I had been to lily's several times in the past without an appointment and they've always gotten me in and out with no problem. This particular time, I went to get a mani/pedi , it was Monday, May 28th at 10am, the the guy at the counter asked me what I wanted, I said a basic mani/pedi, he said have a seat in the one of the chairs and I did and I sat and waited, no one ever came to start my mani/pedi, I waited for I know at least 45 mins, I just walked out and went to #1 nails by Walmart in cedar hill and they were able to take care me. I was really disappointed in my experience with Lily's and I won't be back and don't recommend anyone else go back. No said anything to me, no asked me if I wanted anything to drink while I waited, I don't know who's managing lily's right now but its horrible. Read Less

Lili’s Is not the nail salon I usually go to but it looked like it was nice and they had lots of customers so I figured they must be good...well this was the finished producted. I got dip powder and they were done extremely thick and not filed down properly! Even after I asked him to file more. Also, the gentleman who did my nails did not clean up my nails as he should have! He put lotion on my hands while I still had powder all over my hands from him filling. He also did not clean the polish he got on my fingers (second picture) I get my nails done every 2 weeks with dip powder and I KNOW this is not how they are supposed to look. Lily is the best nail technician on earth. She has been taking care of my nails since 2009. I DO NOT want anyone else to do my nails but her because she is simply the best. I have never had a fungus or any problems at all since going to her. Her pedicures are delightful! Ingrown toenails too not stand a chance with Lily caring for my feet. She even took care of my hands and feet when I was going through breast cancer. I never had an infection or any other problem. Her salon is 21st Century state of the art. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I am new to the area and haven't been able to find a good salon. I walked in here thinking it would be nice considering the ambiance of the salon. I am a salon owner in a different state so I am very familiar with the way things are done. I always have to get an acrylic overlay on my two big toes since they are brittle and split down the middle. They told me I didn't need to waste my money and they didn't understand why I needed it because my nails were strong..... They had acrylic on them already, apparently he couldn't tell, I'm not sure. So then I asked for an additional massage since I can't ever seem to get a long enough massage that last's longer than 5 minutes with a pedicure anymore. I chose the 35 pedi which was supposed to include the longer massage. I told her not to massage my legs just my feet 3 times and she still rubbed lotion all over my legs and barely rubbed my feet. I got so upset with how I was told that I didn't understand what HE and SHE was trying to say that I left absolutely disgusted and will not be back. They also ended up charging me $50!!!!!!! I refused to pay that and I was so embarrassed and upset that I left feeling completely taking advantage of. The polish job as well, was a joke. One of my nails even was filed in the shape of a Z. I was in today for a gel manicure and was assigned to Jenny. Both times that I selected a gel color from the board Jenny brought entirely different colors to apply to my nails. The first time I caught the awful purple color before she started to polish and she rolled her eyes at me when I told her that was not the same color on the gel board that I selected. Jenny was annoyed and stated “that if they run out of a gel color they just change the number and assign it to a different gel color.” I explained to Jenny that if they are reassigning numbers to gel colors then they need to also update their gel boards so that the colors match. The second selection I had to make also was not the correct gel color and I was then chastised by Jenny who told me “this color is okay, you’re just picky!” Picky? I explained to Jenny that “I did not select these colors she did, and I do not appreciate being called names because I will not allow her to simply slap any color on my nails.”I also told Jenny “how dare you call me names when I am paying for this service!” When my appointment was complete I handed Jenny my customer card and she did not honor my $5 discount so I reported this situation to Henry who proceeded to call his boss and attempt to correct my discount card not being applied. I explained to Henry that it is not okay to simply assign a color number to a different color if you no longer have that color and he replied “we just change the numbers.” I did not accept a new discount card from Henry as I explained to him that I will not return. Poor customer service, rude people and I’d rather pay more and not be called names when they are caught not living up to expectations. Read Less

My wife and another couple dragged me into this place against my will since they swore up and down I needed a pedicure. I was certain that just walking in the door would likely cost me my man card. I ended up getting the Exotic pedicure with hot wax and stone treatment. The feeling was amazing and they did a fantastic job on my very rough heels! I arrived around 12:30 on Saturday and was seated right away with a nail tech. I was offered something to drink as soon as I sat down. The operator was friendly and did a great job on my acrylic fill. She took her time and was very detailed in her work. The salon was very clean and nice inside. Horrible experience! Nail tech rushed my nails. Incomplete nail paint job. The left side of my nails aren't polished. Half way cut my cuticles and when I asked if I could get the rest removed properly, I was told to wait until she was done. After drying my nails, I asked the receptionist if I could have the tools to finish it myself. She insisted that she would do it herself. Won't be returning! I got a pedicure and dip on my fingers on Saturday and paid 75.00. Sunday I woke up not satisfied with my toes. Went back in on Sunday and they made me pay 20.00. That was not good customer service. I arrived a little earlier than opening time and the were already open. It gets pretty packed quickly. Service was good only thing was i was a little forced to get the dip powder set instead of regular gel polish. I wanted a certain color/design but the lady insisted i get the dip and made me choose a color that i wasnt really going for. She cut me a lil but its all good. Environment was good tho. Came here because I had not made it out to this location just yet. When I got there it was not that packed. It was decorated very upscale and very clean. I came to just get a pedicare and I wanted to give them a try. Now I got seatedand  I was not given the list of the different services. I only knew there was a list because I say another lady looking at one.   So after I asked the Tech for one to look over it I was then able to get a better look at he services and prices. The prices are a little on the higher end. However they do offer many types of pedicures that you can chose from.  I did like that they had plastic liners in each basin. Also they offered wine & water that I had to ask for. I noticed others enjoying a drink and I enated mines also.  All in all i would return to get more services sine and try getting my gel nails done to see how I like them. Read Less

I love Song who does my toes she is amazing but even if I make an appointment no matter how far out I have to wait a long time. I was told if I'm not here 10 minutes before they take someone else I was here 10 minutes before and they were clipping the fake nails off on a new set. Great experience! The service was great, the gel manicure took place at the same time as the awesome pedicure and they served wine.  They also used liners on the basins and had matching gel polish to match regular polish! I booked an appointment with Megan, she was very attentive and talked to me a lot, she gave me the BEST mani & pedi that I've ever had. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice. I was offered something to drink as Megan took me to her station. I don't drink alcoholic beverages but wine and margaritas were offered to me along with options of sodapop or water; the woman sitting across from me enjoyed three large glasses of wine. So, great customer service and pampering. I noticed the staff were interacting with their customers instead of each other which was a new experience for me compared to other nail spas I've gone to.
