I've been going to this place on and off for 2 years and never have I ever received good customer service. They are super rude, and 'enjoy' insulting their clients. I used to pay $30 for my nails and the last time she said 'oh its fotti dollahs', I said but I always pay $30 and if your prices went up you should have informed me before the service. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and waited for technicians to finish; got tired of waiting in the crowded waiting area of two chairs. My daughters and I decided to go to our regular place and we're leaving when one of the workers yelled at us, literally yelled. I have been going to this salon for years since I was 8 years old now 26. They are like family to me! Great job and worth the sometimes weight. Can do just about everything you ask of them. Michelle keeps up with new styles and now designs. You can also tell them straight up "I don't like this" they will fix it! Over all great experience!!!!!!! Happy nails is the way to go! Read Less

My usual nail tech was out of town so I decided to try out a new place. I pass this place everyday and decided what the heck. My first sign that this was a bad idea should have been that it was 10 am on a Saturday morning and the place was empty. I walked in they quickly got me seated for my pedicure and immediately started pushing the deluxe package which I declined and another tech came over to do my manicure while my pedicure was being done which I dislike very much. The pedicure was one of the most rushed half done,  poorly filed, sloppy polished pedicures  I've ever had. I brought in my own polish which they couldn't paint with because it needed to be thinned out for a smoother finish. The manicure wasn't any better I still have cuticle that needs to be trimmed and the edges of each of my nails is unpolished. Of course this is probably due to the fact that I didn't upgrade to the Gel manicure that they kept trying to sell along with the eyebrow wax. I'm giving 2 stars because everyone there was really friendly but I can say all nail salons are not created equally and this one is very outdated in their technique and definitely needs a face-lift. I have been going to this place for about 10 years. Not a fancy place but not overpriced either. The owner is usually there and remembers your name. All the nail techs do a good job and finish quickly so I never have to make an appointment. I just walk in when I am available and they take care of me. They are very good at keeping up with the latest and greatest. Highly Reccomend. Read Less

I would give them a 5 BUT I deducted one because the decor inside is pretty old and I'm sure whoever has been here would agree they need some remodeling.I don't get my nails done ALL the time, but when I do, I am EXTREMELY picky about every little detail. I get my nails done by Jenny here. She is awesome! I always get pink and white acrylic with gel. When Jenny does my nails they do not lift AT ALL! Even after weeks and weeks they just don't budge. Even when I try to remove them, they're just stuck to my nails. THAT'S how good she is. Of course, I always remind her to make sure they do not lift because I am constantly washing my hands. Get gel put on your nails if you love your nails looking nice and shiny. If you only get them buffed, they begin to look dull fast. Be sure to ask for Jenny when you get your nails done here. I'm not sure how the other ladies are at doing nails. Read Less
