I have been going here since 2014 and I have yet to have a bad experience. Lynn is my go-to girl for the NextGen nails and they always turn out flawless! They do get pretty busy, so I would recommend making an appointment. I used to live nearby, and now I’m a bit of ways away, but the drive is so so worth it. You’re really getting what you pay for. The manager is very nice and efficient! They always give you choices of services. Appointments are easy to get. Just call and they put you down - even same day. This is a very busy salon, but I never feel rushed. I make an appointment each and every time I go. Expect to wait a few minutes with an appointment. I promise it is worth it! They have great massage chairs and the scrub they use smells wonderful! They are very nice and show concern. I am given to a different nail tech each time. They are professional and overcome language barriers well when communicating (hand gestures, tap on the leg, etc..). I was lectured once about waiting too long between pedicures. I have been going to this salon for years and I couldn't ask for a more professional technician. Both Tina and Kathy know without conversation how to care for my hands and feet. Love this place. I'm the kind of person who doesn't want to chat during manicure/pedicure. They did a great job on me while I sat there in silence relaxing me nerves. Yes they mainly communicate in their own language but it's not like they chat all the time when they are working. I also saw other customers chat with the ladies helping them. It was nice they had chairs for my daughter to get her nails done. The only problem I had was I specifically told them what to do on her nails seeing as she wanted a bunch of extras and instead of listening to what I wanted them to do the deadweight a six-year-old wanted to do and I ended up spending twice as much as I had planned on spending about 100 bucks for two people to get their nails and toes done. I have been going to First For Nails since 2009 and every time I go I get exceptional service. The staff is friendly and Lin, the owner, is always there working harder than ever to relate to her customers and make them happy. This is a salon that truly cares. I love this nail salon and I pretty much refuse to go anywhere else to get my mani, pedi or eyebrows done. I can honestly say I have never been to another salon that provided the services and products that First For Nails does. I appreciate the time and care they put into each spa manicure/pedicure I get. I once had to go to another salon since I missed my appointment on a Saturday. The Salon I went to was nice, but provided only 1/2 the services and I paid more. When I left I realized there were bubbles in my nails and they looked very unprofessional. I didn't have much of a choice because it was a Sunday and First For Nails was closed. I had a wedding to go to so I didn't have much of a choice... Needless to say I toughed it out and went back to FFN for a fill. The guy that did my nails made them look TONS better and told me to make sure I came back when I was ready for a new set and he would do them right for me.... That made me feel special. User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Very painful 11/20/2010 I just had the worst pedicure of my life at this place. The guy that did it was too rough when cutting my nails/cuticles. He actually cut the side of my nail and ripped it down to the base of my toe nail. When I shrieked in pain he said ""oh you have had a pedicure in a while."" I said, ""No one has ever hurt me like that.."" and then my toe started to bleed really bad. I almost walked out, but he had already started cutting on my other toes previously and stopped because I complained of pain. I kep telling him he was going to give me ingrown toe nails...he told the owener, Lin, that I had ingrown toe nails. So I had to clarify that too. The only good part was the massage. That was great. I would not recommend this place and I definately won't go back. It's not worth the pain and the possible staph infection. Read Less
