We always get outstanding service and attention, and the quality of the pedicures is a great value for the price. This is a great little place to get your nails done. I have been coming here for 2 years now and they have been great. I always know that I'm going to get great service. I mainly do pedicures because I have short fingernails but the place is always busy and I can see the work that's being done on other customers. Everyone's nails always look great and listening to conversations most people are long time repeat customers. This is a family owned salon and the manager is a young girl name Nikki. She is super sweet and very easy to communicate with. I noticed a couple reviews saying that they did not like their nails that were done by the manager. All I can say is you can't please everyone and if you are going to grip when you are fortunate enough to be able to get a manicure and a pedicure then you are probably a miserable person in general and must be fortunate enough to not have real problems. This nail salon is now my favorite! Yesterday was my 2nd time receiving services and they did not disappoint. The technicians are all very polite and respectful, the salon is clean and comfortable, and the leg massages are amazing! Went there for the first time yesterday and loved it! They were patient and helpful in matching my SNS color with a color for my toes. Very meticulous and clean work. The place is sort of small, so they don't have room for a lot of customers, but very modern and clean environment.I will definitely be going back. Read Less

Dirty place. Bugs on the nail menu, a bug even flew on me during my pedicure & the nail tech slapped my leg and killed it on me!!!!!!!!  as other people walked in, they rushed more and more. I upgraded to the hot stone massage for pedicure and it was like 45 seconds long. I sat and let my manicure dry for at least 10-15 minutes after and all my nails are already chipping and smudging. Not to mention they don't look good anyways. The nail color selection was horrible, almost every single color was basically empty. I will never go back. I tried this place because it's closer to where I live, but I would rather drive 25 minutes to the place I love in McKinney. I'm a little torn about this place, but I will update on my next visit.Pros: My nail technician was VERY attentive and worked very diligently on my nails. She did exactly what I asked and my nails came out PERRRFECT. My nails were trashed from having tips, but she took care of them and now they're soft and colored and gorgeous. Cons: She cut my cuticles, never offered me refreshments, didn't greet me in general, it was just "what color, thank you, etc" I know I look 12, but it doesn't mean you treat me like one either. There were also some older guests that were getting their nails done and they were all offered refreshments and all had some what small talk between the technicians. I often times come here to get my nails done and I'm really never disappointed. When you walk in you're in a very clean and nicely decorated area. They have a very wide selection when it comes to nail polishes, SNS nails, and gel nails. Walk-ins are acceptable, but they do prefer appointments so they can accommodate you better to a manicurist. When ever you come you are always offered a complimentary drink during your mani/pedi. I decided to get the SNS nails and I absolutely loved how they turned out. The only issue I really saw was that the staff was not very pleasant and I felt a bit rushed while having my nails done. They would ask a lot of questions about what I wanted, but since I don't really get my nails done regularly and I'm not 100% positive on what the different types of manicures are and I would have to ask further questions to clarify what they meant and they would look at me stupid. It was actually pretty intimidating, but I do keep coming back because they do a good job and they make it exactly how you like it. The SNS nails are a pretty penny. I'm not sure what has happened to this place overthe last few years but I can say the change isn't for the better. When I first used to go there, it was over and year ago when I lived fairly close. At that time, I enjoyed my mani/pedis. As of the last 6 months or so, the service as well as the energy has deteriorated considerably making yesterday my last visit. The owner and her daughter, Nikki (who always does my nails) while nice seem to always have drama with the other women that work there. They constantly talk (loudly) in their language causing all ability to relax to fly out the window. Yesterday for example, we get there to get a fill and gel mani to be told to wait. Now, that normally would not be a problem but over the phone I was told to be there at the time I arrived. While we waited we weren't offered anything to drink which wasn't a biggie at that point. However, as we are sitting there and others are arriving they are all offered refreshments? HmmmmWhile there, the owner got into it with one of the girls and was speaking to her in a loud tone. You could tell she was angry. It made my sister and I extremely uncomfortable. This place charges more than other locations. While the work used to be decent lately I have had too many issues as well as the energy changing from positive to this has me going to try out places closer to me. I'm not willing to waste time and gas on a place that's not giving me the services I'm paying for. Read Less

I'm really sad. I came here yesterday for a SNS French Manicure and a Deluxe Pedicure. The pedicure was amazing, but I got home to notice that 3 different nails have black hair baked into them, and quite frankly, that's not cool. The people here are nice, but they don't have good time management here. I booked two manicures and one pedicure for me and my sisters on a saturday, and we weren't attended to until 15-30 minutes later. The entire mani / pedi for everyone ended up taking 1.5 hours! Another pet peeve is that the nail bottle colors are not organized by color - they're haphazardly thrown together so it's impossible to find the right color. When I did finally choose a color, the bottle ended up being empty and drive.In the end, I liked my pedicure but my sister said her manicurist hurt her. I probably won't be back. Read Less

This place is located in a pretty secluded area. It looks small from outside but is fairly big inside. I like the fact it has high ceilings. I got SNS & Deluxe pedi. My sister and I were walk ins and they got us in fairly quickly. But they were very very busy!! I would for sure make an appointment next time.The chairs, decor and everything is very modern.I would be back, they're really nice & know English well.They also have a punch card.
