculous--and $15 extra for shellac gel. Absurd.- The pedicurist tried to pumice skin that did not need pumice-ing--ouch! Perhaps my bad experience is unusual; I see no other reason why this business would be so popular. Read Less

I originally went to Miranda Nails because of the good reviews and I'm so glad I did.I have gone to a salon in South Austin for many years but with a recent move to Cedar Park and current gas prices I decided I really needed to find someone closer.Sue does a wonderful job.I have Solar Nails and they look very natural.She also introduced me to adding gel on top of my nails for shine and they seem to last longer as well.She also does an awesome job on waxing eyebrows.They do go by appointments so book in advance to be sure to get in.The salon is very clean,relaxing music in the background and they are very professional.Haven't got a pedicure yet but I'm sure it will be fabulous!
