I went to Austin Nails & Spa after a long day of shopping with plans to relax and treat myself. When I walked into the salon, all the nail techs were with other customers and one of the techs informed me it would be a 20 minute wait. I said no problem, sat down, and picked up a magazine. I was the only person waiting, so I figured it shouldn't take long. After 20 minutes, one of the tech's finished with a client, and cashed her out. I was very shocked and couldn't believe it. The nail techs literally acted like I didn't exist. Instead of giving the salon employees a piece of my mind, I quietly stood up, placed the nail polish back on the stand, and left without saying a word. I've never been so offended. I was taught to never spend my money in a place I am being disrespected. Instead I went down the street to Pink Cherry Nails where Janet was absolutely pleasant. I have no idea why they acted this way. I would hope it wasn't a race thing, but honestly I have no idea why they would just skip over me like that. I will NEVER try coming here again. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I am so disgusted. Read Less
