This review is 3 weeks late but I still have to share it! I came here on Mother's Day with my mom and sister for pedicures. As far as the pedicure I have no complaints, but after mine I decided to get a gel manicure. It was to say the least sub par. I left because we were short on time, but the next day still disappointed in the look I decided to go back and get them fixed. When I got there the shop was busy so it took Philip the owner about an hour to get to me. When he finally came over to me he asked what was wrong and when I showed him the work that had been done on my nails he simply said he would fix it. After he began working on my nails he seemed annoyed and irritated that he had to do my nails and was doing everything in a rush. He was very rough with my nails and hands. He even argued with two of his employees over their technique on another client who was getting a pedicure. Please just see the pictures so you can see what he did to my nails. Would not recommend for Mani and Pedi. Can't speak for their other services but they definitely charged my sister and I extra for some "chrome" nails that didnt even work! We paid 20 extra because the color we picked were my wedding colors but it was a special chrome nail polish but like i said it didn't work. Also the nail tech that shaped my nails for a French tip had all my nails in a different shapes so the nail polish looks crooked. We got gel for our toes and fingers we were told it would last a minimum of 2 weeks before chipping. It literally lasted maybe 5 days. The guy was very friendly but the nails were not done correctly, even after I complained about how they looked and were shaped horrible.. he did try to fix themBut still look horrible, they look like a week and to two weeks old (outgrown, after one day)and I barely got them yesterday.,I was not satisfied specially after  they over priced me for the nails/ gel nails job they did. This salon is poorly ran after a couple of times coming here I have given up hope. The ladies that the owner has working for her don't know what they are doing. They gave me a fungal infection and the gel was sloppy both times. I hate that I lost my money to this salon. I don't recommend this place at all. Read Less

This place is awesome! Came over after Glo Nails and spa screwed up in removing the gel polish and broke my nails. Kaly's did a fantastic job repairing my danged nails and giving me a flawless manicure! Awesome place! Read Less
