Came here because it was a closer drive than my usual nail salon and had good reviews. Got there and asked for the SNS dip mani and a regular toe paint. Well apparently they just dont do toe paints. After telling him multiple times, I just needed a paint, they proceeded to have me pick out a pedicure package, which the cheapest was $30. Then the manicure, I know some people do things differently, however, I didn’t like that they used the acrylic tool to file my nail bed. Use it on fake nails, not real, so my fingers hurt so bad the next few days after from the grinding on my nail bed. Then I had a broken nail so they were going to glue one on. I dont know where that happened in the communication but he didn’t do it and just went straight to the dip. I didn’t get my cuticles done or my nails soaked nor did they shape them before they started which isn’t something I have experienced before. He Just started the dip after the grinding. I am giving this place three stars because I didn’t feel understood when I was there, my nails hurt after the fact horribly, it’s supposed to be a pamper not painful and my nails didn’t even last, I got them done on Thursday, and it’s Monday, and they already chipped and started cracking. They rush a little but did the job well. Gave me a frequent customer card, which is nice. A little pricy for just a plain mani pedi combo, so it would be nice if they offered a slight discount for when you do both. The do not message your feet when you do lowest pedicure, which is normally standard. Big Plus -they are super clean and have covers for their pedicure bowls. I used to go here when the previous owner owned it. After she sold this to the new people I tried other shops and was unhappy so I decided to give them a try . Tony is amazing and my nails always look great!!! He also does GREAT eyebrows! They never push any other services on me ever and a nice thing for me is they don't talk my ears off. I am a pre k teacher and after 8 hours of chatty 5 year olds it's nice to relax. Some people may not like this but I do ! They have my business guaranteed. Read Less

I came here with an appointment already. We show up and I asked the man for a gel refill. I already had gel nails and I just needed a fill in a different color for an upcoming trip. He sat me down and told me to pick out a color from the gel color sheet. When I did he brought me a similar nail polish color. He then proceeded to remove my gel nails entirely (even with me asking questions and reminding him I just needed a refill multiple times) and he passed me off to a lady. She then proceeded to get upset with me for not being specific on what I wanted. I said multiple times. REFILL. then once she got going on an ENTIRE NEW SET it was ok. When she left is where it got odd. The man kept asking if I was okay or if I needed anything, obviously realizing I was upset with the service. He then proceeded to give me a back massage, without asking to touch my person, and whispered in my ear multiple times making me very uncomfortable. I then left paying twice what I wanted and not the nails I desired. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. I left more stressed than when I entered and I get my nails done to relax me. This did the opposite. I went here with a friend and it was very bad. The staff did not know what they were doing. The lady cut me when i went in for a pedicure, did not tell me anything. No sorry, no are you okay? This shop has new owners so it is not the same shop as the one with the bad reviews.  I have been there twice and I am very happy with them. I have tried many nail shops around town. I like the SNS nails system. They use real SNS brand on your nails. Not some off brand that look streaky when completed. They gave a shoulder massage after you get your nails done. This is the first place that I've ever had do that for a set of "fake" nails.  This past time I went I decided to get a pedicure. The basic is $30 but I went for the special for $35.  It included callus treatment and a paraffin treatment. I had the most amazing leg massage I've ever had during a pedicure. Read Less

I went here two weeks ago to get my nails done decided to try their gel nail. I love it and it last pretty long. My friend and I went here for a girl's day. It was great. We didn't have an appointment. They sat us right next to each other so we could chat. They paid great attention to detail, they went over my toe nails several times to remove polish, make my cuticles IMMACULATE, buff and scrub them. The polish was adorable, (a pretty light green color) it was even, my nails looked great and they were very clean. I called Classic Nail for a last-minute reservation and within seconds of calling, I was able to quickly make my appointment and made it in for my birthday pedicure the very next day. Although I didn't care for the actual service; I LOVED the lady who worked with me. I highly recommend Amy, she is such a sweet pea! What made the experience not as fun for me was the fact that I didn't feel like she exfoliated and scrubbed/rubbed all of the dead skin off. A friend recommended this salon when I was visiting from out of town.  I was on a tight schedule because I had to pick my son up in 30 min, so I was grateful and pleased that the owner got me in and out for a shellac manicure in that time frame.  I was glad to see the "Walk-Ins Welcome" sign, since I did not have an appointment.  The salon seemed clean and the owner was very professional and friendly.  I would definitely return for another manicure! Eh. Went there the other day because my normal place was super busy and thought I'd give another salon a try. My pedicure was pretty short, and the massage chair was either broken or barely functioning. My acrylics weren't even close to being on par with how they normally look after getting done. I wanted super short nails, with a square shape. Some of the nails look awesome, other nails have one rounded edge, and the fill doesn't even go to the cuticle. My thumb looks like I haven't gotten a fill for two weeks, and all my other nails look almost freshly done. They had almost no colors for gel polish, and even their standard polish didn't have much variety. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but you can definitely pay the same amount elsewhere for better looking nails and a better experience. Read Less

I was able to walk in and get a basic pedicure for $25. This included a light soak, cleaning the toe nails, trimming and cuticle care, a quick exfoliant, massage and polish.  The service was quick and adequate. The older gentleman helped me. He provided a good massage but the paint job was just "ok". I'm a bit picky when it comes to the polish and I notice just a bit of streaking, hence the 4 stars. He also didn't chat much and just did his job, which I sometimes feel in this field, engaging with the clientele is essential to forming loyal customers. I actually came with my sister in law and the lady working on her spent a lot of time chatting with her. I loved this place! My grams and I tried this place out for the first time today (Saturday) and we got there around 4:30 ish. We didn't have an appointment but we were helped immediately. I got a mani and pedi and my grams got a mani. Our nails came out close to perfect. The staff was very friendly and kind. In the background, the atmosphere is really relaxed. Place looks kinda crowded with things, that's the only negative thing I saw. Not going anywhere to get my nails done that's not here! Read Less

I'm giving this a 3 star for a couple of reasons. I made a mani/pedi appt for my 2 daughters and one of their girlfriends. They didn't start working on their nails until 35-40 minutes after our appt time. During that wait, several people came in and were told they could wait a few minutes until they got their stuff done. And then were forgotten. They had to remind the staff that they were waiting to get service. My girls were done after 1.5+ hours. Ugh I will say that we came the Sunday before school starts so I knew it was going to be busy. That's why I made an appt!  Clearly they should have anticipated the rush and had 1-2 more staff. I went in on a Saturday afternoon at a little before 4pm without calling ahead (which is typically crazy) yet there was only a ten minute wait and just 2 people working there. A little old lady who was doing nails and (I'm assuming)her husband was finishing up another lady. I reeeally wanted to like this place! But let me tell you why I dont:For a 'basic' pedicure you dont get sea scrub-stuff past your ankles, no hot towel and a poor polish job at that. I also got a brow wax, with both it came out to $35. I think to myself, "Oh man, in and out pedi and a wax in less than 45 mins!"Then I get to the car (while wobbling in my throw away sandals just a few feet away) and take a good look at my toes. Wth?! There's still polish tidbits all around my cuticle area! They need better lighting in that place because the old man was sweet and the foot massage was aweeesome but the polish job sucks.Then I look at my eyebrows in the mirror, wtf?! I still have wax on me. Not to mention the hair that she supposedly waxed was STILL there.So, 1 star for the no wait. Half a star for the massage and half for the sweet old man.Definitely not going back, I'll stick to US Nail Spa on 183 by Anderson Mill with the cute flowers. Read Less

Hands-down, this is my favorite nail salon in Cedar Park. The people who run it are kind, friendly, and professional, and they pay special attention to making sure your fingers and toes look great when you leave! I often get a flower painted on my big toe nail and they always do a beautiful job. The new gel nails are also a great way to have more durable polish that doesn't damage your fingernails. Read Less
