My family has been going to this nail salon for years now. Thao and Shirley always take their time on your nails and pay attention to detail, I would recommend calling the day of and making an appointment with one of them as they are probably the most requested technicians. (be specific with the name of the technician you want) Sometimes even when you make an appointment you will have to wait 10-20 mins but I do not mind because I know one of the reasons they are so good is that they take their time. Thao has done an exceptional job on my nails every time! She never disappoints! I did not book an appointment the first few times I went in and they still gave me an amazing personalized experience! I didn't love this place! They had a very small, very dark selection of nail polish, They put me in a chair and then I had to wait 30 minutes for them to get another nail tech there, and the paint job was terrible. I am going tomorrow to my original place to get the paint job done again. The place was packed though, and the employees were all very nice. Read Less

Came here with my mom today to get a refill. My nails have never looked better. I've never seen acrylic nails look so natural, ever. You can't even tell these aren't my real nails. He took his time and did the best job. My mom loved her pedicure as well. And the price was amazing. I paid the same amount for me and my mom together that I would usually pay at other salons for just myself (for worse quality). I will be making the hour drive here from now on. Read Less

I waited an hour and a half to be seen. I was a walk in at 3 in the afternoon with my daughter and a friend. They said they could take us, put me in a pedicure chair with nice, hot water... And sat there until the water turned cold. One and done on this one. Read Less

My daughter loved coming here to get her eyes waxed and nails done. However, after today, I do not think we will be returning. As always, when we entered the salon we were simply asked what service we needed. There isn't a sign in sheet or any other type of sign in method. I informed the lady who asked that my daughter wanted a mani/pedi and an eyebrow wax. I was told okay and my daughter was taken to the pedicure chairs - where she sat for 50 minutes with her feet soaking in water before someone finally started working on her feet. Also, there seemed to be a huge issue with both flies and gnats in the salon. The people working here are a sweet as can be and very welcoming. However, they really need a better method of keeping track of guests. Maybe hire more employees or if you're full let customers know either: (1) how long the wait will be; or (2) that they can schedule a time to come back if the wait is too long. Read Less

Ginny and Ann were amazing. I have never had such good service at a nail salon. They stayed open late for me. Honestly, the best part was that everyone was very talkative. We chatted the whole time! DON'T I repeat DON'T let the male nail technician do your nails. He was rude as hell, nails were not the same length, he was wanting to leave so he put cuticle oil on my nails and polish got everywhere and got mad at ME for it! Le is great!! Went in for my first time this past week with my mom and my sister and had a pretty good experience. We all got manicures and pedicures. We walked right in, as there was no one else there when we got there. All of the pedicures were great. I got my first set of acrylics ever, and I love them. They are very pretty. I did it French style as well as my sister. My sister did not get acrylic though, just polish. Hers has chipped already though,  I'd say within 2 days. My mom got acrylics and said that the filing job wasn't that great. She had to come home and file them to her  liking herself. Other than that, the place was very clean and spacious, not crammed like some other nail places. The TV was nice and big. Le was very friendly and did a good job overall. I will be returning here! This place was my favorite place to go to when I moved here, but after a while the service got worse and worse as time went by. I would get acrylics and they would pop off a few days later as they were not done the right way. Although I still visited because I just loved the place, the last time I visited I ended up getting finger nail fungus from there work!!! Never again will I ever walk in to this building again. If I could give three and a half stars, I would. In fact, I'm kind of torn here. Just picture three and a half stars, okay? The Good: *We were greeted and seated promptly for our pedicures. *The man who gave me a pedicure did a really good job on my nails. *They have quality nail polishes - OPI and China Glaze*They end the pedicure with a hot wax which made our feet super soft. *Some of the nail techs (not mine) were really sweet. *I left with cheery red toenails and that made me really happy. The Bad:*This was the fastest pedicure I've ever received and it was also the most painful. I was flinching left and right and the pedicure guy didn't tone it down at all. *The water was lukewarm at best. *My sister was given a menu of pedi options but I was not. *We were not offered wine or even water, which is always disappointing (I did see a case of water when we were paying). So basically ...I'd understand the rushed, somewhat uncomfortable experience if it were busy (it wasn't) or the pedicures were less expensive than comparable places (they are not). My feet look really pretty and they are super soft so I am torn on the star part of my review. I could have dealt with the abrupt technician and a few minutes of pain for these pretty feet ... but in the end I don't feel like it can be a four star place if they don't even offer you a water. boo!!  paid $50 for shellac pedicure only to end up with a crooked toenail!...and dry a$$ feet!!..paid extra for whatever was on the menu they handed me...according to pictures on said menu, my feet should be as soft as a baby's butt.  i wasn't in my neck of the woods, otherwise i would have never ventured elsewhere. I'm pleased with my:Shellac nailspedicureEyebrow I'd been using a place in Round Rock exclusively since others disappointed.  Well- this place compares!!Realize that I am speaking in terms of the run of the mill nail salon.  This isn't an uptown spa & not what I'm basing 5 stars on.They had tons and tons of shellac color options.  Also, the new "natural" SNS options which I don't know a lot about.  Lots of people where here & I had the nerve to question two gals leaving about it before going in. They gave it 2 thumbs up.  :-)Assuming my shellac doesn't peel in a few days I'm quite pleased.  And it seemed cheap too.  =$64 total. Read Less

I wanted to go somewhere nice with my dear mother. This was a bad choice, Yelp lied. This is not a 4.5 star place. Cons:They didn't offer wine, I had to ask. They didn't have any clean wine glasses. They didnt give my 63 yr old mother extra attention on her feet. She has cracked heals and when we left I looked at her feet and they looked the same to when we walked in!  The ppl who did our pedi, seemed like they didn't care and didn't want to be there. The lady who painted my toes didn't even paint them all the way, she tried doing them too quickly and it showed. (And there was no one waiting) Pros:Good nail polish selection We won't be returning. Got a pedicure here yesterday while waiting on my daughter to get out of acting class up the road. $25 for pedicure - nice chairs, ample color choices, complimentary bottled water. I liked that it included hot wax too. Their prices aren't very visible in the salon, glad there were really no surprises! Read Less
